        장기간의 유산소성 운동이 20대 여성의 최대산소섭취량과 좌심실기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of O2max and Heart functions after 24weeks aerobics training. Subjects were composed of fourteen obesity women. 7 of subjects were trained during 24weeks(60~70%HRmax, 4 frequencies/week, 1 hour) and remainder were controlled. The exercise intensities are decided by %HRmax. The result of this study are as follows ; 1. O2max and O2max/kg were increased in aerobics training group after 24weeks aerobics training. 2. Both groups were significantly not changed in parameters of cardiac function, but EF was significantly(p<.05) increased in aerobics training group after 24weeks aerobics training. In conclusion, Aerobic training was shown to positive influence on circulorespiratory function and, although left ventricular function wasn't significant difference. It is to be the important variable to prevent heart disease in obesity women.

        체육전공학생과 일반학생의 건강증진 및 생활양식의 비교연구

        The purpose of this study were to comparison of the degree of performance between physical education majors and general students and to identify the variable related to performance in health-promoting lifestyle of physical education majors and general students. The subjects of this study were 154 physical education majors students and 147 general college students in 4 University. The sample data were collected using a purposive sampling method from September 28 to September 14. The collected data were analysed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Stepwised Multiple Regression with SPSS 7.5 for window program. The results of this research were as follows. 1. The means of performance in health-promoting lifestyle of college students revealed total 2.523 : harmonious relationships 3.156, sanitary life 2.950, self actualization 2.893. Whereas the one with lowest degrees was the professional health management(mean=1.546). 2. The relationship between the degree of performance in health-promoting lifestyle and its related variable were as follows. 1) Performance in the health-promoting lifestyle was significantly correlates with self esteem(r=0.497, p<0.05), perceived health status(r=0.223, p<0.05), internal and powerful others locus of control(r=3.04, r=0.218, p<0.05), age(r=0.220, p<0.05). 2) The most important factor that affects performance in the health promoting lifestyle of college students was self esteem. The combination of self esteem, internal and powerful others locus of control, perceived health status, age accounted for 33.3% of variance in health promoting lifestyle os college students.

      • 테니스 포핸드 스트로크시 두가지 그립형태에 따른 손목, 팔꿈치 가동성의 각도변화

        본 연구는 테니스 포핸드 스트로크시 두 가지 그립형태에 따른 손목, 팔꿈치 가동성의 각도변화를 파악하여 효율적인 스윙에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 피험자는 총 6명으로 이스턴 그립과 크로스 스탠스를 사용하는 선수출신 일반인 3명, 세미웨스턴 그립과 오픈 스탠스를 사용하는 고등학교 선수 3명으로 하였다. 먼저 촬영과 실험동작을 행할 수 있는 장소를 확보하고 두 대의 카메라와 통제점틀로 좌표화를 하였으며, Kwon3D 2.1로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 이스턴 그립을 구사하는 A그룹은 직선운동을 크게 하기 위하여 B그룹에 비해 팔꿈치의 각이 크게 나타났으며, A그룹은 원심력과 직선운동으로 파워를 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 세미웨스턴 그립을 구사하는 B그룹은 팔꿈치의 각이 A그룹에 비해 작게 나타났다. 이는 상체의 회전을 이용하여 회전력을 구사하기 위해서이며, 그립의 특성상 직선운동보다 회전운동이 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 손목각의 변화는 세미웨스턴 그립을 쥔 B그룹보다 이스턴 그립을 쥔 A그룹이 손목의 활용이 더 있는 것으로 나타났다. A그룹은 다리를 크로스 스탠스를 취하여 체중을 뒤에서 앞으로 이동시키는 방법을 취하며, 이로 인해 직선운동을 배가시키고, B그룹은 오픈 스탠스를 취하여 상체의 비틀림으로 회전력에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

        자연과학편 : 한국인(韓國人)의 Step Test 기준치설정(基準値設定)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        With 844 healthy men and women, 14 to 24 in their age. In aim in this study at establishing the standard values of step test socores by sex and age. The height of the benches used for step test ranged from 30cm, 35cm, 40cm(for both sexes) to 45cm(for males only). The test lasted three minutes at the velocity of 30 times per minute and its scores were calculated after the fashion of Harvard step test. Shown below are the results of this study.1. The step test scores of males outnumbered those of females in all ages.2. As the bench height increased, the score gap grew greater.3. As the subjects` age increased, in both sexes, the score turned out to be decreasing.4. According to the increase of both age and vench height, the difference of step test scores test scores became less.5. The standard values of the step-test scores employed in this study by the groups of sex and age are presented in < Table-4 > and < Table-5 >.

      • 有酸素性 運動이 肥滿女高生들의 血淸 脂質値에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of aerobic exercise training on serum lipids in obese high school girls. Thirty-one obese high school girls were devided by exercise group(n=23) and non-exercise group(n=8). Exercise group was adapted to have exercises of aerobic by intensity of 70∼85% HRmax and RPE 13∼15, for 60 min/day, 4 times/week for 10 weeks. The conclusion of the study was as follows : 1) Triglyceride(TG) has decreased significantly by aerobic exercise training(P<0.01). 2) Phospholipid(PL) has increased significantly by aerobic exercise training(P<0.05). 3) Lipase has decreased significantly by aerobic exercise training(P<0.05). 4) T-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol have decreased by aerobic exercise training but there were no significant changes. And HDL-cholesterol has increased by aerobic exercise training but there was no significant change. 5) VLDL-cholesterol has decreased significantly by aerobic exercise training(P<0.01). 6) LDL/HDL and T-chol/HDL have decreased significantly by aerobic exercise training(P<0.05).
