Bertolotti's syndrome (BS) is a condition that causes lower back pain due to the presence of a lumbosacral transitional vertebra (LSTV). A spectrum of therapeutic modalities, ranging from conservative management to surgical intervention, has been endeavored in its management. It has been reported that LSTV may subsequently lead to conditions such as scoliosis, facet joint arthritis, strains of the quadratus lumborum and iliopsoas muscles, and herniated discs. Moreover, BS commonly manifests with lower back pain; however, it is rarely associated with radiation-induced leg pain. In this case report, we aimed to investigate the effectiveness of pulsed radiofrequency treatment in patients who underwent diagnostic nerve blocks for radicular pain suspected to be induced by BS and demonstrated temporary pain relief.
위젯서비스의 Application Open Ecosystem 구축 연구

기존의 컨텐츠 전달 방법은 인터넷 서핑을 통한 획득의 개념으로 이루어졌다고 볼수 있다. IT 서비스와 유무선 인터넷 기술의 비약적인 발전에 따라 사용자는 더 이상 컨텐츠의 획득을 위해 직접 찾아 나서지 않아도 몇가지 설정만을 통해 컨텐츠가 나를 찾아오는 시대가 되었다. 이런 형태의 서비스들 중에서 최근의 단말 발전경향과 더불어 위젯 서비스가 급격히 발전하였다. 더불어 컨텐츠의 소비자이던 일반인들이 약간의 개발을 통해 직접 컨텐츠의 생산자, 배포자가 될 수 있는 개발환경이 최근에는 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 기존의 서비스 사업자들은 직접 컨텐츠를 전달하는 어플리케이션을 개발하여 공급하였지만, Open API 를 통해 외부의 개발자들이 직접 필요한 어플리케이션을 개발하여 공유하고 수익을 배분하는 형태의 사업이 바로 Application Open Ecosystem 이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위젯 서비스의 Open cosystem 을 구축하는 방법에 대한 연구를 정리하여 소개하고자 한다.

In this paper, we have proposed a design method for standardization of weapon information exchange between a weapon control computer of guided missile system and a high echelon command and control system. Because the weapon control computer based on diverse combat platforms is operated with several kinds of a high echelon system, it is necessary to provide a standardized design method for weapon information exchange between mutual system. In fact, it is possible to standardize a interface design specification of weapon information message because weapon information message is closely related to standard tactical data link message. It is essential that the interface design specification of weapon information is submitted to that of tactical data link information. It seems that this interface design specification is very useful in development process of the future weapon system.

Fault tolerance is a crucial design for a mission-critical computer such as engagement control computer that has to maintain its operation for long mission time. In recent years, software fault-tolerant design is becoming important in terms of cost-effectiveness and high-efficiency. In this paper, we propose MPCMCC which is a model-based software component to implement fault tolerance in mission-critical computers. MPCMCC is a fault tolerance design that synchronizes shared data between two computers by using the one-way message-passing scheme which is easy to use and more stable than the shared memory scheme. In addition, MPCMCC can be easily reused for future work by employing the model based development methodology. We verified the functions of the software component and analyzed its performance in the simulation environment by using two mission-critical computers. The results show that MPCMCC is a suitable software component for fault tolerance in mission-critical computers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the important loads related with crack-growth in aircraft. Al Alloys mainly used in aircraft are Al2024 and Al7075 in Duralumin. In random fatigue loading, it has been understood crack-growth characteristic using fractured surface photograph by SEM. In order to obtained CTOD, we measured a crack size in wing frame part. As a result of fatigue experiment that accumulating plenty of fatigue loadings, we find more cracks than that produces in the same fatigue loading. The important loads relating to crack-growth was found in the largest strain cycle. Applying strain block in fatigue experiment, it is actually loading in connection of aircraft. In conclusion, These results can be used for preventing an accident owing fatigue-fracture in aircraft.

In this paper, a nanowire GAAFET device was manufactured using simulation. By varying the body thickness of the fabricated nanowire GAAFETs, we analyze their impact on device characteristics. we shown that, the reduction in body thickness improves the low power operation due to the structural characteristics inherent in the GAA structure.
Mini-Tab을 이용한 D-Tube 확관 최적 공정 설계

The purpose of this study is to find the optimization processing on expanded tube using Taguchi method which was generally used to analyze the effects of various control factors. Mini-Tab is a good for program that is making a selection using Taguchi method. The results of experimental test and analysis are as follows. Optimization processing on a expanded tube is dependent on lubrication condition. The slight eccentricity of expanded tube was obtained a good results on the expanded tube. When expending processing on the expanded tube was performed, the test specimens were almost unaffected by changing pressure loading. The tendencies of test results were related to lubrication condition and eccentricity in expending processing. As a result, a proper lubrication condition and eccentricity in the step of design will improve the optimization processing of expanded tube.
