In order to make a synthetic plan of complex organic compounds, first of all, it is necessary to be capable of searching for the objects' structures by each systematic thinking capacity and original ideas, accompanied by systematic synthesis. First, classifying of organic synthesis, 1. Total synthesis & partial synthesis 2. Rational synthesis & non-rational synthesis 3. Classified into linear synthesis and convergent synthesis Second, the synthesis of complex organic compounds 1. Finding out what is the important problem in synthetic process, the structure of the objects should be simplified by contrasting synthesis, and the important mid-materials and originals found. 2. Making several synthetic plans of them, comparing and examing the relative advantage and disadvantage(of them), making a decision of a specific synthetic plan, and selecting each procedure, specific reactions and reagents according to them should be chosen. 3. Planning and performing experiments, the result of them should be examined and analyzed, and the process to supplement insufficient parts added. 4. The rapid understanding of synthetic polymers requires full recongnation of the synthesis of complex organic compounds.
셀프리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 의미성의 조절효과를 중심으로

기업이 생존하고 경쟁우위를 획득하기 위해서는 전통적인 조직운영의 방식에서 탈피하여 조직 구성원 모두가 가치사슬을 강화시키는 혁신과정에 참여하고 몰입할 수 있는 대안적 조직운영 방식의 실천이 요구된다. 셀프리더십은 치열한 경쟁적 환경 속에서 경쟁우위의 지속가능성을 담보해 주는 혁신행동과 혁신과정의 추동요인이라고 할 수 있으며, 혁신행동과 가치혁신과정에의 참여는 조직 구성원 개개인 스스로가 작업과정에서 창의적인 아이디어의 창출을 하는 주도자임과 동시에 실행자로서 자발적인 의지와 능력을 갖추고 있어야 효과적일 수 있는데, 이러한 과정은 곧 셀프리더십이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 종업원을 대상으로 셀프리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향과 그 사이에서 의미성의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과 셀프리더십은 직무성과를 촉진하는 원인 변인으로 확인되었으며, 의미성은 셀프리더십과 직무성과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 연구모델의 측면에서는 셀프리더십을 하위요인으로 구분하여 결과변인과 조절변인의 효과를 검정하였다는 것이며, 연구결과의 측면에서는 직무성과 향상을 위한 셀프리더십 개발의 실천적 방향을 제시하였다는 것이다. This study examined and analyzed the results of self-leadership on job performance and the moderating effect of meaning aimed at the employees of SMEs. In the research results, Self-leadership was identified as a causal factor promoting job performance and meaning was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between self-leadership and job performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical implications of presenting a new model studying the moderating effects of job performance on the sub-dimensions of self-leadership and to suggest the role of self-leadership of employees to improve job performance.

All the studies about pin-fins so far focus on investigating the geometry and configurations of pin-fins to perceive the mechanism of the flow and vortices and maximize the heat transfer efficiency index (HTEI) of the channel. However, questions remained about the effect of the endwall, which can be used to develop and conserve the vortices around the pins. These vortices are typically the key factors influencing the heat transfer capacity of the channel but have not been investigated properly. This work numerically investigates the vortices development and preservation of the channel with three types of endwall-turbulation systems, i.e., the flat endwall, the protruding endwall, and the indented endwall, and the structure of the flow therein. The heat transfer characteristics, which include Nusselt number, friction factor, and HTEI, are studied and compared between all cases with Reynolds numbers ranging from 7400 to 36000. It is reported in the results that, with these new endwall configurations, the high heat transfer regions near the pin-fins are remarkably enlarged compared to the flat endwall. Moreover, in the meantime, both the new endwall configurations enhanced the heat transfer capacity of the channel near the pin-fins, represented by the Nusselt number. The HTEI of these two new designs outperform the baseline case by 37.8 % with the indented endwall and 15.9 % with the protruding endwall. It is discovered that the increase in Nu when applying the trapezoidal endwall to the channel is mainly produced by the combination of the indentations and the protrusions. The protrusions are meant to increase the momentum of the gas passing through it so that the flow will interact more productively with the heated wall. The indentations, on the other hand, enlarge the area of the horseshoe vortices (HV) and preserve it when it is on the verge of collapse. By varying the height of the indentation and the protrusion, it is found that with the small height, both configurations produce a much lower friction factor but much higher heat transfer capacity, leading to a relatively higher HTEI, up to 77.7 % and 41.5 % higher than the flat endwall case of the indented and protruding endwall, respectively. The investigations resulted in diminishing the wake behind the pin-fin with a high-height trapezoidal endwall. For the indented endwall, the deep endwall increases the velocity at the entrance of the indentations and induces more turbulence when the flow exits them. These phenomena result in higher heat transfer of the channel. Besides, the highly elevated protruding endwalls increase heat transfer by creating more turbulence around them and the pin-fins but induce more pressure loss penalty. These results indicated the great potential for improving the heat transfer capability of pin-fins by optimizing endwall con-figurations, which could benefit future designs for industries.
Effect of anti-skin disorders of ginsenosides- A Systematic Review

Ginsenosides are bioactive components of Panax ginseng with many functions such as anti-aging, antioxidation,anti-inflammatory, anti-fatigue, and anti-tumor. Ginsenosides are categorized into dammarane,oleanene, and ocotillol type tricyclic triterpenoids based on the aglycon structure. Based on thesugar moiety linked to C-3, C-20, and C-6, C-20, dammarane type was divided into protopanaxadiol (PPD)and protopanaxatriol (PPT). The effects of ginsenosides on skin disorders are noteworthy. They play antiagingroles by enhancing immune function, resisting melanin formation, inhibiting oxidation, andelevating the concentration of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Thus, ginsenosides have previously beenwidely used to resist skin diseases and aging. This review details the role of ginsenosides in the anti-skinaging process from mechanisms and experimental research.
A performance comparison of transport membrane condenser with different membrane shape and material

Flue gas from boiler contains a large amount of heat loss and wastewater. Recovery of heat and vapor is highly expected to enhance boiler efficiency and reduce its consumption. Based on the sensible heat and latent heat of vapor in the hot flue gas, membrane condenser can achieve high recover efficiencies by a proper membrane. In this study, the humidity gas was used as artificial flue gas while cooling water contribute to the condensation and transport of vapor. Different membranes were applied when membrane area and operating conditions were kept similar. The performance of plate type and circular type ceramic membrane were compared together. In order to enhance the recovery efficiency of condenser, membrane surface was modified by different methods and materials to obtain the optimal membrane properties. Furthermore, the self-made membrane substrate was developed to compare with the commercially available membrane.
