폐결핵 환자 혈청에서 수용성 Interleukin 2 수용체 및 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

Interleukin-2 (IL-2) induces T cell proliferation in an autocrine manner and provides a means by which antigen triggered T cells can be clonally expanded in vitro. During the following activation, the activity of IL-2 is mediated by specific high affinity IL-2 binding membrane receptors which are expressed shortly after activation. In this process, a 42 KD-fragment (soluble IL-2R) is continuously cleaved off and circulates as a soluble marker of T lymphocyte activation. Elevated level of soluble IL-2R has been identified in the serum of patients with malignant autoimmune and allergic disorders, systemic parasitic infection, undergoing graft versus host disease, acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and HIV-infection. ADA (adenosine deaminase) completes the process of differentiation of T cell and is essential for progression of T cell maturation. Therefore level of ADA is to correlated with magnitude of T cell immune response. The fact that expression of sIL-2R and ADA activity increases in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis suggests that T cell activation might have a major role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to evaluate the T cell immune response in pulmonary tuberculosis, we measured the serum concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity in 17 patients with current pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 chronic inactive pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 as normal controls. (1) Current pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly higher levels of sIL-2R (237.24±95.47)when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (78.6±11.06). and the control (68.17±15.4) group. (2) ADA activity in current pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased (34.41±20.63) when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (24.7±14.36) and control (17.65± 5.94) group. (3) There was good correlation between sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group. (4) sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity was decreased significantly 6 months after anti-tuberculosis drug medication. In conclusion, sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group was increased when compared with those of inactive pulmonary tuberculosis and the control group. By the way, T cell mediated immune response was enhanced in current pulmonary tuberculosis, but in inactive chronic pulmonary tuberculosis who had treated by antituberculosis drug medication, the concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity was nearly normal.

3중 순차 회전 배열 마이크로스트립 안테나 설계

본 논문에서는 3중(4+8+4-소자) 순차 회전 배열을 기본 부 배열로 하는 256-소자 순차 회전 배열 안테나를 설계하였다. 본 3중(4+8+4-소자) 순차 회전 배열 안테나는 3개의 동심 각으로 구성되어 있으며, 내각과 외각에는 각각 4개의 소자가, 중간 각에는 8개의 소자가 배열되어 있다. 안테나 이득을 극대로 하기 위하여 내각과 외각의 배열인자를 M=4, P=1로, 중간 각에는 M=8, P=1로 하였다. 제안하는 3중 (4+8+4)-소자 순차배열 안테나와 256-소자 순차 회전 배열 안테나에 대한 모의분석 및 실험 결과들을 비교했을 때, 집적도, 교차편파준위 및 이득 특성 측면에서 모두 우수한 특성을 보였다. In this paper, the sequentially rotated array(SRA) antenna with 256 elements applicable for satellite broadcasting reception was designed by arraying with this trip1e(4+8+4 elements) SRA antenna as a sub-array antenna. The structure of a triple SRA antenna is a combination of three coaxial shells which composed with 4 elements of inner shell and 8 elements of middle shell and 4 elements of outer shell. In accordance with the optimum design rules for realizing a high gain antenna, the sequential array factors of inner shell and outer shell have been chosen M=4, and P=1 and that of middle shell has been chosen M=8, and P=1. The results of the simulation and the measurement for the proposed trip1e(4+8+4 elements) SRA antenna and the SRA antenna with 256 elements show good characteristics on the integration, bandwidth of the axial ratio and the cross-polarization, the gain respectively.

NF3D 환경의 모바일 3D 레이싱 게임 엔진 구현

Advances in mobile hardware enables high-end and high quality 3D mobile game. Mobile 3D game engine is a development library that handles graphical rendering, manager the game, the images, input, output, and general functions like AI, collision detection and other rendering facilities. Our objectives are implementing global functions existing on a mobile racing game in a single core block, separating graphical routines and game logic on Mobile environment. In this paper, we will survey current state of the art of Mobile 3D platform and show our mobile racing game on NF3D environment.

MMPI를 이용한 악교정 수술환자의 인성에 관한 연구

이 연구에서는 악교정 수술환자의 술전, 술후 인서의 특성 및 술후 변화를 알아보기 위해 실시되었으며 객관적인 인성검사의 한가지인 MMPI를 이용하였다. 악교정 수술환자들의 수술동기와 술후 만족도는 질문지를 통하여 조사하였다. 연구대상은 술전교정 중인 환자 50명과 악교정 수술을 받은 환자 22명으로 이루어졌다. 이 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 술전 환자군에서 K 척도를 제외한 모든 T-scores는 정상적인 범주에 놓여 있었다. K 척도값은 57.7이었으며 이것은 이 환자들이 다소 스트레스를 많이 받고 있음을 보여주었다. 2. 술후 환자군은 모든 척도에서 정상범주에 놓여 있었다. 3. 술전, 술후 환자군을 비교했을 때, 단지, T-score만이 수술 후에 통계학적으로 유의성있는 증가를 보였다.(P<0.05) 4. 남성환자는 술전 K 척도를 제외한 모든 척도에서 정상적이었으며, 술후에 K, Hs 척도에서 통계학적으로 유의성있는 증가를 보였다.(P<0.05) 5. 여성환자는 모든 T-score기 정상적인 범주에 놓여 있었다. 6. 수술동기는 크게 심미적, 기능적, 악관절문제, 정신사회학적 동기로 나눌 수 있었으며, 각각 28.2, 32.1, 9.0, 30.7%였다. 7. 수술 후 수술 동기에 대한 만족도는 매우 만족하는 환자가 전체의 14.3%, 만족하는 환자가 71.4%, 그저그렇다고 답한 환자가 9.5%였으며, 매우 불만족스러움을 답한 환자가 4.8%였다. This study was designed to evaluated the personality characteristics of orthognathic surgery patients preoperatively and postoperatively through the MMPI. Comparison was made between the personality characteristics of preoperative and postoperative groups. Motivation for undergoing orthognatic surgery and postoperative satisfaction were examined trough the questionnaire. Subjects used in this study consisted 50 patients under presurgical orthodontic treatment and 22 patients who had received orthognathic surgery. From this study, the results were followings. 1. In preoperative patients group, all T-scores were within the normal range except for K-scale. The T-score of K-scale is 57.7, this showed that these patients underwent some of less stress. 2. In postoperative patients group, all T-scores were within the normal range. 3. Only in K-scale, there was statistically significant increase after surgery(P<0.05). 4. In male patients group, all T-scores were within the normal range except for that of preoperative K-scale. Postoperatively, there were statistically significant increase in K and Hs scales(P<0.05). 5. In female patients group, all T-scores were within the normal range. 6. Motivation for undergoing orthognathic surgery could be divided into 4 categories.:esthetic goal(28.2%), functional goal(32.1%), TMJ problem(9.0%), and psychosocial reason(30.7%). 7. The degree of postoperative satisfaction was quite high(85.7%). 14.3% of all patients were very satisfied, 71.4% were satisfied, 9.5% were neither satisfied or dissatisfied, and 4.8% were very dissatisfied.

지오그리드 보강토 옹벽에 관한 유한요소해석

It is difficult to analyze the behavior of the geogrid reinforced soil walls, because most of the design methods for the reinforced soil structures with geogrids are based on the theory of the rigid-plasticity which takes no account of displacement and deformation of reinforcing material in the soil. In this study, the finite element analyses of geogrid reinforced retaining walls are performed to suggest an useful design method which consider the displacement and deformation of reinforcing material in the soil. The reinforcing effects on geogrid reinforced retaining wall are related with the length and interval of reinforcing materials. So the effects are analyzed with four different interval of reinforcing materials. It can be concluded from the results of analyses that the wall displacement, the earth pressure on the wall, the vertical stress distribution in the foundation and the settlement of backfill surface are decreased in direct proportion to the decrease of the interval.

Adsorption equilibrium moisture content of Peeled, Unpeeled and Taegeuk ginseng was obtained to provide essential data to design storage and drying systems for ginseng by the static method with four levels of temperature(20℃, 30℃, 40℃, 50℃) and five levels of relative humidity from 31% toe 88%. Also, empirical equilibrium moisture content model was developed for users to use easily. Performance of five selected equilibrium moisture content models and the empirical model were fitted with experimental equilibrium moisture content data. Oswin, Henderson and the empirical models showed best fit.

자일리톨, 후노란, 제2인산칼슘 및 카제인포스포펩타이드배합껌이 법랑질의 광질재침착에 미치는 영향에 관한 실용실험연구

The object of this study was to investigate caries preventive effect of chewing gum containing xylitol, funoran, calcium hydrogen phosphate and casein phosphopeptide by examining Vickers' hardness and surface roughness with confocal laser microscope. Early caries-like lesions were created using 0.1 M lactic acid-sodium hydroxide buffer(pH 4.0). 8 pieces of 3am diameter bovine enamel specimen with early caries-like lesions were mounted into the recesses of lingual surface of the acrylic mandibular removable appliance. 13 subjects were the appliance for daytime and chewed control and experimental gums 7 times in a day, for 3 days. In order to evaluate the remineralization effect of chewing gum on specimens, we measured vickers' hardness number after chewing gum, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days after and calculated surface roughness immediately after chewing gum. Vickers' hardness number of experimental chewing gum was significantly higher than control in 2 and 3 days after. Surface roughness of experimental chewing gum was significantly lower than control immediately after chewing gum. These results showed that experimental gum has more effective in remineralization of bovine tooth enamel, and it is more effective at immediately after chewing.

링 예약 알고리즘을 이용한 ATM 스위치

We propose a new architecture of multicast ATM switch which has input and output buffers and uses Multicast Ring Reservation Algorithm to resolve output port contention. This new algorithm eliminates internal cell loss due to contention, and reduces the hardware complexity. We can dynamically control the number of cells routed to a specific output port during one cell time with this contention resolution algorithm. The computer simulation is performed under bursty traffic condition to show the performance of this proposed multicast ATM switch.

Porter의 경쟁구조분석, PLC 분석, 시장창출 메카니즘 분석, 그리고 시장 기회 및 위협요인 분석을 통하여 국내 키토산 산업을 조망하였다. 경쟁구조에서 특징적인 부분은 원료공급 비즈니스가 수산업에 해당되기 때문에, 원료수급이 매우 불안정하다는 점과, 주요 응용분야인 건강보조식품 분야의 PLC가 3~4년을 넘기기 어렵기 때문에 대체위협이 항상 존재한다는 점이다. 또한, 다양한 기회요인과 위협요인이 대두되고 있으나, 현 상황에서는 위협요인이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이며, 기술적 성숙이전에 bubble 시장이 과도하게 형성되어, 이후에, 기술적 제약요인(constraints)으로 해결되지 못할 경우 급격한 시장규모의 감소현상으로 이어질 소지가 있다. 이에 따라, 고품질의 키토산 유도체 등의 개발 및 용도 확대가 향후 키토산 시장의 지속적 성장을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chitosan industry was analyzed through Porter's 5P's, PLC, formation mechanism, drivers and constraints of the market. 5P's analysis reveals that unstability in supplying raw material and strong power of substitutes exist. Short PLC of 3-4 years, in functional food market, is also played as one of the severe market constraints. In addition, the Korean chitosan market was sensationally expended despite lace of technological breakthrough, so, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of derivatives and new application fields are needed.

As a result of domestic market forecasting, we can find out that market revenues are projected to maintain ￥ 170 bil. for the time being which means continuous decline in terms of it's functional food market share. So, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of new application fields are needed.
