<P>Rosmarinic acid (a-O-caffeoyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, RA) is a caffeoyl ester widely distributed in plants. cDNA clones encoding tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT1 and 2) and hydroxyphenylpyruvate reductase (HPPR) have been isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis. The open reading frames (ORFs) of SbTAT1 and 2 were 1230 and 1272 bp long and encoded 409 and 423 amino acid residues, respectively. HPPR corresponded to a 942-bp ORF and 313 amino acid residues of translated protein. To study the molecular mechanisms of TAT and HPPR and investigate RA accumulation in S. baicalensis, we examined the transcript levels of TAT isoforms and HPPR with quantitative real-time PCR and analyzed the RA content in different organs by using high-performance liquid chromatography. The transcript levels of SbTATI SbTAT2, and SbHPPR in the flowers were higher than those in other organs. RA was also highly accumulated in the flowers and with a trace amount in the roots. No RA was detected in the leaves and stems of S. baicalensis. The amount of accumulated RA in the flowers was 28.7 times higher than that in the roots. Our results will be helpful in elucidating the mechanisms of RA biosynthesis in S. baicalensis.</P>

본 연구는 IEC 규정에 의거해 6kw급 소형풍력발전기 성능실증연구를 수행하였다. 실증연구를 수행하기 위하여 풍력발전기에 각종 센서를 설치, 측정 사이트에 모니터링 시스템을 구성하여 데이터를 수집 분석하였다.

This study aims to measure a crack property quantitatively through a unmanned automatic robot system for a concrete wall of high-rise buildings apt to age by being exposed to an open air environment. Through this, we aim to present the application of efficient repairs and reinforcement by deterioration phenomena by deriving a plan to measure cracks in reinforced concrete accounting for most of the lawsuits against defects in the current apartment houses with scientific and objective data.

In this study, electrical breakdown characteristics of atmospheric air under the AC and lightning Impulse(LI) voltage waveforms were investigated to settle the electrical insulation design criteria for air insulated switchgear. To investigate the electrical breakdown characteristics according to the non-uniformity of electric field, needle-plane and 4 kinds of sphere-plane electrodes were used as the tested electrode system. Through the experimental results, it was found that when positive impulse voltage is applied, it can be the weakest in terms of electrical insulation. As for the positive LI breakdown voltage, in the case of electrodes with high non-uniformity such as needle-plane electrode, it was confirmed that electrical breakdown voltage increased almost linearly with the gap length. Based on the experimental and electric field analysis results, it is found that it is desirable to establish the air insulation design/evaluation criteria as a function according to the distance in electrodes with high non-uniform electrode systems, and as a maximum electric field function in the quasi electrode systems. Moreover, maximum electric field for partial discharge (PD) inception decreased as the cross-sectional area of the electrodes facing each other increased.
