모바일 게임은 간단한 조작과 짧은 라운드 형식으로 바쁜 현대인들을 위한 스트레스 해소용 게임으로써의 역할을 톡톡히 해내고 있다. 그 중에서도 자동실행 없이 직접 조작하여 게임에 집중하는 정도에 따라 점수를 매겨 성취감을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 러닝 어드벤처 게임이 몰입도가 높아 짧은 시간동안 힘든 일을 잊게 해주는 역할을 더욱 더 효율적으로 해낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Unity 3D 엔진의 NGUI 플러그인을 이용하여 모바일 환경에서 간단한 조작으로 가볍게 실행시킬 수 있는 2D 러닝 어드벤처 게임을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The determination of the concentration of acetaminophen (AC) in the human body is of significant importance to carefully monitor and regular drug safety and public health. However, most conventional methods are insufficient due to their time-consuming, expensive and complicated nature. In this study, we report a novel two-step activation of biomass-derived carbon for the electrochemical determination of AC. The electrode material is prepared by a two-step activation process, which involves the initial activation of kelp powder with ZnCl<SUB>2</SUB>, followed by an activation step with KOH. The activation procedure greatly increased the overall pore volume and specific surface area. The characterizations of ZnCl<SUB>2</SUB>-KOH activated kelp carbon (ZKAKC) were conducted with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area analysis, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrochemical characterization of ZKAKC was performed with cyclic voltammetry (CV) analysis of potassium ferricyanide. The sensing ability of ZKAKC/GCE toward acetaminophen was conducted using CV analysis and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The modified electrode showed high sensitivity, selectivity and a good detection limit for the determination acetaminophen with the detection limit of 0.004 μM. Also, the modified electrode showed good result toward acetaminophen even in the presence of ascorbic acid and dopamine with the detection limit of 0.007 μM. For the evaluation of sensing ability as an actual electrochemical sensor, a real sample test was conducted. The electrochemical performance was enhanced due to the increased physical and electrochemical surface area, which occurred during the two-step activation process. Microwave-Assisted Protein Digestion in a Plate Well for Facile Sampling and Rapid Digestion

<P>Protein digestion is one of the most important processes in proteomic analysis. Here, we report microwave-assisted protein digestion in a plate well, which allows for facile sampling as well as rapid protein digestion based on the combination of highly stable enzyme immobilization and 3D printing technologies. Trypsin (TR) was immobilized on polystyrene-based nanofibers via an enzyme coating (EC) approach. The EC with stabilized TR activity was assembled with the 3D-printed structure in the plate well (EC/3D), which provides two separated compartments for the solution sampling and the TR-catalyzed protein digestion, respectively. EC/3D can effectively prevent the interference of sampling by accommodating EC in the separated compartment from the sampling hole in the middle. EC/3D in the plate well maintained its protein digestion performance under shaking over 160 days. Microwave irradiation enabled the digestion of bovine serum albumin within 10 min, generating the MALDI-TOF MS results of 75.0% sequence coverage and 61 identified peptides. EC/3D maintained its protein digestion performance under microwave irradiation after 30 times of recycled uses. EC/3D in the plate well has demonstrated its potential as a robust and facile tool for the development of an automated protein digestion platform. Varroa destructor and Tropilaelaps mercedesae mites are ectoparasitic to honey bee having similar life cycle and damage symptoms. Both invade into the last instar larval cell and reproduce during capped brood period of honey bee development. Female adult mites escape from the comb cell on the back of the emerging adult bee (phoretic period) and invade another cell for reproduction. Objective of this study was to study the effect of competitive interaction on each parasitic mite species population. We assessed population monitoring of host and parasitic mites. Honey bee population was monitored by approximating sealed brood and adult bees based on the coverage of the combs. Parasitic mites were monitored by detection technique like sugar shake, stick board, and sealed brood. This monitoring continued at weekly interval during 2008, 2014, and 2015. Additionally Invasion distribution of each species was checked. We calculated carrying capacity, population growth rate, and competition parameter from population monitoring data. Single parasitic mite, Varroa occurred and infestation increased continuously throughout the year in 2008. Co-occurrence of Varroa and Tropilaelaps in honey bee colonies was studied in 2014 and 2015. Carrying capacity was higher in single parasite infesting honeybee than parasites in co-occurrence. While using sugar method, carrying capacity of Varroa alone was found higher than in its co-occurrence with Tropilaelaps. Population growth rate of Varroa when tested alone was higher than its co-occurrence with Tropilaelaps in sugar method. Population growth rate of Varroa and Tropilaepas was higher in sticky method than sugar methods when they were tested in co-occurrence. Population growth rate is higher in Tropilaelaps (0.09) than Varroa (0.05) when both are tested in co-occurrence. We calculated competition parameter of Varroa and Tropilaelaps which was 1.9 and 0.53, respectively. Negative effect on regulation of carrying capacity and population growth rate is due to interspecies competition. Varroa population was higher than Tropilaelaps because there was high intraspecies competition among Tropilaelaps. Single Varroa or its co-occurrence with Tropilaelaps both can destroy honeybee colonies.
Effect of centrifugation on tryptic protein digestion

This study investigated the effect of centrifugation on tryptic digestion. This was done by applying different centrifugation speeds (6,000, 8,000, 10,000, 20,000, and $30,000{\times}g$) over various durations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 min) to digest two model proteins - cytochrome c and myoglobin. The intact proteins and resulting peptides were identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Centrifugation greatly improved the tryptic digestion efficiency of cytochrome c, where either an increase in centrifugation speed or in digestion duration significantly improved the digestion of cytochrome c. However, centrifugation did not noticeably improve the digestion of myoglobin; 16 h of centrifuge-assisted tryptic digestion at $30,000{\times}g$ barely removed the myoglobin protein peak. Similar results were also obtained when using conventional tryptic digestion with gentle mixing. When acetonitrile (ACN) was added to make 10% ACN buffer solutions, the myoglobin protein peak disappeared after 6 h of digestion using both centrifuge-assisted and conventional tryptic digestions.

Small hive beetle (SHB, Aethina tumida Murray (Coleoptera: Nitidulidae) is a honeybee pest infesting combs and stores inside the hive. Contamination of the SHB on Apis mellifera colonies were firstly noticed on September 23, 2016, in Miryang City, Gyeongnam Province in Korea. We tested the preference rate of bait against small hive beetle larvae and adult. When treated each bait of preference showed highest pollen or pollen added sugar water. We was selected the coumaphos through insecticide screening. LC/LD<SUB>50</SUB> values of coumaphos on small hive beetle larvae was estimated as 612ppm, and 1.591ug/beetle and fluvalinate 4,641ppm and 12.067ug/beetle. LC<SUB>50</SUB> values of coumaphos on small hive beetle adult was estimated as 6,571ppm. we suggested pollen patty mixed with coumaphos 10,000ppm as a control agent against small hive beetle. The control agent was tested with CD type trap and showed 82% control efficiency after 15 days in field. This study should be used a fundamental information for developing IPM (Integrated Pest Management) and controlling the expansion of population of small hive beetle in Korea.
