광미를 사용한 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트의 강도 특성 및 내약품성

본 연구는 세골재의 일부를 광미로 치환하고 혼화제로 SBR 라택스를 사용하여 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트 공시체를 제작한 후 강도특성 및 내약품성을 실험적으로 구명한 것이다. 그 결과 광미를 사용하지 않고 P/C비가 10%일 때 압축강도가 323㎏/㎠로 최고 값을 나타냈으며, 휨강도는 P/C비가 증가할수록 증가하여 P/C비가 10%일 때 89㎏/㎠를 나타냈다. 그리고 광미를 사용한 경우는 P/C비가 10%일때 압축강도가 357㎏/㎠, 휨강도가 92㎏/㎠로서 광미를 사용하지 않은 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 한편 10% HCI, 20%, NaOH 10% NaCl 수용액에 공시체를 3, 7, 14, 21, 28일간 침적 시킨 후 중량변화를 측정하여 내약품성을 실험한다. 광미를 사용한 경우가 우수한 내약품성을 나타냈다. 즉광미를 사용하지 않은 경우 P/C=0%일 때 28일 후 중량 변화가 11%였으나 P/C=20%일 때는 2%였고, 광미를 사용한 경우는 P/C=0%일 때 질량 변화가 6%였으나 P/C=20%일 때는 1.5%였으며 20% ,NaOH 10% NaCl 수용액에서는 질량이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Polymer cement concrete is made by the modifying ordinary cement concrete with polymer additive. Until now polymer cement concrete is not used for the structural member, but it is growing to be considered as developing uses such as a waterproof of roof slab, and a road pavement. The polymer cement concrete, being used for those uses, is superior to the cement concrete against the inorganic, organic acid, salt of acetic acid and organic solvents generally. In this paper, the polymer cement concrete was made by the ratio of 1:1 of sands and metal-mine waste rocks in fine aggregate in order to solve the environmental pollution which causes the social problem by metal-mine waste rocks. It was measured for the compressive strength, flexural strength, and chemicals resistance was tested by dealing with 10% HCI, 20% NaOH and 10% NaCI aqueous solution.

Technology commercialization network platform includes several major players such as principal investigators, technology licensing offices, accelerators or incubators, innovation capitalist, local governments and they have their own specific roles in enabling or facilitating the transition from embryonic technologies to markets. This study includes case studies involved with major players in technology commercialization processes as well as their roles, and case studies focus on the case of Georgia Institute of Technology and the State of Georgia for a more effective discussion. Particular interests are paid in the information flow between, and the incentives for, each of these network participants.

The aim of this study is to analyze the physiological and sensory response based on brassiere types having two different design parameters, i.e., different length of wing and band width of the front panel. This study involved nine middle aged-women who participated in the wear test and data on their subjective pressure sensation, brain wave and skin temperature was collected using Neurodata Acquisition System Model 12 (Grass Co., USA) and MP100 Biopac System. The main physiological parameters that displayed significant differences based on the brassiere types included; slow alpha wave at O₂ and theta wave at O₁. When pressure was exerted around the breast area, there was an decrease in slow alpha while theta wave was increased at O₂ and O₁ respectively. The subjects were very sensitive to the difference in pressure between the experimental brassieres during the subjective evaluation. Lower chest tightness, overall tightness, and overall fit presented the most significant differences. The front panels’ long band enhanced the negative pressure sensation significantly at each level of the wing length. Consequently, it is suggested that the length of the wing should be longer when the band length at the front panel is wider, compared with the scenario where there is no extra band on the front panel.

In-depth knowledge of fabric microstructure is essential for understanding clothing comfort since it plays a significant role in heat and mass transfer between the human body and clothing. In this study, a novel method was employed for investigating 3D surfaces and solid construction characteristics of specific fabrics by using a reverse engineering technique. The surface construction data were obtained by a confocal laser scanning microscope and then manipulated by a 3D analysis program. Triangle mesh was used for connecting each 3D point, with clouds and fabric surface characteristics created by rendering techniques. For generating a 3D solid model, determinants of radius of curvature was used. According to the proposed method, actual surface expression of the real fabric was achieved successfully. The results from this methodology can be applied to the detailed analysis of clothing comfort that is highly influenced by the microstructure of the fabric.

Effects of the ease of pattern on the thermal conditions of clothing were investigated through the measurement of clothing surface temperatures using infrared thermography. Four vests with different pattern ease were worn by five male subjects. Surface temperature distribution on the clothing were then examined using a thermogram to view thermo-regulating characteristics affected by the ease of pattern. Representative surface temperatures were calculated based on the percentage of the surface area within a certain temperature range and the midpoint value of the corresponding area. Representative surface temperatures matches well to the thermal insulation value measured by thermal manikin. Results indicated that representative surface temperature could be a useful quantitative value if some simple calculations were to be used alongside accurate image processing.

The function of headlining is to raise merchantable quality and comport to by making interior view of automotive more graceful. Preventing damage to the passenger"s head in the event of car crash could be another function of it. Materials of which targets are light weight, high performance, luxury and eco-friendliness have been developed recently. In this study, needle-punched nonwovens which consist of polypropylene fibers and glass fibers were produced by needle-punching process, and then a composite nonwoven of 3D structure was prepared by two looped nonwoven which were made of needle-punched nonwovens by loop-punching process. The absorption coefficient test result showed that the acoustic performance of a developed product having bulky structure was better than those of the conventional product and the durability test result showed that the deformation of a developed product did not occur after environment test.

Moreover, it has NVH performances that decrease noise and vibration due to the rain and wind from roof and also increase quietness by absorbing noise in the car. In this study, sound-absorbing materials using melt-blown nonwoven and needle-punched nonwoven to achieve the high sound absorption performance, and then evaluated to meet a requirement for the automotive component. The test results showed that the acoustic performances of developed products having new laminated structure were better than those of the conventional product.
