        Process planning is the task of generating a plan for transforming raw material to finished part according to CAD informations and manufacturing prcatice. The task of process planning includes the determination of the sequence of a part. machines, and tools. In this paper. we proposed a flexible process planning model for the process sequence and machines selection on process planning problems. Process sequencing should consider a set of constraints imposed by the design information and manufacturing practice. Determination of an optimal machining process sequencing for complex parts results in the need to consider a large solution space. This paper presents an improved method for process sequences and machines selection that permits the efficient application of genetic algorithms. To apply the genetic algorithm to the process sequencing and machines selection problem, the representation, selection, and genetic operators are studied, and then modified genetic algorithm for optimal machining process sequencing and machine tools selection is proposed.

        본 본문에서는 독립셀 설계를 하나의 0-1 Integer Programming 모델이 개발되었다. 모델은 대안적인 공정계획과 중복설계, 공정시간, 그리고 가용능력등과 같은 현실적인 관련 파라메터들을 고려하여 설계되었다. 그리고 이 모델의 해결을 위해 유전알고리즘에 기초한 진화적 해결방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 기존의 방법에 비하여 빠른 시간내에 최적해를 구하였으며, 대규모의 문제에 대하여 효율적으로 적용 가능하였다. Several manufacturing parameters such as production volume, machine capacity, processing time, number of cells and cell size are considered in the process. The model is formulated as a 0-1 integer programming and solved using genetic algorithm. It determines the machine cells, part families and process plan for each part simultaneously.

        유기용제 노출과 간기능과의 관련성

        목 적 : 조선소에서 만성적 유기용제 노출과 간기능과의 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 한 대형 조선소에서 도장작업 부서의 근로자 461명과 유기용제 노출이 없는 대조군 125명, 총586명의 남성 근로자를 대상으로 유기용제 생체누적노출량과 간기능검사 지표와의 관련성을 단면적 연구를 통하여 수행하였다. 일반적 특성, 직업적 특성, 간기능 검사와 작업환경 평가 및 생물학적 모니터링을 이용하여 자료와 변수들을 수집하여 이변량 분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 간 기능을 정상과 비정상으로 구분하여 종속변수로 삼고 생물학적 모니터링을 근간으로 하여 생체 누적 노출량(CE)을 독립변수로 하여 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 시행하였다. 결 과 : 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 한 결과SGOT(>351ua), SGPT(>401U/L), γ-GTP(>631U/L)에 대해 유기용제 생체누적노출량(CE)은 각각 1.10(95 %Cl, 1.02~l.20), 1.10(95 %Cl,1.Ol~l.19), 1.10(95% Cl; 1.Ol~l.19)의 비차비를 보였다. 결 론 : 그러므로 혼합 유기용제에의 누적폭로는B형 간염 항원이 음성인 남성근로자들에 있어 SGOT, SGPT, γ-GTP 등의 간기능검사의 비정상결과(검사치의 증가)에 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the association of cumulative exposure to organic solvent with liver function. Methods : We conducted a cross sectional study. 461 male workers who Perform painting job at a shipyard and use organic solvents routinely and 125 workers of the same shipyard who never have been exposed to organic solvents were studied. All subjects who were confirmed not having HBsAg surveyed their age, BMI (body mass index), alcohol drinking and smoking history, and examined liver function test (SGOT, SGPT, γ-GTP, Total protein, albumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin) . The amount of cumulative exposure (CE) to mixed organic solvents were measured by biological monitoring method using their metabolites in urine. Results : The CE was observed as a significant variable with logistic regression analysis on abnormality of SGOT(>35IU/L) , SGPT(>40IU/L) and γ-GTP(>63IU/L), their odds ratio were 1.10 (95 %CI, 1.02-1.20), 1.10 (95 %CI, 1.01-1.19), and 1.10 (95 %CI, 1.01-1.19) each. Conclusions : Therefore we suggest that the cumulative exposure to mixed organic solvents might be a significant variable on abnormal liver function indices (SGOT, SGPT, γ-GTP) in male shipyard workers.

      • 생산셀 설계와 셀 배치계획을 위한 계층적 접근

        This paper is a hierarchical approach for manufacturing cell design and cell layout planning in flexible manufacturing environments. To solve this problem, the proposed model incorporates relevant manufacturing factors such as workload and cell size. Based on those information, to form the manufacturing cell, correlation similarity coefficient(CSC) between machines are calculated and a pair of machines that has the highest value of CSC is assigned to a machine cell. Repeat the above steps until the adequate manufacturing cells are obtained. Because the obtained cellular structure for the manufacturing system design in the previous stage does not give the layout of the cells on the site directly, it is important to determine the adequate cell layout. For the cell layout planning, the adjacent relationship among cells are determined on the basis of the degree of interference among cells which is evaluated by the volume of the intercellular movements among cells. The relationship obtained by this procedure determines the configuration of the cell layout. Finally, a system is developed to increase the efficiency of a proposed model. The proposed model and system are illustrated by a numerical example.

        Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder which is characterized by severe sustained mature neutrophilic leukocytosis in peripheral blood (PB), hepatosplenomegaly, elevated leukocyte alkaline phosphatase, serum uric acid. serun viatmin B 12 and the bleeding tendency despite normal platelet count and coagulation time, absence of philadelphia chromosome, and the absence of fever or underlying infection or disease sufficient to mimic a leukemoid reaction. We have experienced a 34-years-old male patient with atypical chronic neutrophilic leukemia. On admission, the leukocyte count was 56,860/uL. severe neutrophic leukocytosis with 76% neutrophils and rare immature forms on PB smear. Many neutrophils had toxic granules, and vacuoloes. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase score was decreased. The cytogenetic study showed Philadelphia chromosome negative with normal karyotype.

      • Risperidone 조기 중단군 및 장기 유지군의 임상적 특성 비교

        연구목적 : Risperidone 투여후 조기 중단한 환자들과 장기적으로 계속 risperidone을 복용하고 있는 환자의 임상적 특성을 평가하고 나아가 risperidone장기 유지와 조기 중단의 요인을 분석하고 정신병리가 약물 투여에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 연구 대상자는 1996년 1월부터 1996년 12월까지 가톨릭대학교 의과대학 부속 8개 병원 정신과에서 risperidone을 투여 시작한 환자 580명중 DSM-IV기준에 의해 정신분열병으로 진단받고 투여 기간이 6개월 미만(조기 중단군)이거나 2년 이상(장기 유지군)을 경과하였으며 의무기록의 누락이 없는 210명을 선정하였다. 두 군간 임상적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 인구학적 변인, 정신병리학적 변인, 약물 투여기록 및 부작용 등을 과거 의무기록을 근거로 평가하였다. 결 과 : 대상환자 210명 중 조기 중단군이 67명(31.9%)이었고 장기 유지군은 143명(68.1%)이었으며 두 군간 인구학적 변인과 정신병리학적 변인에 따른 특징에는 두 군간 차이가 없었다. 두 군간 risperidone의 시작 용량과 변인과 정신병리학적 변인에 따른 특징에는 두 군간 차이가 없었다. 두 군간 risperidone의 시작 용량과 최대 용량은 유의한 차이가 없었으나 유지용량은 조기 중단군에서 4.49(±1.44)mg,장기 유지군에서 3.67(±1.50)mg으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=3.698, p<0.05). 또한, 이전 항정신병약물의 사용 기왕력 변인에서 조기 중단군은 기왕력이 없는 환자가 39명(58.2%), 고역가 항정신병약물을 사용한 기왕력이 있는 환자는 27명(40.3%), 저역가 항정신병약물을 사용한 기왕력이 있는 환자는 1명(1.5%)이었고, 장기 유지군은 기왕력이 없는 환자가 58명(40.6%), 고역가 항정신병약물을 사용한 기왕력이 있는 환자는 77명(53.8%), 저역가 항정신병약물을 사용한 기왕력이 있는 환자는 8명(5.6%)으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.(x²=6.559, df-=2, p<0.05). 결 론 : 본 연구결과에 의하면 가급적 환자 상태에 따라 낮은 최적 치료 용량을 투여하는 것이 장기잔의 투여를 바람직한 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구와 같은 대규모의 후향적 자연적 연구는 일반 실제 진료에서 risperidone의 효과 및 기타 다른 측면에서의 유용한 정보를 얻을 것으로 기대된다. Objective : This retrospective naturalistic study was designed to compare the clinical characteristics including psychopathology of two groups of patients, long-term maintenance group and short-term drop-out group, who were taking risperidone. Method : Datas were collected for 210 schizophrenic patients with complete medical records among 580 patients who were enrolled with risperidone administration from January 1996 to December 1996 in 8 affiliated hospital of the Catholic University. The short-term drop-out patients group were assigned to whom treatment period was less than 6 month, and the long-term maintained patients group, treatment period was more than 2 years. We assessed demographics, psychopathology, and other variables related with medication based on past medical records. Results : Among subjects of 210, short-term drop-out patients group were 67(31.9%) and long-term maintained patients group were 143(68.1%). Demographics and psychopathology were not significantly different between two groups. The stating and maximal dosage of risperidone was not significantly different between two groups but the maintenance dosage of risperidone was lower in long-term medicated patients group than short-term drop-out patients group(t=3.698, p<0.05). Additionally, the result of this study showed differences in experiences of past antipsychotic use as following. The number of no previous use of antipsychotic was 39(58.2%), the number of high potency amtipsychotic use was 27(40.3%), and the number of no previous use of antipsychotic was 58(40.6%), the number of high potency ntipsychotic use was 77(53.8%), the number of low potency antipsychotic use was8(5.6%) in long-term maintained group.(x²=6.559, df-=2, p<0.05). Conclusions : According to these results, administration of low therapeutic dosage should be recommended for long-term maintenance as if possible. Multi-center based retrospective naturalistic study like this would be useful for getting informations about efficacy and some other aspects of antipsychotic administration in practial field.

        신규 세파로스로린 항생제 DWC-751 합성과 물성연구

        The synthesis and physicochemical properties of a novel cephalosporin, DWC-751 are described. DWC-751, (6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[(1-methylbenzotriazol-3-ium)methyl]-ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate monosulfate(IV_a) was conveniently obtained by the conversion of compound(IV) into the crystalline monosulfate. Adjusting pH 4.8-5.2 in aqeous solution of the crude crystalline, compound(IV) in the form of a crystalline pentahydrate was prepared with a high degree of purity. The influence of the various organic and inorganic acids on the solubility of compoud(IV) and its salts, was examined. Particularly, the solubility of DWC-751 was 92 ㎎/㎖ at pH 1.7 and 233 ㎎/㎖ at pH 3.0. DWC-751 showed a broad antimicrobial spectrum against gram-positive and negative bacteria.
