활석분체의 품위향상 및 새로운 용도 개발을 지향한 연구의 일환으로써, 우선 활석광물의 미분쇄품을 염산수용액으로 세정하여 그 표면 및 내부에 함유된 불순물을 제거한 다음 보류향상제 또는 분산제 등으로 건식 및 습식 개질처리함으로써, 제지산업의 초조공정 중 주된 트러블 요인으로 작용하는 유기점착성 물질(피치)을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 새로운 피치콘트롤제의 개발에 즈음하여, 그 핵심기술이 되는 활석입자의 표면재질 관련 기초 데이터를 제공함과 아울러 표면개질 활석분체의 피치콘트롤제에의 적용성 시험결과를 검토하였다. As a part of research for rising the quality and developing the new uses of the talc powders, we developed the new preparation method of the pitch control agents controlling effectively the contents of organic-viscous materials (namely pitch) acted as a main trouble factor in the paper making process of paper industry by washing out the impurities included in the surface or inside of the fine-grinding talc powders with the aqueous solution of HCl, first and the seconds by modificating the surface of it in type of dry or wet with dispersants or retention aids. In this report, it was made an offer the basic data came to the hard core technology concerning the surface modification of the talc powders and discussed the results in the test of application to the pitch control agents of the surface-modificated talc powders.
전통주택 외부공간의 시각적 특성에 관한 연구 : 충북지방을 중심으로 Focuseed on Choung-buk District

This research is. about visual characteristics of exterior space in Choung-buk District, expecially traditional house. We have chosen the object sites of research, which was in best condition among traditional house located in Choung-buk district and adopted to protection material as, folk data by nation. The objective of this research as based on our ancestor's traditional view recognition, compositional characteristic of exterior space historical space preservation, is to encourage such a thing and is to study on how to make up, with exterior space for traditional house. Following Below as Summerized result 1. The site of houses has located in flat plain and their background has mutation of topography, the front view of house has some characterists, which is unfolding in the view of plain and has visual perpetuity, a good view of distant mountains. 2. The recognition of view inside the house was naturally, because the height of fence was lower than that of human's eyes. 3. The detached building used for a drawing room was a pirot at the house, lies to the view point and provides emotional sense of security as toward the south. 4. The fence gave the individuality of space and had the visual two-sided partial or overall closure. 5. In exterior space structure of house, the sense of space (D/H=1:3) consisted of human scale, which would give the best feeling of comfort. 6. The interior space of the house has ensured the privacy according to topographical stipulation and malces the regular sky-line. 7. The visual proportional concern between yard and tence give the visual sense of opening for D/H>4. 8. The composition of space by a visual standpoint had a regular order such a harmonization, connection and territorial expension etc.
가압리화이닝법에 (加壓) 의한 젓나무의 고수율펄프 (高收率) 제조에 관한 연구

Neutral sulfite precooked fir chips were refined in the Asplund Laboratory Defibrator at various temperature (20℃, 120℃ and 180℃). The effects of refining temperatures on the physical property and morphological structure of the resulting pulps were discussed. Yields of precooked chips (84%, 92% and 100%) and refining temperature affected remarkably the yield of refined pulp, its beatability, sheet strength and morhphological characteristics, Pulp yield and beatability decreased with increasing refining temperature. Fiber surface of unbeaten pulp from precooked chips of 84% yield was to some extent covered by the secondary wass, while that of the pulp form precooked yield of 92% by the compound middle lamella. In the case of uncooked chips, fibers were damaged heavily, and the exposed fiber surface resulted from the equal amount of the secondary wall and the compound middle lamella. In the case of pulps prepared from precooked chips of higher yields (92% and 100%), sheet strength increased linearly as sheet density increased, But at the same sheet density, pulp from lower precooked yield (84%) had better sheet strength after open discharge refining as compared to pressurized refining, because pulp from the former had much amounts of fines fraction of higher water retention value than the latters. And there was observed a little difference in fiber length distribution buty nearly similar in its morphology with increasing refining temperature.

The structural component of paper is cellulosic fibers. The contact of fibers with water is a basic concept of inter-fiber bonding in the papermaking process. In the presence of water, beating action forces to swell fibers and results in the improvement of interfiber bonding ability, flexibility, and hydrogen bonding ability. These results are eventually indicated to improve the physical properties of paper. In this study, neverdried kraft pulp was refined with PFI-mill to 3 different beating levels. Handsheets were prepared and measured in the view points of physical and chemical properties of paper sheet. Physical properties were focused in the structural changes of cell wall, and chemical properties were pointed in hydrogen bonding ability.
