수학 수업에서의 디지털 기기 사용 시간 및 사용 주체 : PISA 2018을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 PISA 2018의 자료를 이용하여 우리나라 수학 수업에서의 디지털 기기 활용 실태를 OECD 국가 평균과 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 우리나라는 OECD 국가 평균에 비해 수학 수업에서 디지털 기기가 사용되는 시간이 적고 학생 중심 사용 비율도 낮았다. 특히 우리나라는 성취수준이 높은 학생이 수학 수업에서 디지털 기기를 직접 사용하는 경우가 다른 OECD 국가에 비해 상대적으로 적었으며 절대적으로도 적었다. 최근 수학교육에서 ‘공학적 도구와의 학습’을 바탕으로 한 복합적 문제해결 역량의 신장이 강조되고 있는 바, 우리나라 수학 수업에서도 학생 중심의 공학적 도구의 활용을 보다 활성화할 필요가 있다. 이를 위한 제언으로 수학 수업에서 공학적 도구의 활용 실태를 세부적으로 조사하는 후속 연구의 실시와 공학적 도구와의 학습을 활성화하기 위한 현장 지원을 제시하였다. Many countries around the world, including Korea, are emphasizing using technology in math classes at the national level. This study attempted to analyze the use of technology in math classes in Korea by comparing them with OECD countries using PISA 2018 data. As a result of the analysis, compared to other countries, Korea has less time to use digital devices in math classes and lower rates of student-centered use. In Korea, the proportion of students with high mathematical performance who use technology directly in class is relatively less and absolutely less than the OECD average. Therefore, there is a need to promote the use of technology in mathematics classes in Korea, and in particular, it is necessary to enhance student-centered ‘learning with technology’. For this, a follow-up study detailing the utilization of technologies in mathematics classes, on-site support for activating learning with technology were proposed.
AlgeoMath를 활용한 초등 도형 과제의 도구화 스킴 분석

최근 초등 도형 학습에서 동적 기하 환경(DGE)의 활용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도구적 관점을 이용하여 DGE를 활용하는 초등 도형 과제를 분석하고, 초등학생들이 직면할 수 있는 개념적 및 기술적 어려움을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교과서 및 선행 연구를 분석하여 한국형 DGE인 AlgeoMath를 활용한 과제를 추출하고, 실습을 통해 과제별 도구화 스킴을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 일부 도구의 용어 및 기호가 초등 교육과정에 부합하지 않거나 수학적 오류를 포함하고 있었으며, 함수적 관점의 이해나 중등 기초 작도를 요구하는 일부 스킴은 초등학생에게 개념적 및 절차적 어려움을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 정밀하게 구현된 변환 도구가 비형식적이고 직관적으로 학습하는 초등 평면도형의 이동에 적합하지 않음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 객체의 독립성과 종속성, 숨기기 등 DGE 고유의 특성과 AlgeoMath의 기능적 한계 및 오류가 학생들에게 어려움을 초래할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로, AlgeoMath를 활용한 초등 수학 수업에 관한 교수학적 시사점 및 초등용 DGE의 기능 구성에 관한 시사점을 제안하였다. Recently, there has been increasing interest in the use of Dynamic Geometry Environments (DGE) in elementary geometry learning. This study aims to analyze elementary geometry tasks utilizing DGE from an instrumental perspective and to identify the conceptual and technical difficulties that elementary students may encounter. To achieve this, we analyzed textbooks and previous studies to extract tasks that utilize the Korean DGE, AlgeoMath, and conducted practical exercises to analyze the instrumentation schemes for each task. The analysis revealed that some terms and symbols of the tools were not aligned with the elementary curriculum or contained mathematical errors, and that some schemes requiring an understanding of functional perspectives or basic constructions in secondary mathematics could present conceptual and procedural difficulties for elementary students. Furthermore, we found that precisely implemented transformation tools were not suitable for the informal and intuitive learning of elementary plane figure movements. Finally, it was confirmed that the inherent characteristics of DGE, such as the independence and dependence of objects and the hiding feature, as well as the functional limitations and errors of AlgeoMath, could pose challenges for students. Based on these findings, the study suggests pedagogical implications for elementary mathematics lessons using AlgeoMath and provides insights into the functional composition of DGE for elementary use.

<P>Objective: Although frequently classified as 'objective tinnitus,' in most cases vascular pulsatile tinnitus (VPT) is not equal to objective tinnitus because it is not easy to objectively document VPT. The present study was conducted to develop a novel transcanal sound recording and spectro-temporal analysis method for the objective and differential diagnosis of VPT. Study Design: A case series with a control group. Setting: Tertiary referral center. Patients: Six VPT subjects with radiological abnormalities and six normal controls. Interventions and Main Outcome Measure: The method was tested based on recordings obtained from the ipsilateral external auditory canal (EAC) using an insert microphone with the subject's head in four different positions. The recorded signals were first analyzed in the time domain, and short-time Fourier transform was performed to analyze the data in the time-frequency domain. Results: From the temporal analysis, the ear canal signals recorded from the VPT subjects exhibited large peak amplitudes and periodic structures, whereas the signals recorded from the control subjects had smaller peak amplitudes and weaker periodicity. From the STA represented by two-dimensional spectrograms and three-dimensional waterfall diagrams, all of the VPT subjects demonstrated pulse-synchronous acoustic characteristics that were representative of their respective presumptive vascular pathologies, whereas the control subjects did not display such characteristics. Conclusion: The present diagnostic approach may provide additional information regarding the origins of VPT cases as well as an efficient and objective diagnostic method. Furthermore, this approach may aid in the determination of appropriate imaging modalities, treatment planning, and evaluation of treatment outcomes.</P>

The purpose of this study is to introduce a synergetic configuration of stakeholders, especially government and university, into the corporate social responsibility strategy. The alignment of a company's CSR efforts with its business practices and values must be communicated strategically for effective and successful business outcomes. Therefore, the proposed process of CSR evaluation takes into account the three helices of the Triple-Helix perspective, university, industry, and government (UIG), and investigates how involvement in the Triple Helix actors influence corporations with CSR initiatives. Specifically, whether the public's awareness of a corporation's CSR activities is heightened by the concurrent support of the three helixes will be examined. We propose a methodology that enables corporations to determine effective levels of integration with government and educational institutions. The intensity of Triple-Helix indicators will be examined.
