        한국 · 대만 유도국가대표선수들의 한팔 업어치기 동작 시근 활성도 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the electromyograpic activity between Korean and Taiwanese of Ippon-Seoinage (one-armed shoulder throw) as Tokuinage (favorite and major technique) in Judo. The subject (Tori, attacker), who was 4 Korean and Taiwanese representative judoists from 2007 to 2009 years, respectively, Uke (defender) was a Judo-doll made by Kim, Eui-hwan etc. (2007), whole body of judo-doll was fixed, upper body was flexible 35 degree forward and backward, lower was 15 degree, was used to muscles activities measured by surface-electrode & electromyography. Subject performed 5 successful trials respectively, with parter (Uke) was resistance (R-0%) of judo-doll. Muscle activities were obtained from the electromyography analysis. Muscle activities in all phase, Taiwanese were lower than Korean, right Bicep, Trapezius, Tibialis muscles in Kuzushi phase, right Bicep, right Trapezius, left Rectus abdominus in Tsukuri and Kake phase, different between Taiwanese and Korean were signify (p < .5).

      • 2000년 제27회 시드니 올림픽 유도경기 대비: 세계 여자 우수선수들의 개인별 국제경기 기술 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the competition techniques traits and of international contest levels each category individual scoring - losing techniques of world elite judokas who. were awarded in the international judo tournaments (I,J.T.) (part 1: ∼O.G'%, part 2 :from O.G'% to July ,2000), and who are expected to participate in the 27th Olympic Games(O.G.) Sydney 2000 to prepare the 27th O.G, which will be held from 16. to 22 September, 2000 at Exhibition Center, Darling Harbour, in Sydney, Australia. The records of the results and contents of competition were obtained out of 97 for women I.J,T., world elite judokas. To decide individual contest levels, groups were devided into 3(A,B,C)groups and points were graded by 3 ways. The I.J.T. that were devided into 3 groups are shown in the table 1.

        This research is designed to make a comparative analysis of the types of leisure activities and the degree of and life satisfaction by demographic background variable and to present basic materials necessary for the development of programs for local policies on leisure in accordance with the local autonomous system with a view to determining the relationship between life satisfaction by type of leisure activity. The following are the findings. First, the survey failed to test a statistically significant difference between family member's mutual satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of age, job and health and general life satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of income. But there was a statistically significant difference in life satisfaction by gender, age, education, job, income and health at a level of 1 percent. Second, the survey on the influences of the types of leisure activities on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction revealed that there was a statistically significant influences in all the subordinate variables of and life satisfaction.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion.       • 골격계의 원발성, 전이성 혈관외피세포종 : 증례 보고

        혈관악성종양은 혈관내피종(hemangioendothelioma), 혈관육종(angiosarcoma), 혈관외피세포종(hemangio pericytoma) 및 카포지 육종(Kposi's sarcoma) 등이 있으며, 이 중 혈관외피세포종은 비전형적인 외피 세포가 증식된 경우를 말한다. 골의 혈관외피세포종은 드문 악성종양으로 문헌상 보고되어 있는 예들은 주로 성인의 대퇴골, 골반골에 발생된 경우이다. 이 경우 원발성은 드물며 주로 비골격계에서 기원하여 골로 전이되어 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 남녀 발생 빈도는 거의 동일하며, 12세부터 90세까지 어느 연령층에서도 발생할 수 있으나, 호발 연령은 40대에서 50대 사이 이다. 대개 연부조직 종양으로 신체 어디에서도 일어날 수 있고, 하지 특히 서혜부 및 대퇴부에서 가장 많이 발생하며, 후복막, 두경부 및 흉복부의 순으로 나타난다. 전이도 빈번하게 발생하는데, 그 경로는 주로 혈행성으로, 발생부위는 폐와 골이 제일 많다. 저자들은 8년 전, 우측 아래턱의 원발성 혈관외피세포종으로 절제술을 시행한 환자에서 술후 3년 뒤, 우 경골 근위부에 원격 전이가 발생하여 절제술, 예방적 골수강내 금속정 삽입술 및 골시멘트 충전술을 시행하였다. 현재 2차 수술 후 5년여가 경과한 상태로 경골에 재발의 증거가 없어 만족할 결과를 가져다주었다고 판단하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor of blood vessels, first described and named by Stout and Murray in 1942, arising from the contractile, elongated cells the pericytes of Zimmermann which surround capillaries. It can develop whereever there are capillaries and mostly in the connective tissue of the human body. It can also develop in any age from 12 to 90 years, and the rate of metastasis and prognosis depend on its histologic grade. We report a case of hemangiopericytoma metastasized to the right proximal tibia from the right mandible, resected three years ago. The hemangiopericytoma is a extremely rare primary malignant tumor in the bone and bone to bone metastasis is never been found in the literature before. So, we report this case and also report the good result.

      • 유도 선택된 메치기 기술의 키네틱 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the mat reaction forces(MRF), kinetic variables on Seoinage(back carry throw), selected throwing technique in judo, performed by 3 elite male judokas who was members of korean representatives. The force plate of AMTI Co. was used to measure the MRF. The subjects performed Seoinage, pretending just as real competition situation. Each subject performed 5 successful trials in each of 2 uke (defender) conditions: human-max resistance(H-100%), human-no resistance (H-0%). MRF at the events were obtained form the ground reaction forces analysis. From the data analysis and discussion, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The vertical component(Fz) of the maximum mat reaction forces (MMRF) were 1502.3N(2.16BW) in Seoinage, horizontal component(Fx : 144.5N, 0.21BW) medial-lateral direction, Fy(310.82N, 0.45BW) anterior-posterior direction by H-0%, respectively. 2. The Fz of the MMRF were 1684.2N(2.42BW) in Seoinage, Fx(153.67N, 0.22BW), Fy(227.27N, 0.33BW) by H-0%, respectively. 3. The elapsed time(ET) of MMRF during performing in judo Seoinage from supporting platform of force plate were 0.11sec., 0.16sec., respectively. 4. The greatest MRF during performing in judo Seoinage at events was drawn in kake 2nd stage(maximum force points)

      • 14세 여환에서 쇄골에 발생한 동맥류성 골 낭종 : 증례보고

        동맥류성 골낭종(aneurysmal bone cyst)은 Jaffe와 Lichtenstein(1942)에 의해 처음 기술된 이래 많은 증례가 보고되었다. 동맥류성 골낭종은 주로 장관 골의 골간단과 척추에서 발생한다. 병인은 정확히 밝혀지지 않았으나, 반응성 현상으로 생각되며, 원발성 또는 다른 병변과 동반될 수 있다. 쇄골 등 기타 골에서 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 우측 쇄골에서 동맥류성 골낭종 1예를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다. 14세 여자환자가 우측 견갑부의 우연히 발견된 종괴를 주소로 내원하였다. 환자는 종괴에 대해 이학적 검사 및 혈액 검사상 측이한 소견을 보이지 않았다. 방사선 검사상, 쇄골 내측부에 골 용해성으로 팽윤된 병변이 관찰되었고, 동맥류성 골낭종, 단순 골낭종, 전이성 골종양 등의 의증 하에 절제술을 시행하였다. 절제된 종괴의 육안 소견상, 얇은피질 골로 쌓여 있으며, 노란색 액체로 차있는 4x5cm 종괴가 관찰되었고, 완전 절제술을 시행하였다. 광학현미경상, 혈액으로 차있는 다양한 크기의 낭성 구조가 보였고, 여러 개의 거대세포가 격막을 이루고 있었다. 조직학적 소견과 MRI소견, 임상 소견을 종합하였을 때, 쇄골에서 원발성으로 발생한 동맥류성 골낭종을 진단할 수 있었다. Many cases of aneurysmal bone cyst(ABC) have been reported since Jaffe and Lichtenstein(1942) first reported. Aneurysmal bone cyst mostly occurs in metaphysis of the long bones and vertebral column. The reason for this disease has not be clearly explained yet, but it is estimated as reactive change and can be accompanied with primary lesion or another lesion. It rarely occurs in clavicle or other bones. We report one case of ABC in right clavicle. 14-year-old female patient who accidentally found palpable mass on right shoulder visited hospital. We did not find any specifics regarding this patient's mass after physical exam and blood test. Radiologic exam showed a large expansile mass with osteolytic lesion, The differential diagnosis includes ABC, simple bone cyst, metastatic bone tumor, etc. Based on visual observation on excised 4×5 cm mass, it was covered by thin cortical bone and filled with yellow fluid, and complete excision was done. On histological examination, the mass consist of various size of cystic structures. and several giant cells comprised septae. Based on histological examination, MRI, clinical examination, we made a diagnosis that it was primary anuerysmal bone cyst in clavicle

      • 위선암에서 p53과 P-glycoprotein의 분포에 관한 연구

        Gastric adenocarcinoma express many oncogenes, such as p53, c-erbB, k-sam, etc. The p53 especially acts as tumor suppressor in normal tissue and various mutational changes. of p53 are known as doing important role in carcinogenesis of gastric adenocarcinoma. P-glycoprotein, as a pleotrophic membrane transport protein, shows specific distribution in many normal tissues and malignant tumors. This protein, produced by MDR gene, shows multidrug resistance to anticancer drug by pumping out intracellular drug. resulting in resistance to chemotherapeutics. The expression of p53 and P-glycoprotein according to clincopathologic findings in gastric adenocarcinoma has been studied, even though their results are controversial. To observe the relationship between both antigens and clinicopathologic findings of gastric adenocarcinoma. we were analysesed 40 cases gastric adenocarcinoma then processed for immunohistochemical stain by SLAB method using p53 and JSB-1 monoclonal antibodies. The results were as followings: 1) The p53 and P-glycoprotein showed positive in 20 cases(50%) and 21 cases(52.5%) of 40 cases respectively, and 10 cases(25%) showed positive reaction to both antigens. 2) p53 revealed higher positive rate in intestinal type(54.6%), differentiated form(57.1%), advanced form(58.1%) compared to diffuse type(28.6%), poorly differentiated form(42.1%), early cancer(22.2%), but no difference according to age, sex, lymphatic metastasis and signet ring cell within tumor. 3) P-glycoprotein revealed higher positive rate in interstinal type(54.6%), differentiated form(61.9%), advanced form(58.1%), absence of signet ring cell (63.3%) compared to diffuse type (28.6%), poorly differentiated form (36.8%), early cancer(33.3%), presence of signet ring cell(20.0%), but no difference according to sex, age, lymphatic metastasis. 4) Positive rate in intestinal type, differentiated form, advanced form, and presence of signet ring cells in gastric adenocarcinoma showing both positive reaction of p53 and P-glycoprotein, are higher, but no difference according to age, sex, lymphatic metastasis. 5) In noneoplastic mucosa adjacent to cancer, p53 revealed negative reaction in all cases. P-glycoprotein showed positive reaction in all metaplastic glands 33 cases and parietal cells 17 cases, and in 16 cases(40%) of 40 cases of luminal surface and gastric glandular epthelium, and showed negative reaction in all 12 cases of chief cell. Above results revealed that positive rates of p53 and P-glycoprotein in gastric adenocarcinoma are almost same and there is no relationships between both antigens. Both antigens showed simillar high positive rate in intestinal type, differentiated form and advanced form, indicating association with these clinicopathologic findings.

      • 교정용 밴드 시멘트들의 유지력 및 치면부착양상

        This study was performed to evaluate suitability as orthodontic band cement by measuring the retentive bond strengths, change of retentive bond strengths by time and failure patterns of cements after removal of bands cemented with each two brands of zinc phosphate cements and glass ionomer cements using universal testing machine. Orthodontic bands were cemented with two brands of zinc phosphate cements and two brands of glass ionomer cements to the cervical line of crown portion in specimens involving forty extracted human molar teeth embedded in resin blocks. After the specimens were then stored in artificial saliva at 37℃ during 24 hours, tensile bond strength on bands of specimens using universal testing machine was measured. The retentive bond strength of cements was defined the strength required to initially fracture the cement bond holding the orthodontic bands to the tooth and cement failure pattern was assessed with the quantity of cement remaining on enamel. Prior to recementation, both the tooth and the inside of the band were carefully cleaned. Recemented specimens were subjected to 3000 thermocycles at a temperature differential of 50℃. Two temperature baths, one at 5℃ and the other at 55℃, were used. The dwell time in each bath was 15 seconds. The specimens were then stored in artificial saliva at 37℃. Retentive bond strength was tested on band cemented after 2 weeks. Cement failure pattern was also assessed. The results were as follows: 1. No significant difference in retentive bond strength was found among all cements. 2. The effect of time on retentive strength of the zinc phosphate cements was not appeared. 3. The retentive strength of the glass ionomer cements was increased with time(p<0.01). 4. In cement failure patterns, zinc phosphate cement was below 30 percent and glass ionomer cement was about 50 percent(p<0.01). The above results suggest that retentive bond strength between zinc phosphate cements and glass ionomer cements is similar. It is suggested that in fluoride releasing glass ionomer cements, cement failure pattern reduce the possibility of enamel decalcification. Thus, this results suggest that glass ionomer cement can be regarded as more effective enamel protective orthodontic cement comparing to zinc phosphate cement.
