五令散의 作用機轉에 대한 考察

Oryoungsan which first recorded in Sanghanron, the clinical medical book consists of treating acute febrile disease according to its change, is one of the frequently used oriental medicines. these days, it has been prescribed in symptoms accompanied by edema mostly. therefore it is easy to consider it as a type of diuretics. In Sanghanron it was originally used in the symptoms of perspiration, decreased urine volume, thirsty, flatulence, these symptoms indicate loss of body fluid and the prescription which orders "taking warm water sufficiently" supports this. On this background, it is supposed that Oryoungsan treats dehydration after providing water and electrolytes. To consider that herbal medicines consisted of Oryoungsan make electrolytes go out of the body, The healing mechanism of dehydration doesn't meet this. Because Oryoungsan was used in condition of fever or in similar condition, it is more resonable to understand that restoration of increasing blood flow to the subcutaneous venous plexus regulating body temperature in febrile condition into body circulation, resulting into maintaining main blood volume and into treating decreased urine volume and thirsty is Oryoungsan's function in the dehydration or febrile condition. That is, symptoms are decreased or disappeared through restoring unbalance of internal body fluid. The other target is pain controls, especially chronic headache, facial pain and trigeminal neuralgia, it is suggested that the funciton of pain control of Oryoungsan is related to 5-HT(5-hydroxytrypamine), nerve transmitter in the endogenous analgesic system. Moreover it is also suggested that Oryoungsan is relate to 5-HT, considering the fact that gastroparesis, a symptom of cyclic vomiting syndrome treated with 5-HTID receptor agonist is similar to the 'bi(??)', symptoms appeared in the Oryoungsan-related disease.

The purpose of this study was to investigate clothing consumer behavior of one thousand of men and women above 20 years and to find out the reasonable maximum utility of them on clothing behavior. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. 1) In clothing monagement activity were found out a significance with sex, monthly income, occypation, floor space. 2) In clothing management activity of these days many clothes were kept in dead storage, and they were to be utilized more. 3) Clothing exchange store, clothing lending store, clotheing trunk room were to be proposed for the purpose of the efficient clothing management.

변혁적 리더십이 운동선수의 지도자 동일시와 신뢰, 그리고 운동행동에 미치는 효과

이 연구는 스포츠에서 변혁적 리더십 요인을 확인하고, 변혁적 리더십이 지도자에 대한 선수들의 동일시 및 신뢰, 그리고 운동수행, 관여 및 동기에 미치는 효과 및 그 차별성을 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 15개 고등학교와 2개 대학에 재학중인 선수 414명이 연구에 참가했다. 스포츠 지도자의 변혁적 리더십 요인, 지도자에 대한 신뢰 및 동일시, 선수의 운동수행, 동기, 관여를 측정하는 문항들을 Likert식 5점 척도에서 평정하도록 제작된 '체육지도자 행동특성 질문지'를 제작해서 사용했다. 문항반응 요인분석을 통해서 질문지의 구성타당성을 검증한 결과, 카리스마, 개별적 배려, 지적 자극, 지도자에 대한 동일시와 신뢰, 그리고 운동수행, 관여, 동기 요인을 추출했다. 자료는 SAS V.8.O for win을 이용해서 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선수들을 개별적으로 배려하고 카리스마적이고, 지적을 자극할수록 선수들은 지도자를 더 동일시하고, 신뢰하고, 운동수행, 관여, 동기수준이 더 높았다. 둘째, 지도자를 신뢰하고 동일시할수록 운동수행, 관여, 동기수준이 더 높았다. 셋째, 변혁적 스포츠 리더십의 세 요인인 개별적 배려, 카리스마, 지적 자극은 동일시, 신뢰, 수행, 관여 및 동기에 차별적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 개별적 배려는 동일시, 수행 및 동기에 영향을 미쳤다. 카리스마는 동일시, 신뢰, 수행, 관여 및 동기에 모두 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 지적 자극은 동일시에만 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to examine elements of transformational leadership in sport and effects of transformational leadership on athletic's trust and identification, and performance, involvement and motivation. 414 athletics of 15 high-schools and 2 colleges participated as subject in this study. They responded on 'The Sports Leaders Behavior Questionnaire' including items measuring elements of transformational leadership and athletic's trust and identification, and performance, involvement and motivation in sport. The questionnaires were administered in winter-training camps of each team during January, 2001. To analysis data, the SAS-PC Version 8.00 for Windows was used. The construct validation and reliability of the questionnaire, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficients were calculated. As result, 3 factors were abstracted from transformational leadership items: charisma, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. 2 factors were abstracted from items measuring the perception of leader: identification and trust. And 3 factors were abstracted from items measuring behaviors in sport: performance, involvement, and motivation. The result of this study were as follows: First, the higher were the level of individualized consideration, charisma and intellectual stimulation, the higher the level of identification, trust, performance, involvement, and motivation. Second, the higher were the level of identification, and trust, the higher the level of performance, involvement, and motivation in sport. Third, 3 elements of transformational leadership had differential effects on the identification and trust, and performance, involvement, and motivation in their sport behaviors.

한국근대기 일본인 이주어촌내 가옥의 변용양상에 관한 연구 : 외나로도 축정 1ㆍ2구 일대의 1열형 가옥을 중심으로

This paper aims to clarify transformation of I-line type houses of Japanese migrant fishing vi11age in Oenaro-do Island. The basic type of I-line type house has rectangular spatial configuration simply composed of shop(entrance), room, and kitchen in plan, and eaves line & grid openings in facade. The existing openings are transformed into the aluminium 4 sliding door. In case of alterations and additions, the water closet and bath room alter the interior space of basic plan. The room, boiler, and storehouse are attached to I-line type house, and enlarged more them l-line-4-column in plan. In case of new-built constructions, the basic type of one-story building is same to 1-line-4-column type expanded from I-line type 3-column, the two stories houses with shop are mostly represented, and the other houses enlarge the lot and building scale. These new-built flat slab houses have balcony and bond beam considering eaves line of adjacent houses in facade.

韓國産 靈芝 煎湯液이 Mouse의 免疫細胞 機能에 미치는 影響

This study was done to know the effects of Natural Ganoderma or Cultured Ganoderma on the innate immunities, tumor immunities and rosette forming capacities of spleen cells. The innate immunities were evaluated by measuring the effects of Natural or Cultured Ganoderma on the phagocytic activity and reactive oxygen intermediate(ROI) formation of macrophages. The effects of Natural or Cultured Ganoderma on the tumor immunities were evaluated by checking the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC) and natural killer(NK) cell activities. The administrations of both Natural and Cultured Ganoderma increased the phagocytic activities and the production of ROI of macrophages from the peritoneal cavities. But the effects caused by Natural Ganoderma were bigger than those by Cultured Ganoderma. Both the Natural and Cultured Ganoderma enhanced the ADCC but did not affect on the NK activity. The capacities of spleen cells to forming rosette were increased greatly bo the administration of Natural Ganoderma and slightly by the administration of Cultured Ganoderma. The results of this study showed that even though both Natural and Cultured Ganoderma enhanced the innate immunities, tumor immunity, and rosette forming capacity of spleen cells, Natural Ganoderma were better than Cultured Ganoderma in increasing the host's immune capabilities.

최근 9년간 신경정신과에 입원한 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰(1972∼1980년)

정신질환 환자들에 대한 정확한 생태를 파악함은 정신 건강과 치료 대책을 세우는데 중요하다. 이에 본 저자들은 1972년부터 1980떤 사이에 인제의대 부속 서울백병원 신경정신과에 입원하여 치료 받았던 환자들에 대한 제반 요인들을 분석 검토하였다. Clinical charactristics of neuropsychiatric inpatients were evaluated and discussed with special referrence to their diagnostic distribution. All discharged cases from neuropsychatric ward of Seoul Paik Hospital during nine years from 1972 to 1980 were 2863. Among them 813 cases were discarded from this study because their clinical charts were vague in description of failed to find out. The materials of this study were extracted from 2050 discharged cases. Total number of cases of inpatients were gradually increasing by each year from 1972 to 1980. Psychoneurosis was diagnosed in 45.2%, schizophrenia in 26.9%, organic brain syndrome in 8.9%, major affective disorder in 5.5%, personality disorder in 4.8%, other psychiatric disorder in 1.5%, psychophysiologic disorder in 1.0%, mental retardation in 0.5%, paranoid state in 0.5%, and other psychosis in 0.3%. The gruop of patients, ranging in age from 21 to 40 was the highest (75.2%) in this study. Male patients were 43.9% and female patients were 56.1%. Schizophrenia leas diagnosed in 32.9%, depressive neurosis in II.3%, anxiety neurosis in 9.3%, and personality disorder in 8.1% in male patients. Hysterical neurosis was diagnosed in 25.5%, depressive neurosis in 22.2%, schizophrenia in 22.2%, and anxiety neurosis in 7.0% in female patients. The authors evaluated the route of admission of patients. Sixty-eight point three percent of total studied cases were admitted through outpatient department, 20.9% of cases were admitted through emergeney room, and 8.2% of cases were transfered from other department or hospital. Among patients who were admitted to psychiatric wards through emergency room and transferred from other department or hospital, psychoneurosis was the hightest diagnostic group in rate. Most of patients who were transferred from other department or hospital were from Internal Medical Department. There were no relationship between seasonality of admission and diagnostic group in this study. readmission rate of total studied patients in neuropsychiatric department of Seoul Paik Hospital was 30%. The readmission rate of personality disorder, mental retardation, schizophrenia, and major affective disorder were relatively high. The cases who were discharged against medical advice were 441. Among them misunderstanding about psychiatric treatment was predominent. Twenty seven percent of patients had physical illness at or during admission. The patients who were diagnosd as psychophysiological disorder had physical illness in 42.8%, 35.4% in personality disorder, 33.9% in major affective disorder, and 24.3% in schizophrenia. About nine percent of total studied cases had the history of attempted suicide. Major affective disorder, Personality disorder, Deressive neurosis, and Other Psychosis showed high incidence of history of attempted suicide prior to admission.

주사 탐침 현미경을 이용하여 표면 처리한 기판 위의 DNA 관찰

대장균에서 추출한 plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 주사 탐침 현미경으로 관찰하였다. plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시키기 위하여 운모 기판을 염 이온으로 0.01~10mM까지 농도를 변화시켜 표면 처리하였다. 운모 기판 위 염 이온의 농도 차이를 X-선 광전 분광기(XPS)로 표면을 분석하였다. 기판 처리에 사용한 염 이온의 농도에 영향을 받아 착상된 DNA의 밀도 및 모양이 변화하였다. 운모 기판 처리 농도에 따른 AFM 영상 차이와 XPS로 분석한 기판 위의 염 이온의 상태를 제시하고, 이들 사이의 상관관계에 대하여 논의하였다. The plasmid DNA on mica is observed using scanning probe microscopy. The mica surface is treated by 0.01~10mM NiCl_(2) for depositing the plasmid DNA. Concentration difference of NiCl_(2) on mica is analyzed a treated mica surface using XPS. The plasmid DNA on the treated mica has a difference of density and conformation in proportion as Ni^(2+) concentration.
