        근대 유교지식인의 인식 변화에 대한 연구

        이 글은 근대 유교지식인의 인식 변화를, 김교헌이라는 인물의 행적을 통해 살펴본 글이다. 김교헌은 조선조 명문가의 후예로서, 구한말 과거급제를 통해 여러 벼슬을 거쳐 종2품 벼슬까지 오른 인물이다. 특히『(증보)문헌비고』와『국조보감』의 참여 경험은, 후일 그의 여러 역사서술의 소중한 경험이 되었다. 그러나 그의 유교에 대한 인식은 대종교를 경험한 이후 완전히 바뀌었다. 그의 스승 나철의 ‘국망도존(國亡道存)’의 가르침이 교훈이 된 것이다. 그러므로 역사인식에서는 중화주의 역사관을 탈피한 민족주의 역사관을 구현했으며, 일제강점기라는 시대적 상황 아래 독립투쟁의 정신적 지주 역할을 담당했다. 더불어 대종교 제2세 교주로 취임하면서 교세확장과 독립운동의 거점 마련을 병행하기도 하였다. This paper is aware of the change of modern Confucian intellectuals, Kim Kyo-Heon is shown through that. Kim Kyo-Heon after the example of the famous House of the Joseon Dynasty, an important position, they are rough figures. In particular, the experiences involved in 『MUN-HEON-BIGO(文獻備考)』 and 『GOOK-JO-BO-GAM(國朝寶鑑)』, authored many books on the history of the latter days was an important experience. However, Kim Kyo-Heon only Confucianism awareness has changed completely since the Daejonggyo experienced. Na-Cheol, who was his teacher gave the ‘The country is ruined, even if spirit exists(國亡道存)’ was this teaching of the lesson. Therefore, the interpretation of history, the history of the interpretation center of sinocentrism off the nationalists realized the history, and the struggle for independence during the Japanese occupation plays a central role. In addition, he became General Manager of Daejonggyo, has been developed based on statues of the Daejonggyo.

        Enhancing the coercivity of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets by consecutive heat treatment–induced formation of Tb-diffused microstructures

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Herein, we probed the microstructure of Tb-diffused Nd-Fe-B magnets to investigate the relationship between Tb-diffused area and coercivity enhancement, employing prolonged stepwise heat treatment to ensure sufficient diffusion of Tb in relatively large-size magnets and revealing that this stepwise annealing generated core-shell structures. Quantitative compositional changes pertaining to individual phases of the multiphase system in each heat treatment process were analyzed by constructing ternary diagrams based on electron probe microanalysis compositional maps. During the grain boundary diffusion process, coercivity increased from 15.28 to 24.86 kOe, while only negligible remanence and energy product decreases were concomitantly observed. Microstructure analysis suggested that coercivity was closely related to the concentration and distribution of Tb; more precisely, the abovementioned core-shell structures successfully suppressed the nucleation of reverse domains at Nd-rich phase/main phase interfaces and therefore enhanced magnet coercivity without decreasing remanence and energy product.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We employed grain boundary diffusion to enhance the coercivity using TbH in large-sized magnets. </LI> <LI> The stepwise annealing for large-sized magnets were introduced for enhancing the coercivity. </LI> <LI> The relationship between Tb-diffused area and coercivity was revealed by probing microstructure. </LI> <LI> EPMA investigations including ternary diagram confirmed with the XRD analysis. </LI> <LI> We enhanced coercivity without decreasing their remanence and energy product. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        Two-dimensional phase-engineered 1T′– and 2H–MoTe<sub>2</sub>-based near-infrared photodetectors with ultra-fast response

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Two-dimensional (2D) crystal growth allows wafer-scale van der Waals epitaxial integration of transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) semiconductors onto a Si substrate. 2D MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> and WTe<SUB>2</SUB> among TMDs are considered as possible candidates for high-performance near-infrared photodetector, due to its relatively low band gap energy (0.8–1.1 eV). Herein, 2D MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> was selected for the development of high-performance visible–near-infrared (0.5–1.1 μm) photodetectors. Phase-engineered MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> films of four atomic layers were grown by metal–organic chemical vapor deposition on an 8-inch SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Si substrate. 1T′ and 2H phase MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> films were verified by Raman spectra and scanning transmission electron microscopy. A fabricated 2H-MoTe<SUB>2</SUB>-based field-effect transistor (FET) was found to have p-type electrical transport with a mobility of 22.8 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s—the fastest among all currently reported 2H phase films synthesized by bottom-up methods—and an on/off ratio of 1.3 × 10<SUP>4</SUP>. Moreover, a photodetector based on the 1T′ phase (semimetal) film exhibited excellent performance, including photoresponsivity as high as 62–109 mA/W at 500–1000 nm—a 900% enhancement over that with a 2H phase (p-type semiconductor) film—and extremely fast response (a rise time of 0.82 μs and a fall time of 7.29 μs at a wavelength of 1000 nm).</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> 2D MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> were grown by metal–organic chemical vapor deposition on an 8-inch Si wafer. </LI> <LI> Phase-engineered (1T′ and 2H) MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> has been achieved by optimizing MOCVD growth conditions. </LI> <LI> 2D MoTe<SUB>2</SUB> was selected for the development of visible–near-infrared photodetectors. </LI> <LI> The responsivity of 1T′-MoTe<SUB>2</SUB>-based photodetector is about ten times higher than 2H phase. </LI> <LI> Ultra-fast response time of 0.82–7.29 μs and photoresponsivity of 62–109 mA/W at 500–1000 nm. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Synthesis and Characterization of CdS Nanocrystals in a Novel Phosphate Glass

        Zinc-borophosphate glasses doped with various concentrations (≤ 5 wt. %) of cadmium sulfide (CdS) were synthesized. Nanocrystals of CdS were developed in the glass matrices at different concentrations, with emphasis on the quantum confinement effect. The effects of CdS content on the optical and various other properties were investigated. The optical characterization of the glasses was carried out using UV-Visible spectrophotometry. There was a red shift in the optical cut-off with increasing CdS content in the glass. The band gap of the CdS nanocrystals doped in the glass matrix ranged from 3.5 eV to 4.2 eV. The structural characterization,which was carried out using X-ray diffraction, shows the CdS to have hexagonal crystal structure. The average size and shape of the nanocrystals doped in the glass matrix were determined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The particle sizes of the doped CdS crystals were in the range of 3 nm to 6 nm for 2 wt. % CdS, and 15 nm to 20 nm for 5 wt. % CdS.

        Multi-Regional Input-Output Analysis of Inter-Regional Virtual Water Flow in Korea

        The objective of this paper is to analyze inter-regional virtual water trade in Korea by using the inter-regional input-output (IRIO) model. We calculated the amount of virtual water consumption by region and by industry, and the results can be attributed to the final demands of each region in the study. The findings showed that the agriculture, manufacturing, and utilities sectors play a significant role in virtual water consumption in Korea. Furthermore, inter-regional virtual water consumption (virtual water imports from other regions) accounted for 41.5% of total virtual water consumption. Our results indicated the existence of mostly one-way inter-regional virtual water trading with Seoul.

      • Synthesis Method of β-NaYF4 : Yb<SUP>+3</SUP>/Er<SUP>+3</SUP> Upconversion Nanoparticles for High Stable Monodisperse Colloidal

        In this study, we suggest that precise control of temperature and synthesis time, along with maintenance of a consistent synthesis temperature that does not fluctuate, are important keys to obtain high crystalized and high monodispersed hexagonal β-NaYF₄ : Yb<SUP>+3</SUP>/Er<SUP>+3</SUP> UCNP colloidal. In addition, it was confirmed that the range of synthesis conditions that can obtain high mono-dispersity varies depending on the selection of the precursor. Two types of metal salts, acetate and chloride series, were used as precursors. Clear, transparent, and well-dispersed colloidal were obtained under diverse synthesis conditions when synthesized with the acetate series. Moreover, the dispersion stability of UCNP colloids prepared with elaborately optimized conditions persisted for up to 3 months. We believe that the results of this study could be a more accessible navigation to researchers working in the fields related to the synthesis of NaYF4:rare-earth ions UCNP colloidal.

        Properties of Cadmium Sulfide Thin Films Deposited by Chemical Bath Deposition With Ultrasonication

        Ultrasonic agitation was applied during the chemical bath deposition of CdS thin films. Ultrasonication resulted in a dramatic change in the surface morphology, growth rate, and optical properties of CdS films. There were virtually no colloidal particles adsorbed on the surface. The surface roughness measured by atomic force microscopy was reduced by a factor of two. Band gap energy increased to 2.39 eV from 2.37 eV. X-ray patterns showed that the preferred orientation changed from hexagonal (002)/cubic (111) to hexagonal (101). Optical transmission improved in the wavelength range larger than 520㎚. The chemical reaction for CdS formation started at a lower temperature under ultrasonication, and dense films were obtained even when the chemical composition of the aqueous solution deviated far from optimum conditions.

        화학물질f) 의해 발생하는 간발암 과정중 initiation 단계와 PrOmOtiOH 단계에서 간세포의 증식은 중요한 역할을 한다. 설치류에f·1 혈중 지방감소제나 플라스틱가소제인 phthalate 예스테르 같은 과산화쇼체 증가물질(peroxisome proliferator)을 장기간 투여했을 때, 간 종양이 발껑한다고 알려져 있다.diisodecyl phthalate(DIDP)는 현재 대량생산되어 사용되고 있는 플라스틱 가소제로 주로 풍선, 비닐잉 3, 렌트, 장난감, 직물류의 코.팅 등에 이용되고 있다. 다른 프탈레이트 계통의 가소제와 같이 DIDP 또 할 Pt'c에 혼합되어 이용퇴고 있고 곽산화소체 증가물질로 알려져 있다. 파산화소체 증가물질인 DIDP에 의끌 간세포꼭 DNA함량 변화 및 세포증식 변화를 관찰하고, flolr c반emoter를 이용한 DNA합성지표 및 세포증식지표의 2차원적 분석 기댑을 확립하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 430-4509의 Sprague Bawley 랫드를 4 군으로 나누어 DIDP를 0, 300, 600, 1200 mgAg 씩 corn oil에 희석하여 2주간 투여하였다. 극치군에저 대조군자 비교하여 20%, 24%, 33% 정도 간장의 비대에 의한 무게 증가를 나타내었다. 2차원적 리ow cytometer 분석을 이용하여 묘rd린 표지 세포왁 PCNA 발현 양성 간세포의 수와 각각의 세포 주기의 분포는 대조군과 투여군에서 관간 유의차를 나타내지 않았다. BrdU 표지 세포와 PCNA 발현 양성 세포가 대조군과 비교하여 투여굴에서 유의차를 나타내지 않은 것은 DIDP의 영향보 다 성장에 의한 간세포 증식이 활발하여 나타난 결과라 생각된다. 본 실험에서 과산화소체 증가물질인 DIDP의 반닦투여에 의한 간세포의 DNA함쏠 변화 및 세포증식 변후에 미치는 유의차는 관찰되지 않았고, 포르말린 고정한 표본이나 신선하게 분리한 간세포에서 flow c?·tometer를 이용한 DNA합성지표 및 세포증식지표의 2차원적 분석 기댑은 유해물질의 세포증식에 대한 영향을 독성병리학적 관점에서 평가할수 있는 유용글 지표라 생각한다. Peroxisome proliferators are belived to induce liver tumors in rodents due to sustained increase in cell proliferation and oxidative stress resulting from the induction of peroxisomal enzymes. Diisodecyl phthalate(DIDP), a plasticizer produced in a large amount, is use for balloon, ink, tent, toys, coated fabrics and wire cable. Liver effects, including indications of an increase in certain subcellular structure(peroxisomes), occurred in rats fed DIDP. The objective of this study was to conduct a analysis of the changes in cell cycle and rat liver DNA synthesis after treatment with a peroxisome proliferator. Immunofluorescent detection of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation into DAN during S phase were used to assess rat heapatocyte proliferation in vivo during administration of DIDP, a known peroxisome proliferator in rodents. Sprague Dawley rat at 430-450g were exposed to 0, 300, 600 and 1200mg/kg body weight DIDP in corn oil for 2 weeks and fed a commercial diet. DIDP treated rats showed marked hepatomegaly wih liver weight increased approximately 20, 24, 33% in groups of 300, 600, 1200 mg/kg, respectively. Isolated liver nuclei labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-anti-BrdU/PI and FITC-anti-PCNA/PI were analyzed for S-phase kinetics using flow cytometry. BrdU labeling index, PCNA lebeling index and distribution of cells in G_(0)-G₁, S phase, G₂-M did not differ significantly from controls. S-phase cells constitute approximately 35% of the total population in control rat liver, a significantly higher number than reported earlier. The use of relatively young rat in the present study might have led to high levels of S-phase nuclei in control rats and too no differences in distribution of cells. It is reasonable to conclude that the marked hepatomegaly, associate with DIDP treatment, that the flow cytometric analysis of isolated nuclei from formalin fixed samples and freshly isolated hepatocytes and potentially other useful markers would provide a useful tool for retrospective assessment of the cell proliferation in toxicological pathology.
