成人의 身體組成 評價를 위한 生體電氣低抗法의 妥當性 檢討

This study is concerned with a comparison of the UW and the BI methods as they are applied to the evaluation of body composition. The validity of the BI method is studied in detail, and the SFT method is also examined in detail in comparison with the other methods. Altogether 49 healthy adults(13 males and 36 females)were estimated, and the following results have been obtained: 1. A comparison of the % body fat measured by the three methods is schematically summarized below: ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 2. There was a higher correlation between the UW and the BI methods than between the UW and the SFT methods in the estimate of the body composition. 3. The measurements of the %body fat, the height and weight, and the fat thickness by means of the UW method did not reveal significant correlation with respect to the physical constitution of the males, but there was a significant correlation(0.5754) with respect to the weight of the females. 4. In the estimated of the % body fat, the BI method showed a smaller standard and relative deviation than the SFT method both for the male and the female subjects, and the highest degree of accuracy was obtained in the BI method applied to the male subjects.
ProFile, ProTaper™ 및 K-Flexofile 근관 성형시 근관의 만곡도에 따른 근관 형태 변화 비교연구

본 연구는 ProFile, ProTaper및 K-Flexofile로 근관 성형시 근관의 만곡도에 따라 근관의 형태가 어떻게 변화하는 지를 비교 분석하고자 시행되었다. ISO #15 Hnger spreader를 15도, 30도 및 45도로 만곡시키고 에폭시 레진으로 각각도의 근관을 갖는 30개의 근관 모형을 제작하였다. 근관의 길이는 18 mm로 하였고 근관의 만곡은 근관의 입구로부터 10 mm부위에서 시작하도록 제작하였다. 근관 성형에는 엔진 구동형 니켈-타이타늄 파일인 ProFile과 ProTaper, 수동형 stainless steel 파일인 K-Flexonle을 사용하였다. ProFile과 ProTaper는 제조자의 지시에 따라 크라운다운법으로 근관 성형하였고, K-Flexofile은 스텝백법으로 근관 성형하였다. 근첨부 성형은 #25 파일 크기까지 시행하였다. 근관성형 전·후 이미지를 스캐너를 이용하여 얻고 Photoshop 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 중첩하였다. 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 치근단 쪽에서부터 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6, 7,8, 9 및 10 mm부위의 내·외측 폭경 변화와 총폭경 및 근관의 중심축에 대한 근관 변위을 측정하였다. 각 부위에서 내·외측 폭경과 총폭경 및 근관 변위의 유의성 검정을 위해 one-way ANOVA 분석을 시행하였으며 각 기구간의 유의성 검정은 Scheffe's test로 사후 분석하였다. 또한 기구의 변형과 파절 여부를 평가한 결과 엔진 구동형 니켈-타이타늄 파일인 ProFile과 ProTaper를 사용하여 근관성형시 수동형 스테인레스 스틸 파일인 K-Flexofile에 비해 근관의 변위를 적게 유발하고 특히 ProFile이 근관 성형시 바람직한 기구임을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the canal configuration after shaping by ProFile, ProTaper and K-Flexofile in simulated resin canals with different angles of curvature. Three types of instruments were used : ProFile, ProTaper, K-Flexofile. Simulated root canals, which were made of epoxy resin, were prepared by ProFile, ProTaper with rotary instrument using a crown-down pressureless technique, and hand instrumentation was performed by K-Flexofile using a step-back technique. All simulated canals were prepared up to size 25 file at end-point of preparation. Pre and post instrumentation images were recorded with Scanner. Assessment of canal shape was completed with Image Analysis program. Measurements were made at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 mm from the apex. At each level, outer canal width, inner canal width, total canal width, and amount of transportation from original axis were recorded. Instrument deformation and fracture were recorded. Data were analyzed by means of one-way ANOVA analysis of variance and the Sheffe' s test. The result was that ProFile and ProTaper maintain original canal shape regardless of the increase of angle of curvature than K-Flexofile. The effects of Laminaria japonica fucoidan extract (LJFE) on the biochemical parameters of lipid-related function were investigated in liver and serum of CCl_(4)-treated rats. LJFE of 100 mg/kg concentration was intraperitoneally administered into rats at dose of 1.5 ml/kg for 14 days. On the day 15, 3.3 ml/kg of CCl_(4) dissolved in olive oil (1:1) was injected 12 hours before anesthetization. We examined the lipid-related functions and enzyme activitys by measuring the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum. The results showed that CCl_(4) treatment increased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP decreased the low values of TC but LJFE pretreatment decreased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP to the low values, increased the TC. It was suggested that LJFE can be used as the potential candidate for the lipid-metabolism natural supplement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban tissues In terms of its historical environment The historical environment has an effect on the physical characteristics of a city and the physical environment is decided and changed by the interaction of Its components such as the street systems, plots and buildings The city of Seoul had been formed based upon Its natural elements, and Its street system had been built up along with Its waterway system The waterway is the main contextual factor of the irregular alley system of the old Seoul, which has been one of the main historical environment of the City for the last 600 years By analysing the historical maps and documents, the actual building documents, and the survey result of the several blocks in the City, this study would present that the Irregular geometrical configuration of Seoul was based upon Its waterway systems and the urban configuration has been affected by It's urban tissues In terms of historical environment for hundreds of years The study also suggests that It would be important to cons1der this historical urban environment of Seoul as a guideline of the future urban planning of the city

The purpose of this paper is to address the issue of integrating informal and formal requirements specification techniques. In this paper we present the combination of SA(Structure Analysis) and VDM(Vienna Development Method). We specially focus on the specification transformation from DFD to VDM-SL and vice versa, and the development of the transformation supporting tools. Such a combination has the following advantages: · The specifier is given structural guidance for the construction of a formal specification of the system. The formal specification should then be used as a starting point of the further development of the system. · The DFD can be a more convenient means to explain the formal semantics of the VDM-SL specification.

<P>We investigated blue fluorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) with a charge control layer (CCL) to produce high efficiency and improve the half-decay lifetime. Three types of devices (device A, B, and C) were fabricated following the number of CCLs within the emitting layer (EML), maintaining the thickness of whole EML. The CCL and host material, 2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene, which has a bipolar property, was able to control the carrier movement with ease inside the EML. Device B demonstrated a maximum luminous efficiency (LE) and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 9.19 cd/A and 5.78%, respectively. It also showed that the enhancement of the half-decay lifetime, measured at an initial luminance of 1,000 cd/m2, was 1.5 times longer than that of the conventional structure. A hybrid white OLED (WOLED) was also fabricated using a phosphorescent red emitter, bis(2-phenylquinoline)-acetylacetonate iridium III doped in 4,4'-N,N'-dicarbazolyl-biphenyl. The property of the hybrid WOLED with CCL showed a maximum LE and an EQE of 13.46 cd/A and 8.32%, respectively. It also showed white emission with Commission International de L'?clairage coordinates of (x = 0.41, y = 0.33) at 10 V.</P>

A panel of 65 melon germplasm was used to screen for resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis (Fom) and Monosporascus cannonballus. The screening test revealed 35 accessions that are highly resistant to Fom race 1 and 11 accessions with high resistance to M. cannonballus. A total of four accessions, ‘K134068’, ‘K133069’, ‘Wondae’ and ‘PI 414723’, showing resistance to both pathogens were selected as candidates for melon rootstock. Yield and quality of fruits harvested from ‘Earl``s elite’ (Muskmelon, Reticulatus Group) grafted onto the selected melon rootstocks were found comparable to or better than those of non-grafted melons. Nearly negligible incidence of fruit fermentation was observed when ‘Homerunstar’ (Honeydew type, Inodorus Group) was grafted with the selected melon rootstocks, unlike when it was grafted onto ’Shintozwa’ (Cucurbita spp.) rootstock. The selected melon accessions with resistance to Fusarium wilt and Monosporascus root rot are considered to be potential and valuable genetic resources for breeding program of melon.
