A NOTE ON TWO WEIGHT INEQUALITIES FOR THE DYADIC PARAPRODUCT

In this paper, we provide detailed proof of the Sawyer type characterization of the two weight estimate for the dyadic paraproduct. Although the dyadic paraproduct is known to be a well localized operators and the testing conditions obtained from checking boundedness of the given localized operator on a collection of test functions are provided by many authors. The main purpose of this paper is to present the necessary and sufficient conditions on the weights to ensure boundedness of the dyadic paraproduct directly.

TWO WEIGHT ESTIMATE FOR THE PARAPRODUCT IN THE SPACE OF HOMOGENEOUS TYPE

In this paper, we provide sufficient conditions of a pair of weights (u, v) and a function b so that the dyadic paraproduct is bounded from $L^2_u(X)$ into $L^2_v(X)$, where X is a space of homegeneous type. In order to prove the main result we use the honest dyadic system introduced in [10].

ON A TWO WEIGHTS ESTIMATE FOR THE COMMUTATOR

We provide quantitative two weight estimates for the commutator of the Hilbert transform under certain conditions on a pair of weights (u, v) and b in $Carl_{u,v}$. In [10] and [11], Bloom's inequality is shown in a modern setting, and the boundedness of the commutators is provided by assuming both weights u, v are $A_2$ and $b{\in}BMO_{\rho}$. In the present paper we show that the condition on b can be replaced by $Carl_{u,v}$ by using the joint $A^d_2$ condition.

NOTES ON SAWYER TYPE ESTIMATES FOR THE DYADIC PARAPRODUCT

In this paper, we provide Sawyer type conditions on a pair of weights so that the dyadic paraproduct π<sub>b</sub> is bounded from L<sup>2</sup>(u) into L<sup>2</sup>(v). The conditions can be obtained by checking the boundedness of the dyadic paraproduct on a collection of test functions.

WEIGHTED NORM ESTIMATE FOR THE GENERAL HAAR SHIFT OPERATORS VIA ITERATING BELLMAN FUNCTION METHOD

It is shown that for a general Haar shift operator, and a weight in the $A_2$ weight class, we establish the weighted norm estimate which linearly depends on $A_2$-characteristic $[w]_{A_2}$. Although the result is now well known, we introduce the new method, which is called the iterated Bellman function method, to provide the estimate.

WEIGHTED NORM ESTIMATES FOR THE DYADIC PARAPRODUCT WITH VMO FUNCTION

In [1], Beznosova proved that the bound on the norm of the dyadic paraproduct with b ∈ BMO in the weighted Lebesgue space L2(w) depends linearly on the Ad2 characteristic of the weight w and extrapolated the result to the Lp(w) case. In this paper, we provide the weighted norm estimates of the dyadic paraproduct πb with b ∈ VMO and reduce the dependence of the Ad2 characteristic to 1/2 by using the property that for b ∈ VMO its mean oscillations are vanishing in certain cases. Using this result we also reduce the quadratic bound for the commutators of the Calderón-Zygmund operator [b, T] to 3/2.

우리나라 지상시스템은 위성 관제와 탑재체 자료 처리를 위해서 1990년대부터 개발되기 시작하였다. 전형적인 지상시스템은 지상기지, 제어센터 및 통신연결의 기능으로 구성된다. 지상기지는 다양한 임무의 많은 위성을 운영할 수 있도록 국내외에 분포되어야 한다. 제어센터는 자원제어, 임무제어, 위성운영제어, 탑재체운영제어의 기능을 수행한다. 지상시스템을 개발물로 구분하면 관제시스템 및 처리시스템이 될 수 있다. 본 논문은 지상기지 현황을 소개하고 제어센터의 일부분인 관제, 수신, 처리 시스템에 대해서 설명한다. 특히, 독일 지상기지를 분석하고 한국항공우주연구원이 독일 지상기지에 설치한 해외지상기지터미널을 분석하고 비교하였다. Korean ground systems have started to be developed for mission control and payload data processing since 1990s. Typical ground system consists of the functions of ground station, control center and communication link. The ground station should be distributed at homeland and abroad to operate many satellites of various mission. The control center performs the functions of resource control, mission control, satellite operation control, and payload operation control. Classifying the ground system as development can be a control system and a processing system. This paper introduces the status of ground station and explains the control, reception, and processing system. In particular, this paper analyzes German ground station and analyze and compare overseas ground station terminal installed at German ground station by KARI.

PESTICIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT USING ELECTROCHEMICAL OXIDATION

Electrochemical treatment of wastewater generated from the production of chemicals used to make insecticide, herbicide, and pesticide is investigated. IrO2/SnO2 film electrode prepared on titanium was used as an anode in the electrochemical cell. Based on TOC data obtained from the batch test, organic compounds in the wastewater was oxidized and mineralized. Some organic compounds did not undergo electrochemical oxidation. In order to identify those compounds, gel permeation chromatogram and GC/MS analysis was made. Factors that determine electrochemical oxidation rate were investigated. TOC removal rate was strongly affected by current density. Eleotrochemical oxidation rate was not improved under acidic condition. Continuous test was performed to investigate preliminary design parameter for electrochemical cell.

우리나라 지상시스템은 위성 관제와 탑재체자료 처리를 위해서 1990년대부터 개발되기 시작하였다. 과학위성, 저궤도위성 및 정지궤도 지상시스템의 초기 개발 시에는 국제기술협력 등이 필요하였으나, 초기 기술 확보 이후에는 국내 독자 기술로 개발되기 시작하였다. 우리나라는 지금까지 총 14기의 지상시스템을 개발하였으며, 본 논문은 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 발전 전망 및 방향을 제시한다. 관제시스템은 재구성, 재사용, 자동화 기술을 기반으로 하는 다중위성 관제시스템 개발이 필요하다. 처리시스템은 다양한 탑재체자료 처리 기술의 확보와 처리정확도 향상을 위한 검보정 기술의 접목이 필요하다. 또한, 탑재체자료 양의 증가로 인한 고속처리 기술 확보와 처리된 탑재체자료를 사용자 간에 사용하고 통합하는 상호운영성 연구가 필요하다. 끝으로, 다양한 종류의 많은 위성을 운영할 수 있도록 국내외에 분포된 안테나 등 국가 지상시스템 인프라 망 구축이 필요하다. Korean ground systems have started to be developed for mission control and payload data processing since 1990s. International technology cooperations were needed in the early development phase of ground system for science experiment satellite, LEO satellite and GEO satellite and then they have been developed as domestic own technology since acquiring early technology. Our country has developed total 14 ground systems until now, this paper suggests prospect and direction on ground system development in the base of such development experiences. Mission control system is needed to develop multi-satellite mission control system in the base of technology of re-configure, re-use and automation. Processing system is needed to acquire processing technology for kinds of payload sensor data and study inter-operation to integrate and use outputs which are processed between users. Finally, national ground system infrastructure is needed to operate kinds of lots of satellites at worldwide area.
