Backgrounds/Aims: To describe the techniques, short-term outcomes, and learning curve of solo single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Solo-SILC) using a laparoscopic scope holder. Methods: A total of 591 patients who underwent Solo-SILC from July 2014 to December 2016 performed by four experienced hepatobiliary surgeons were retrospectively assessed. Solo-SILC was performed using the parallel method using a scope holder. The moving average method was used to investigate the learning curve in terms of operative time. Results: In total, 590 Solo-SILC procedures were performed. Very few procedures were converted to multi-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There was one case of bile duct injury. The mean operative time (59.93±25.77 min) was shorter than that in other studies of SILC. Three postoperative complications, delaying bile leakage, occurred in the patients treated by one surgeon. These cases were resolved by ultrasound-guided puncture and drainage. The learning curve for surgeons A, B, and C was overcome after 14, 12, and 12 cases. Surgeon D, who had the most experience with SILC, had no obvious learning curve. Conclusions: Hepatobiliary surgeons experienced in LC can perform Solo-SILC almost immediately. Solo-SILC using the parallel technique represents a more stable option and is a promising treatment for gallbladder disease.

<P>Flicker noise is the most crucial issue in an instrumentation amplifier (IA) for neural recordings because low-frequency neural signals overlap with the frequency of the amplifier's flicker noise. A Chopping technique, often used to reduce the flicker noise, is not desirable for high-impedance input sources due to the charge injection and clock feedthrough from the MOSFETs of the input chopper to the signal source, resulting in a significant increase in the total input-referred noise. Whereas MOSFETs have less flicker noise at the moment of turning on, and the intrinsic flicker noise can be then reduced by turning on and off the MOSFETs in the IA. This brief proposes a bulk switching IA, which can avoid the input current noise. A prototype IA is implemented in a 65 nm CMOS occupying 0.053 mm<SUP>2</SUP>, and it achieves the input-referred noise of 0.74 μ<SUB>Vrms</SUB> (local field potential) for 100 k Ω source impedance, a 3.3 times reduction compared with that of the chopper IAs, while consuming only 3.96 μW from a 1.2 V supply.</P>

연구배경: 문구는 실용적인 도구의 범주 속에서 기능의 효율성을 목적으로 사용되어 왔지만, 문구 분야에 디자인이 강조되면서 사무적 이미지를 벗어나 소비자의 생활양식을 담은 물건으로 표현되고 있다. 즉, 기존의 물리적 사용가치 수준의 실용적 개념이 아닌 새로운 의미가 문구 디자인에 나타나고 있다. 연구방법: 문구 디자인 분야의 선행연구와 문헌조사를 통해 문구 분야에 영향을 준 사회적 배경을 파악하고, 문구디자인의 변화 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 이러한 변화에 대한 시사점을 찾고 문구 디자인이 새롭게 갖는 가능성과 방향을 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과: 문구는 일상의 도구로서 실용적 개념과 물리적 사용가치로 평가되는 경우가 많았는데, 출산율의 감소, 유통망의 다각화, 취미 다양화 등의 사회경제적 환경 변화가 일어나면서 이전과는 다른 개념이 문구 디자인에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 현상을 통해 문구 디자인이 아날로그의 상징적 의미를 갖게 되고, 디자인 오브제로 소장되고 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 협업을 통한 문구 디자인 방법과 문구가 한정판으로써 새롭게 갖게 된 마켓에 대한 시사점을 도출하여 문구디자인의 기회와 의미를 파악하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 문구 분야에서 새로운 가치를 담을 문구 디자인의 가능성을 확인하고 방향을 밝히는 데 연구의 의의가 있다. 위축된 문구 분야에 새로운 활력으로 작용하여 문구 디자인의 폭을 넓어지는 계기로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 디자이너가 문구 분야에 개입할 여지가 많아질 가능성을 파악할 수 있다. Background: The stationery has been used for the purpose of functional efficiency within the category of practical tool, but with the emphasis of design in the stationery field, it is expressed as a property containing the life-style of consumers by breaking away from its image of office use. In other words, the new implication, not the practical concept of existing physical service value is shown on the stationery design. Methods: Through the advance studies and bibliographic survey of the stationery design field, the social background influenced on the stationery field is found out and the factors changing the stationery design is formulated. The purpose is to find the implications on such change and disclose the new possibility and direction for the stationery design. Result: The stationery is an ordinary tool with frequent cases to be evaluated with the practical concept and physical service value and the different concept from the past is applied to the stationery design with the socio-economic environment change for reduction of birth rate, diversification of distribution network and hobbies. Through such phenomenon, the stationery design has the symbolic meaning of analog and is shown to be kept as the design object. In addition, it formulates the implications on the newly emerged market as the limited version for the stationery design method and stationery through the collaboration to find out the possibility and meaning of the design. Conclusion: The implication of this study is to confirm the possibility of the stationery design to contain new value in the stationery field and find out the directions. It may be facilitated as the occasion to broaden the width of stationery design by utilizing it as the new energy in the declined stationery field. Furthermore, it may display the possibility of increasing the involvement of designer in the stationery field.
