      • 통조림용 가다랑어육의 식품성분

        가다랑어 혈합육을 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 기초연구로서, 가다랑어 혈합육의 지질성분, 함질소엑스분 및 구성아미노산 등을 보통 육과 함께 분석하여 비교, 검토하였다. 보통육은 혈합육에 비해 수분, 조단백질 함량은 약간 많은 반면, 조지방과 회분 함량은 혈합육이 약간 많았다. 휘발성염기질소량은 보토육이 22.7mg/100g, 혈합육이 46.9mg/100ㅎ으로 혈합육이 보통육에 비해 선도저하가 훨씬 빨랐다. 보통육과 혈합육의 총지질 조성은 각각 중성지질 79.7%, 71.9%, 당지질, 6.8%, 9.5%, 인지질13.5%, 18.6%로 이루어져 있었다. 중성지질의 성분은 free fatty acid ac triglyceride, 인지질은 phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl, 인지질은 phosphatidyl choline이 주성분이었고, lysogud 인지질의축적도 확인되었다. 총지지르 중성, 당 및 인지질의 축적도 확인되었다. 종지질, 중성, 당 및 인지질의 지반산 조성에서 보통육은 16:0 및 18:1을 주체로 한 포화산 및 모노엔산의 조성비가 혈합육보다 높았으며, 혈합육은 폴리엔산, 특히 22:6의 비율이 월등히 높았다. 16:0. 18:0, 18:1, 20:5 및 22:6 등이 주요 구성지방산이었다. 유리아미노산의 조성은 총함량에서 보통육 쪽이 많았고, 보통육에는 histidine, 혈합육에는 tauring의 보통육에서는 680.9mg.100g 정도 전존해 있었으나, 혈합육에서는 IMP의 분해가 급속히 진행되어 73.1mg/100g에 지나지 않았다. TMAO 및 TMA는 보통육에 비해 혈합육에 휠씬 많이 함유되어 있었고, total creatinine은 보통육 쪽이 많았다. 구성아미노산의 조성은 양시료 간에 별차이가 없었고, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, lysine, leucine, alanine, isoleucine 및 arginine 등이 주요 구성아니노산이었다. The lipid components, nitrogenous extracts and amino acids of dark muscle(DM) of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) were analyzed and compared with those of white muscle(WM). WM was higher in moisture and crude protein content, and lower in crude lipid and ash content than those of DM. Contents of volatile basic nitrogen in WM and DM were 22.7mg/100g and 46.9mg/100g. Total lipid(TL) of WM and DM consisted of 79.7%, 71.9% neutral lipid(NL), 6.8%, 9.5% glycolipid(GL), and 13.5%, 18.6% phospholipid(PL), respectively. NL was mainly composed of free fatty acid, triglyceride, and PL was mainly occupied by phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl choline. Also lysophosphatidyl choline and lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine were identified in PL. In fatty acid composition of TL, NL, GL and PL, WM revealed higher contents in saturates and monoenes such as 16 : 0, 18 : 1, while DM showed higher contents in polyenes such as 22 : 6 especially. The major fatty acids of these samples were generally 16 : 0, 18 : 0, 18 : 1, 20 : 5 and 22 : 6. Contents of total free amino acids from WM and DM were 5,982.3mg/100g and 4,450.7mg/100g (dry base). Of free amino acids, Tau concentration was much higher in DM than in WM, Ala, Gly, Met, Arg, Thr were also high in DM. But His was much higher in concentration in WM. Content of inosinic acid(IMP) in WM(680.9mg/100g) was higher than that of DM(73.1mg/100g). The degradations of IMP proceeded very rapidly in DM. DM contained much higher trimethylamine oxide and trimethylamine than those of WM. The profile of combined amino acids in these samples were very similar, and main amino acids were Glu, Asp, Lys, Ala, Ile and Arg.

        만성적 소음폭로가 근로자의 혈압에 미치는 영향

        The question of an association between occupational noise exposure and blood pressure has important public health implications. The harmful effects of hypertension are well known and noise is considered the most pervasive problem of all occupational exposures in Taegu City, Korea. A cross-sectional study on the effect of long-term noise exposure on blood pressure was done for 276 noise exposed workers(203 male workers, 73 female workers). Long-term noise exposure was measured by cumulative noise exposure level and noise-induced hearing loss. Hearing loss = 500Hz+2×1,000Hz+2×2,000Hz+4,000Hz -------------------------------------- 6 Questionnaire was administered to the workers, which includes age, sex, occupational history on the noise exposure, habits on alcohol drinking and smoking, practice of regular exercises, family history of hypertension. Type A behavior, question on stress, height, weight and blood pressure were measured. Serum triglyceride and low density lipoprotein(LDL) were also measured. Audiometry was done in the closed booth at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000, 1,000 and 500Hz in order. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that cumulative noise exposure level(p〈0.05), serum triglyceride(p〈0.01), age(p〈0.01) and family history of hypertension(p〈0.05) predict hypertension (systolic blood pressure : 160㎜Hg or above, or diastolic blood pressure : 95㎜Hg or above) in male workers. In female workers, serum triglyceride(p〈0.01), LDL(p〈0.01) and family history of hypertension(p〈0.05) were predictors of hypertension (systolic blood pressure : 160㎜Hg or above, or diastolic blood pressure : 95㎜Hg or above). As the number of female workers with hypertension was too small, the multiple logistic regression was done according to hypertension criteria of systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 140㎜Hg, or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90㎜Hg. Based on this criteria, cumulative noise exposure level(p=0.055) and age(p=0.057) predict hypertension. It is suggested that long-term noise exposure which was calculated by cumulative noise exposure level was a significant predictor of hypertension in noise exposed workers.

      • Surface Properties of Amphoteric Copolymers : contact angle and ARXPS

        The environmental response of the fluorine-contanining amphoteric copolymer in water and air has been investigated. The polymers were coated on slide glass by spincoater. The surface composition was determined by Angle Resolved X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(ARXPS). Sessile-drop and captive-bubble techniques were used for contact angle measurements. Advancing contact angle was increased by increment of fluorine content. Octane contact angle in water increased with decreasing advancing contact angle in air. Octane contact angle in water was strongly affected by dispersion term in surface free energy.

      • 과불소우레탄 공중합체의 합성과 표면특성

        Perflurorourethane copolymers were stnthesized by free-radical copolymerization using a fluorine-containing monomer and urethane monomers as starting materials. The fluorine-containing monomer used was perfluoroalkyl alcohol(FOH), and the urethane monomers used were tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate(TDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), and 4,4-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate)(MDI). The surface properties and surface modification ability of the perfluorourethane copolymers prepared were investigated. The surface free energies of polyethylene(PE) films modified by the perfluorourethane copolymers and their surface modifkcation properties were also investigated.

      • 불소계 투광성 고분자 중간체(FCAF)의 합성

        고부가치의 불소계 투광성 고분자는 반사방지 필름, 반도체 보호필름, POF(plastic optical fiber) 및 섬유 가공제 등 광관련 소재산업에 폭넓게 사용되고 있어 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 발연황산(SO₃/H₂SO₄)을 이용한 DCIPFB(1,2-dichloro perfluoro butyl iodide)의 산화반응에 의해 대표적인 불소계 투광성 고분자인 Cytop 중간체의 하나인 FCAF(fluorinated chloro acyl fluoride) 합성시 반응온도 등의 대표적인 실험변수에 따른 FCAF의 합성특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 반응온도 및 반응시간의 증가와 더불어 DCIPFB의 전환율은 증가하였으나 FCAF의 선택율은 감소하였다. 이 때 생성물의 정성 및 정량분석을 위하여 GC/MS 및 GC를 사용하였다.

        This thesis aims to study the symbolic meaning of the motive of "room" and "mirror" that is made up the works of Youn Dong-joo. The findings were as follows; 1. In the course of Youn's develop of poems, the motive of "room" and "mirror" appears a symbolic space. 2. Process of developing poems is constringed into imagination on the axis of the motive of "room' and "mirror". 3. The motive of "room" and "mirror" involves archetypal meanings. 4. The motive of "room" is a symbolic space in which all the current conflicts disappear and reconcile themselves. 5. The "room" of Youn's poems is a representative space that intensify the historical ego and periodical ego. 6. The poems of Youn contains the symbolic meaning of recovering homeogeniety.

        소그룹 신체활동이 치매노인의 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구는 치매노인의 신체활동프로그램을 만들어 소그룹에서 규칙적으로 시행하여 신체활동이 치매노인의 인지기능과 삶의 질 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 최경도-경도치매 노인 6명을 대상으로 2007년 9월부터 11월까지 12주간, 주 3회 40분씩 자체에서 만들어진 10가지 신체활동프로그램으로 시행하였다. 치매 노인에서 신체활동 시행 전후에 간이정신 상태평가(MMSE-K), 인지기능검사(LOTCA-G)와 삶의질척도검사를 평가하였다. 연구결과 : 신체활동 시행 후 MMSE-K의 총점에서 유의적인 변화를 보였으며(P<0.05), LOTCA-G의 경우 도형인식, 신체지적인식에 변화가 없으며 다른 항목들에서 신체활동 시행 후에 증가하였다. 삶의 질에 경우 전체총점에서 시행 후에 유의적인 변화가 있었으며(P<0.05), 세부항목에서 만족도의 질적인 변화를 보였다. 결론 : 치매 노인에 대한 신체 활동프로그램을 통해 신체기능의 개선과 인지기능의 증가로 일상생활활동의 독립성을 증가시키고 노인들의 삶의 질 향상에 유용한 치료적 접근방법이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. Objective : The present study purposed to make a physical activity program for demented elderly people, execute the program regularly in small group, and examine the effects of physical activities on improvement in demented elderly's cognitive functions and quality of life. Method : For six elderly persons with very mild or mild dementia, we executed 10 kinds of self-devel-oped physical activities for 12 weeks from September to November, 2007, 3 times per week, and 40 minutes each time. Before and after the physical activities, the old adults were tested with Mini-mental State Examination for Koreans (MMSE-K), Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA-G), and quality-of-life scale. Result : After the physical activities, the subjects showed significant changes in the total score of MMSE-K (P<0.05). In case of LOTCA-G, visual identification of shapes(VS) and direction in front(DF) did not change, but other items increased after the physical activities. For quality of life scale, a significant change was observed in the total score after the physical activities (P<0.05), and qualitative changes were observed in subcategory satisfaction. Conclusion : The reesults of this study show that a physical activity program for demented elderly people is a useful therapeutic approach by enhancing the edlerly's independence in activities of daily living and their quality of life through improving their physical and cognitive functions.

        從屬理論에 關한 分析과 批判

        Although dependency theory seems to get considerable persuasion, it is a very dangerous ideologie, because it will lead some third world countries to communist counties. For example, A.G. Frank insists that the sole strategy for development is to appeal to socialistic revolution. Dependency theorists divide the world into two categories : Center-nation group and periphery-nation group, and dependency theory also means internationalization of Marxist class-theory. Therefore, it may be regarded that dependency theory is a new metamorphosis of Marxism. Despite dependency theorists claim that the underdevelopment nations are poor because the advanced nations squeeze economic profits from the underdeveloped nations, the underdeveloped nations are also responsible for their under development. If the less developed nations try to raise G.N.P. and achieve industrialization, they can trade with the advanced nation with equal terms without any allergy and they need not hate foreign multinational corporations. For example, Canada does no reject multinational corporations of the U.S.A. because the country is advanced and rich. From the years of 1961 to 1986, the national income per capita of the Korean people increased from 80$ to 2,000$. We have maintained an intimate relationship with the U.S.A. for 40 years but we have achieved a glorious economic development and we are on the threshold of the advanced nation. Therefore, dependency theory should not be applied to the Republic of Korea. Japan surrendered to the Allied forces and the U.S army occupied the country in 1945, but the Japanese people succeeded in achieving an advanced nation. In short, the third world countries must try to build a powerful nation for themselves. And dependency theory is not an iron law, it has many vulnerable points.

      • 멀리뛰기 발구름 동작시 아킬레스건각이 도약속도와 도약각도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lower leg planting angle an on take-off motion of the long jump. The Achilles tendon angle defined as the angle between shank and calcaneus with projection to XY plane was introduced to interprete lower leg motion uring last foot touch for the flight phase of long jump. A typical high speed film analysis technique including DLT method was adapted to record and analyze total of nineteen long jumps performed by elite athletes at two different track and field events. The following were found that: 1. The relationship between touch-down velocity, take-off velocity, range of vertical velocity and flight length were significantly related each others as r=0.6383, 0.6395 respectively at t=0.01 level. 2. It was not possible to reveal the relationship between take-off angle and flight length. Due to highly consistent take-off angles shown between the long jumpers. 3. The angular displacement of the shank during the last foot contact just before flight phase was negatively related to the flight length(r= -0.6149). However, it was not possible to find the relationship between the aehilles tendon angle and flight length. 4. As the range of the body C.O.G lean angle increased the last step foot contact time significantly increased(r=0.8625). 5. The foot contact time of Korean elite long jumpers was somewhat longer than that shown by foreign Athletes. It is concluded that maintaining touch-down velocity during initial phase of foot touch and increasing take-off velocity would result optimal take-off angle and good record. Decrease in the angular displacement of the shank, foot contact duration, and the range of body C.O.G lean angle were found to be important to improve the flight length.

      • 현대무용의 Leap 동작에서 숙련자와 비숙련자간의 운동학적 변인 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare kinematics of the skilled group with the corresponding of the unskilled group during the leap of the mordern dance and to investigate the effective movement patterns of the leap. The kinematic and temporal variables examined using the DLT(Direct Linear Transformation) method of three-dimensional cinematography were leap time, leap distance, leap height and body segment angles at the instants of take off, peak height and touch down. Four skilled and four unskilled groups were selected as the subjects. Two 16mm high speed cameras were used to monitor the subjects’movement patterns. T-test was used to determine if there is any significant (p<0.05) differences on kinematic variables between the skilled and unskilled groups. The conclusions obtained from the analyzed data were as follows; (1) There were not any significant differences between two groups for the angles of body segment at the instant of take off and leap distance. (2) At the instant of peak height, the leap angle and the left ankle angle for the skilled groups were larger than for unskilled groups. (3) At the instant of touch down, the trunk angle in the sagittal plane for the skilled groups were larger than for unskilled groups. (4) The flight time and height for the skilled groups were longer and higher than for the unskilled groups.
