To explore effects of acetylene-incorporation, acetylene-bridged D-A-D type small molecules ((HD/OD)-DPP-A-PY) using pyrene as a donor and diketopyrrolopyrrole as an acceptor were successfully synthesized and characterized. (HD/OD)-DPP-A-PY exhibited planar back-bone, conjugation extension, enhanced light absorption, and low HOMO energy level. Combined with the advanced properties, solution-processed OSCs based on a blend of HD-DPP-A-PY as a donor and [6,6]-phenyl-C<SUB>71</SUB>-butyric-acid-methyl-ester (PC<SUB>70</SUB>BM) as an acceptor exhibited PCEs as high as 3.15%.

본 연구에서는 구조재로 널리 사용되는 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 복합재 적층조건별 인장, 압축 물성을 가상분석 하였다. 해석 수행에 앞서 필요한 물성 추출을 위해 0 도 인장물성, 압축물성과 45 도 전단물성, 복합재 부피분율, 밀도를 시험·측정하였으며, 해당 값을 바탕으로 가상분석을 진행하였다. 해석을 위한 시편은 Toray 3K Twill, Epoxy(금호피앤비화학, KER9610, KCA9630), 4ply 적층 후 진공백 성형으로 120 도에서 30min 간 경화를 진행하였다. 인장시험은 ASTM D3039, 압축시험은 ASTM D6641, 45 도 전단시험은 ASTM D3518, 부피분율은 ASTM D3171 규격에 따라 시험하였으며, 인장강도 600.85MPa, 인장 modulus 59.23GPa, 압축강도 368.88MPa, 압축modulus 48.56GPa, 전단강도 80.08MPa, 전단modulus 8.01GPa, 부피분율 49.7%의 값을 확인하였다. 해석 시 적층 조건으로는 Trunk Lid Outer에 사용되는 재료이기 때문에 symmetric 한 적층 패턴으로 진행하였으며, [0/45]_s, [0/0/45]_s, [45/0/45]_s, [0], [45]으로 가상분석을 진행하였다. 0 도 인장물성의 경우 시험 값이 해석 값보다 조금 더 높게 나타났으나, 이는 수지 물성 입력 시험 값이 아닌 유사한 수치를 넣어 차이가 있는 것으로 판단되며, 정확한 해석을 위해서는 해당 값을 직접 측정하여 반영해야 한다. 압축의 경우 해석 값과 유사하게 나왔는데 이는 압축의 경우 수지보다 섬유 물성에 크게 작용하기 때문인 것으로 사료되어진다. In this study, the tensile and compressive properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites widely used as structural materials for each lamination condition were virtually analyzed. In order to extract the required physical properties before performing the analysis, the 0 degree tensile property, the compressive property and the 45 degree shear property, the volume fraction of the composite material, and the density were tested and measured, and a virtual analysis was conducted based on the corresponding values. The specimens for analysis were Toray 3K Twill, Epoxy (Kumho P&B Chemical, KER9610, KCA9630), 4ply laminated and then cured at 120 degrees for 30 minutes by vacuum bag forming. The tensile test was ASTM D3039, the compression test was ASTM D6641, the 45 degree shear test was ASTM D3518, the volume fraction was tested according to the ASTM D3171 standard. , Shear strength of 80.08 MPa, shear modulus of 8.01 GPa, and volume fraction of 49.7% were confirmed. In the analysis, the lamination condition was a symmetric lamination pattern because it was a material used for the trunk lid outer, and [0/45]_s, [0/0/45]_s, [45/0/45]_s, [0 ], [45] for virtual analysis. In the case of the 0 degree tensile property, the test value was slightly higher than the analysis value, but it is judged that there is a difference by putting a similar value rather than the resin property input test value. do. In the case of compression, the result was similar to the analysis value, which is believed to be because the compression has a greater effect on fiber properties than resin.

Low temperature electrostatic bonding experiments were carried out, which can be applicable to sensor packaging. After thermally depositing Al film on Si substrate, Al-deposited Si and alkali borosilicate glass were electrostatically bonded. The thickness of deposited A1 film were 100, 500, 2000, 5000 Å and bondings without cracks were achieved at 150 ℃ with the Al films of over 1000 Å thickness.
대역별 웨이브렛 계수 양자화와 블록 임계값을 이용한 영상부호화

기존의 논문들은 변환에 따른 각 변환계수들의 스캐닝 방법을 고려하지 않기 때문에 최적의 변환에도 불구하고 압축 효율이 좋지 않다. 본 논문에서는 높은 화질의 영상과 계산량의 단축을 위해서 정지 영상에 웨이브렛 변환을 사용하고, 웨이브렛 변환 후 각 대역 특성별로 양자화를 수행하며, 부호화 방법에 대해 새로운 스캐닝 방법을 제안한다. JPEG 알고리듬과 제안 알고리듬을 비교하였을 때, 동일한 비트율에서 제안 알고리듬이 높은 화질의 영상을 얻을 수 있었다.

Stress developed in the glass plate during vacuum packaging of an FFD (Field Emission Display) was calculated. Bending stress was derived from the bending moment of the glass plate experiencing bending in the condition of built in edge. Fracture behaviour of the glass plate was observed and the displacement at the center was also measured. Vercuum packaging experiments were carried cut on 3.7$quot; and 5.7$quot; panels. 'floe fracture behavior of the evacuated panel was explained using the bending stress which was derived on the assumption that all edges of the gins were built in.

The scimitar syndrome is a rare, complex, variable and congenital malformation of the right lung. These anomalies consist of anomalus pulmonary venous drainage of the right lung to the IVC, hypoplasia of the right lung, hypoplastic right pulmonary artery and anomalies of the right hemidiaphragm. But we recently experienced a case of typical scimitar syndrome except pulmonary venous drainage of the right lung to the IVC. This case shows drainage not to the IVC, but to the left atrium. We present this case with the review of literature.
Conceptual Design of a Table-top Terahertz Free-electron Laser

We have designed a table-top terahertz (THz) free electron laser (FEL). The main issue of the FEL design is to decrease radiation losses at the FEL resonator except outcoupling ratio. Also reducing the number of undulator periods and total undulator length is important to increase FEL conversion efficiency and to reduce its size. The FEL consists of a magnetron-based microtron having an energy of ∼5 MeV, a strong electromagnetic helical undulator having the period of ∼25 mm, and a cylindrical waveguide-mode optical resonator. The total diameter of the microtron is approximately 60 cm and the macropulse current is more than 50 mA. The condition for low-loss and high-gain oscillator of the table-top FEL has been studied by using a 2-D FEL code. Injection scheme of the electron beam to the undulator was optimized by calculating beam trajectories with a 3-D PIC code. The average THz power is calculated to be 1 W with the tunable wavelength range from 200 μm to 500 μm. The size of the system is expected to be 1 × 2 m<SUP>2</SUP>. The FEL is expected to be used for the real-time imaging of security inspection.
