본 연구의 목적은 이전의 연구가 주가지수와 소비지출 사이의 관계를 분석한 것과는 달리, VAR (Vector Autoregression) 모형을 이용하여 주가지수 변동성과 소비지출 사이의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 먼저 공적분 검정을 통해 소비지출과 주가지수수익률 변동성간에는 공적분 관계가 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 결과는 두 변수 사이에 장기균형관계가 존재하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 두 번째로, 충격반응함수의 결과로부터 주가지수 변동성은 소비지출에 주가지수보다 미약한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 충격의 효과는 더 지속적인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분산분해 분석결과도 마찬가지로 주가지수가 주가지수의 변동성보다 더 많은 영향을 미치며 이 결과는 주가지수가 주가지수의 변동성보다 소비자에 대한 신호로서 더 큰 역할을 한다는 것을 의미한다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between volatility of the stock market and the consumption expenditure in Korea, while most previous studies analyze the influences of the changes of stock prices on the household's consumption expenditure by using a VAR (Vector Autoregrssion) model. It is found that from the cointegration result, there is no cointegration relationship between the stock price volatility and each index of consumption expenditure. This implies there is no long-term equilibrium. It is also found that from the impulse response result, stock price volatility has little influence but its impact persists for a long time than that of the stock price. Finally, we found that from the variance decomposition result, the stock price affects the consumption expenditure much more than the volatility of stock price. This result implies that stock price works as a signal for the consumers rather than stock price volatility.

OBJECTIVE: Human serum albumin (HSA), which has 58 Lys residues, one Cys residue, and indocyanine green (ICG) adsorption sites, can be used as a multifunctional platform for the development of hybrid imaging probes. In this study, we prepared Cu-labeled mannose-conjugated HSA with and without ICG ([Cu]1-ICG and [Cu]1, respectively) and compared hybrid PET/near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging with positron emission tomography (PET)/Cerenkov luminescence (CL) imaging of lymph nodes (LNs). MATERIALS AND METHODS: 1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane-N,N&vprime;,N&vprime;&vprime;,N&vprime;&vprime;&vprime;-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)/mannose-conjugated HSA (1) was synthesized by conjugating mannose molecules to Lys residues and a DOTA molecule to a Cys residue of HSA. Compound 1 was then labeled with Cu ([Cu]1), and the resulting [Cu]1 was adsorbed with ICG ([Cu]1-ICG). PET/NIRF or PET/CL imaging and subsequent biodistribution studies were performed in ICR mice after injection of the probes into the foot pads. RESULTS: The numbers of mannose and DOTA molecules conjugated to HSA were 7.17±0.49 and 0.95±0.18, respectively. The site-specific conjugation of one DOTA molecule to HSA was sufficient for Cu-labeling with high efficiency (96.0±1.1%). PET/NIRF and PET/CL imaging and subsequent biodistribution studies demonstrated that the probes were avidly taken up by the popliteal LNs (PO), with a slightly higher uptake ratio of the PO to the lumbar LNs by [Cu]1. CONCLUSION: In-vivo studies suggest that [Cu]1 has more specific and selective binding to mannose receptors in the PO than [Cu]1-ICG.
Synthesis and evaluation of <sup>64</sup>Cu-labeled avidin for lymph node imaging

Sentinel lymph node (SLN) imaging plays an important role in surgery of patients with breast cancer and melanoma. In this study, avidin (Av), a tetrameric protein glycosylated with mannose and N-acetylglucosamine molecules, was labeled with $^{64}Cu$ and then evaluated for LN imaging. $^{64}Cu$-Labeled $NeutrAvidin^{TM}$ (NAv), a non-glycosylated form of Av, was used for comparison. 1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane-N,N',N'',N'''-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)-conjugated Av and NAv were prepared from the corresponding proteins and DOTA-NHS ester, which were then labeled with copper-64 and purified using PD-10 columns. The numbers of DOTA molecules conjugated to Av and NAv were 4.9 and 3.3, respectively. [$^{64}Cu$]Cu-DOTA-conjugated Av and NAv were prepared in 93% and 73% radiochemical yields, respectively. In vitro serum stability study showed that copper-64 remained stable on all radiotracers for 24 h (>97%). MicroPET/CT images showed that high radioactivity was accumulated in LNs within 15 min after footpad-injection of radiotracers. Tissue distribution data of mice demonstrated significantly higher uptake in the popliteal (PO) LN than lumbar (LU) LN for $^{64}Cu$-labeled Av (relative % ID/g excluding the injection sites: 66.2% and 26.0%, respectively) compared with those of $^{64}Cu$-labeled NAv (43.0% and 49.2%, respectively). The results of this study suggest that mannose molecules on Av enabled the radiotracer to retain in the first LN after mouse footpad-injection.
<sup>211</sup>At and <sup>211</sup>At-labeled radiopharmaceuticals for targeted alpha therapy

In addition, its strong linear energy transfer and iodine-like chemistry make that $^{211}At$ is one of the most attractive radionuclide in the field of targeted alpha therapy. In this review, production, labeling, and radiopharmaceuticals of $^{211}At$ will be discussed.

<P>Imaging techniques including computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and positron emission tomography (PET) offer many potential benefits to diagnosis and treatment of cancers. Each method has its own strong and weak points. Therefore, multimodal imaging techniques have been highlighted as an alternative method for overcoming the limitations of each respective imaging method. In this study, we fabricated PET/optical activatable imaging probe based on glycol chitosan nanoparticles (CNPs) for multimodal imaging. To prepare the dual PET/optical probes based on CNPs, both <SUP>64</SUP>Cu radiolabeled DOTA complex and activatable matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-sensitive peptide were chemically conjugated onto azide-functionalized CNPs via bio-orthogonal click chemistry, which was a reaction between azide group and dibenzyl cyclooctyne. The PET/optical activatable imaging probes were visualized by PET and optical imaging system. 저자들은 발열을 주소로 내원한 환자에서 피부발진, 가피나 임파선 종대없이 간염, 급성신부전과 파종성 혈관내 응고의 소견과 함께 경련과 국소성 신경증상을 동반한 수막뇌염 및 심한 폐출혈을 보인 비전형적인 쭈쭈가무시병 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. In Korea, tsutsugamushi disease is a common acute febrile illness during autumn and about two thousand cases occur annually. Tsutsugamushi disease is caused by R. tsutsugamushi which invade endothelial cells and thereby cause systemic vasculitis. Serious manifestations are myocarditis, meningoencephalitis, interstitial pneumonitis, coagulopathy and acute renal failure. We report a serologically proven case of tsutsugamushi disease which took a rether serious clinical course of massive pulmonary hemorrhage and meningoencephalitis, accompanied by focal neurologic signs, but without any skin rash, eschar or lymphadenopathy.
