        알콜精神病患者에 對한 臨床的 硏究 : 幻覺內容을 中心으로

        The author studied mainly the hallucinated phenomena of the 15 alcoholic psychotics who were hospitalized in Dept. of Neuro-Psychiatry, of Medical college, Chosun University, from October of 1972 to October of 1975. The following conclusions were obtained from the studies. 1) In general distribution of age, the average of the alcoholic psychotics was 40.5 years, with a range from 35 to 43 years. The range of age is significant, the alcoholic psychotics being a much more homogenous group. The rate of males to females among the alcoholic psychotics was 15 to 0. 2) This report will concern data from a group of 9 patients (60%) who were diagnosed as Delirium tremens and from 4 patients who were diagnosed as having Alcoholic Hallucinosis (25%) without schizophrenia and from 2 Patients (13%) of Korsakoff's psychosis who is less than others. 3) Alcoholic psychosis is the special disease of men in Korean society but not less and it is the most part in the lower class of the educational, socio-cultural level and the lower income class. 4) Their average of drinking capacity of a day is the 2 bottles (which is filled with 2 HOB) of SOJU (spirits) and 2-3 DOI of MAKOULLI, howerever they used not to get some eatables. 5) I found the light tremulousness (80%), insomnia (93%), night-mare or vivid dreams (53%), itching (47%), retching (33%), sweating (13%), seizure (27%) and blurred vision (20%) to be part of the alcoholic withdrawal syndrome. 6) The most frequent incidence was in the formed visual hallucinations (80%), followed by the formed auditory hallucinations (60%) and haptic hallucinations (58%). 7) In the contents of visual hallucinations, the bug, flea and snake are the most part but few seen the case of a rat. The contents of visual hallucinations in western people is the snake and rat which is the most part, such a difference between western and oriental people should be taken into account of the comparative cultural aspects. 8) Alcholic psychotics gave more responses regards as persecutory and every day affairs. 9) Alcoholic psychotics perceived the phenomena externally to any extent. 10) Alcoholic psychotics frequently thought that the hallucination was real at the time of it's appearance but later in the recovery period expressed recgnition of it's unreality and alcoholic psychotics behaved negatively or ambivalently in majority of cases.

      • Lactobacillus casei YIT9018로부터 분리ㆍ정제한 Whole Peptidoglycan의 In Vitro 항종양활성

        In vitro antitumor activity of whole peptidoglycan(WPG) purified from Lactobacillus casei YIT9018 was examined by clonogenic assay. WPG had antitumor activity against five human tumor cell lines and three mouse tumor cell lines. Antitumor activity of WPG against human tumor cell lines such as A-427, SKMES-1, SF-188, FARROW and RAJI was observed at 300, 1,000, 600, 800 and 900㎍/ml concentration, respectively. Antitumor activity of WPG against mouse tumor cell lines such as 3LL, S-180 and P388 was observed at 100, 500 and 1,000㎍/ml concentration, respectively.

        In vitro antitumor activity of cell wall skeleton(CWS) purified from Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 was examined by clonogenic assay. CWS had antitumor activity against six human tumor cell lines and three mouse tumor cell lines. Antitumor activity of CWS against human tumor cell lines such as A-427, SKMES-1, SF-188, FARROW, RAJI and HEP-2 was observed at 300,800,400,700,900 and 1,000μg/ml concentration, respectively. Antitumor activity of CWS against mouse tumor cell lines such as 3LL, S-180 and P388 was observed at 50,500 and 900μg/ml concentration, respectively.         Background: Superior colliculus is a part of midbrain, and participates in the visual reflexes, It receives afferent fibers from optic nerve, visual cortex, and spinotectal tract. After optic deprivation, the microscopic structure of the superior colliculus changed. Calcium-binding proteins (CBPs) Play an important role in the neuronal protection, differentiation and reorganization of the central nervous system, Objectives and Methods: The effects of neonatal retinal deafferentation on a CBPs, calbindm D-28k (CB), Parvalbumin (PB) and calretimn (CR), and the existence of colocalization between the CBPs were examined immunohistochemically in the rat superior colliculus. Results: On the experimental (contralateral to enucleation) side of superior colliculus, the number of CB-immunoreactive (IR) cells was reduced (77.4% compared to control), but not fibers. The number of PB-IR neurons and fibers was also reduced on the experimental side (88.5% compared to control), In the other hand, the CR-IR cells were dramatically increased (642% compared to control), but CR-IR fibers were markedly decreased on the experimental side. The colocalization between CB-CR and PV-CR was rarely observed in the superior colliculus Conclusion: These results suggest that the changes of retinotectal projection may alter the expressional pattern of CBPs in different manners; relatively stable in CB- and PV-IR neurons and plastic in CR-IR neurons.

        Comparison of Filtered Back Projection, Hybrid Iterative Reconstruction, Model-Based Iterative Reconstruction, and Virtual Monoenergetic Reconstruction Images at Both Low- and Standard-Dose Settings in Measurement of Emphysema Volume and Airway Wall Thic

        <P><B>Objective</B></P><P>To evaluate the accuracy of emphysema volume (EV) and airway measurements (AMs) produced by various iterative reconstruction (IR) algorithms and virtual monoenergetic images (VME) at both low- and standard-dose settings.</P><P><B>Materials and Methods</B></P><P>Computed tomography (CT) images were obtained on phantom at both low- (30 mAs at 120 kVp) and standard-doses (100 mAs at 120 kVp). Each CT scan was reconstructed using filtered back projection, hybrid IR (iDose<SUP>4</SUP>; Philips Healthcare), model-based IR (IMR-R1, IMR-ST1, IMR-SP1; Philips Healthcare), and VME at 70 keV (VME70). The EV of each air column and wall area percentage (WA%) of each airway tube were measured in all algorithms. Absolute percentage measurement errors of EV (APE<SUB>vol</SUB>) and AM (APE<SUB>WA%</SUB>) were then calculated.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>Emphysema volume was most accurately measured in IMR-R1 (APE<SUB>vol</SUB> in low-dose, 0.053 ± 0.002; APE<SUB>vol</SUB> in standard-dose, 0.047 ± 0.003; all <I>p</I> < 0.001) and AM was the most accurate in IMR-SP1 on both low- and standard-doses CT (APE<SUB>WA%</SUB> in low-dose, 0.067 ± 0.002; APE<SUB>WA%</SUB> in standard-dose, 0.06 ± 0.003; all <I>p</I> < 0.001). There were no significant differences in the APE<SUB>vol</SUB> of IMR-R1 between low- and standard-doses (all <I>p</I> > 0.05). VME70 showed a significantly higher APE<SUB>vol</SUB> than iDose<SUP>4</SUP>, IMR-R1, and IMR-ST1 (all <I>p</I> < 0.004). VME70 also showed a significantly higher APE<SUB>WA%</SUB> compared with the other algorithms (all <I>p</I> < 0.001).</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>IMR was the most accurate technique for measurement of both EV and airway wall thickness. However, VME70 did not show a significantly better accuracy compared with other algorithms.</P>

        태양광 모듈의 구조디자인과 설치각도에 따른 출력예측

        A new model about output power prediction of PV module with various tilted angles and cell to cell distances has been proposed in this paper. Light intensity arrived on a solar cell could be changed by characteristics of PV module materials. Refractive indices, thickness and absorption coefficients of glass, EVA, solar cell and Backsheet are used to predict output. Also, the incident angle of light is changed 0 to 90[°] and cell to cell distances are 5, 10 15[㎜]. Two types of light incident on a solar cell are considered which are direct to a solar cell and reflected from Backsheet. The intensity of the incident light directly into the solar cell is reduced through glass and EVA about 17.5[%] in theoretical way. It has an error of 2.26[%] compared with experimental result. The results for compare theoretical with experimental data is validated within the error of 6.3[%]. This paper would be a research material to predict output power when the PV module is installed outdoor or a building.

        유산균 강화 자리젓 제조

        자리(Chromis notatus)젓은 제주도의 향토식품이다. 다른 젓갈류와 마찬가지로 자리젓도 20% 내외의 식염을 함유하고 있는데, 성인병 예방의 차원에서 식염농도를 경감시킬 필요가 있다. 그러기 위해서는 식염농도 저하에 따른 저장 숙성상의 문제를 해결해야 하는데 그 방법으로 KCl 첨가와 유산균의 선택적 증폭배양을 시도하였다. 식염농도를 10~4% 수준으로 KCl을 5 ~2% 수준으로 병행첨가하고 유산균 및 유산발효에 부족한 탄소원을 보충하기 위해서 포도당을 2% 수준으로 섞어서 만든 자리젓의 저장 숙성 중의 변화를 주기적으로 조사하고 식염만을 20% 처리한 자리젓과 비교하여 적절한 자리젓 제법을 찾아내었다. 자리젓 숙성기간 60여일 동안 ATP 및 관련물질의 함량은 식염농도의 고저나 유산균의 유무에 영향을 받지 않았다. 유리아미노태질소 함량, TMAO와 TMA함량, TBA가, 그리고 휘발성 염기질소 함량에서는 식염만을 20% 처리한 자리젓과 식염 10%, KCl 5%, 포도당 2% 그리고 유산균 Pediococcus halophilus를 병행처리한 자리젓간에 별다른 차이가 없었다. 더구나 관능검사 성적에 있어서도 상기 두 종류의 자리젓이 거의 비슷하였다. 유산균의 세포수는 상기 식염을 10% 수준으로 처리한 자리젓에서는 저장 숙성기간 60여일 동안 10^5 cell/㎖로 유지되었고 pH는 4.2까지 저하되었다. 따라서 P. halopohilus를 starter로 사용하여 식염 10%, KCl 5%, 포도당 2% 수준으로 섞어서 유산발효 자리젓을 제조할 수 있다고 생각한다. Jarijeot is a local food prepared by fermentation of salted fish, Chromis notatus. Since its NaCl content is around 20% like other fermented seafoods, reduction of NaCl concentration is desirable to minimize the risk of health hazard. Addition of KCl and enrichment of lactic and fermentation were attempted to solve the problems resulting from low salt concentration. NaCl and KCl were added to a fish, Chromis notatus simultaneously at concentrations of 10 to 4% and 5 to 2%, respectively. Lactic acid bacteria and glucose at final concentration of 2% were also mixed with the above-salt treated fish to prepare jarijeot. The jarijeot was examined periodically for chemical changes during aging and compared with reference jarijeot containing only 20% of NaCl to find out an appropriate method for quality improvement. The content of ATP and its related compounds was not affected by the concentration of NaCl or the presence of lactic acid bacteria. Nearly no difference in contents of free amino nitrogen, trimethylamine oxide, trimethylamine and volatile basic nitrogen was observed between the jarijeot containing 20% of NaCl only and that containing 10% of NaCl, 5% of KCl, 2% of glucose and cells of Pediococcus halophilus. Moreover, sensory evaluation of both kinds of jarijetos reealed almost the same scores. The number of cells of P. halophilus was maintained at concentration of 10^5 cell/㎖ for 60 days' fermentation in the above mentioned jarijeot containing 10% of NaCl. Its pH was dropped down to 4.2. Accordingly it is possible to prepare jarijeot enriched with lactic acid bacteria if KCl and glucose are added at concentration of 5% and 2%, respectively, in addition to NaCl at a final concentration of 10%.
