이석원 낭만음악사 2003 낭만음악 Vol.- No.58
지금까지 악기 음향학에서 다루었던 현악기와 건반악기 관악기는 대부분 시대적 필요에 따라 구조와 기능이 바뀌었음을 보았다. 이들 악기는 서양 고전음악 문화의 산물이며, 음악양식의 변화에 따라, 또 연주 환경이 달라짐에 따라 악기와 연주법 역시 변화하였음을 말해준다. 그러나 인간의 목소리는 어느 시대, 어느 지역에든 공통적으로 있어온 악기이다. 아담 스미스가 “노래와 춤은 인간의 가장 기본적인 본능”이라고 말했으리만큼, 인간은 동서고금을 막론하고 본능적으로 목청을 이용해 노래를 불러왔다. 이 연재의 마지막 회가 될 이번 장에서는 인성을 낼 수 있는 악기로서 인체의 구조와 기능, 그리고 인성의 여러 가지 요소에 관해 살펴본다.

A fast response CO2 analyzer has been developed to study transient characteristics on an SI engine. The analyzer has the delay time of 4.5 ms and time constant of 2.8 ms, which is fast enough to measure CO2 concentration on a transient condition. Wide range of A/F (Air/Fuel) ratio can be estimated using the analyzer with an additional switch type oxygen sensor. The results of measurement of CO2 concentration and A/F ratio on a transient condition including rapid acceleration/deceleration and EGR (Ehxaust Gas Recirculation) on/off are presented and compared with a commercial exhaust gas analyzer and UEGO (Universial Exhaust Gas Oxyzen) sensor. 거시경제변수와 종합부동산세가 아파트 매매가격에 미치는 영향 연구

This study investigates the relationship between macroeconomic variables and the comprehensive real estate tax on apartment sales prices in Seoul. The results of the analysis show that the continuation of low interest rates since the 2000s has had a positive effect on the apartment sales prices due to an increase in the money supply in the market. Additionally, the increase in apartment sales transaction volume is acting as a direct cause of driving the apartment sales price. Moreover, the increase in the comprehensive real estate tax is included in the apartment sales price, indicating that the government's regulatory policy can have an adverse effect. However, in a stable economic situation, empirical analysis has shown that the influence of macroeconomic variables such as the consumer price index and interest rates is insignificant. Therefore, the main reason for the additional apartment sales price is the increase in transaction volume. In light of these findings, a sharp increase in the comprehensive real estate tax, which is a holding tax, requires a cautious approach as it can exacerbate the transaction cliff that can occur in the future when the real estate market declines and lead to the government's distrust. As comprehensive real estate tax data for 2022 was not available for this study, during which there were rapid interest rate fluctuations, it was not possible to derive analysis results for the current situation. Additional data analysis is therefore needed to inform policy proposals. 본 연구는 거시경제변수와 종합부동산세를 통해 아파트 매매가격에 대한 영향관계를 서울을 중심으로 진행하였다. 분석결과 2000년대 이후 저금리의 지속은 시장의 통화량의 증가로 인해 아파트 매매가격에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 아파트 매매거래량의 증가는 아파트 매매가격을 상승시키는 매개체로 작용하고 있다. 또한 종합부동산세 상승은 아파트 매매가격을 상향시켜 부동산 시장 안정화라는 정부 정책에 역효과를 가져올 수 있다. 그러나 안정정인 경제상황에서는 소비자물가지수나 금리는 거시경제변수의 영향성이 미미하게 작용되고 있다는 점이 실증분석을 통해 나타났으며 분산분해분석 결과 아파트 매매시장 상승기에는 아파트 매매거래량이나 종합부동산세의 상승이 오히려 추가적인 아파트 매매가격을 상승시키는 주요 원인으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 보유세인 종합부동산세를 급격히 올리는 것으로 향후 부동산경기 하강시에 발생할 수 있는 거래절벽과 정부의 불신이 섞일 수 있어 신중한 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구의 경우 금리 격변기인 2022년 종합부동산세 자료의 부재로 인해 현재 상황에 대한 분석결과를 도출하지 못했으며 이는 추가적인 자료 분석을 통해 정책수립 제안이 필요한 상황이다.

According to the statistics from the Ministry of labor, 70~80 people died by work-related electric shock accidents in the workplace and this number is about 10~20 times higher than those of the foreign countries such as Japan and the United Kingdom in frequencies and rates per 100,000. The electrocution deaths had decreased from several hundred in 1990s to 67 in 2002, since then there has been little change over the last 5 years. To reduce this number of the electrocution death, it is necessary to analyze the sources of the accidents and to implement the suitable measures for preventing the similar accidents from occurring. But there is not any consensus standard method or procedures for accident investigation yet. And the results solely depend on the ability of the investigator. Because of the demand of eliminating technical barrier for free trading, the IEC 60364 is adopted as a regulation for low voltage electrical installations in Korea. The facilities designed and constructed by IEC 60364 are increasing. The facilities by IEC 60364 have different features in comparison with the facilities by Korea eletro technical regulation, and these features combined with parameters of electric shock accident can greatly affect the consequences of the electric accidents. The accident analysis program for electric shock injuries in Terra Neutral(TN) and Terra Terra(TT) system was developed in this paper, which was based on KOSHA Electric Shock Analysis Program(ESAP).

모바일 기기의 사용자 인터페이스 설계 도구로서 Trajectory Mapping 방법에 관한 연구

모바일 기기의 디스플레이 크기는 매우 작기 때문에 사용자 인터페이스에서 메뉴 구성은 메뉴 구조 못지않게 중요하다. 사용자 중심 인터페이스는 인터페이스 개발에 있어서 항상 중요한 이슈로 여겨지고 있는데, 사용자 중심의 메뉴 기반 인터페이스를 개발하기 위해서는 메뉴 아이템들을 사용자의 지식 구조와 일치하게 구성하여야 한다. 전통적으로 MDS방법 은 사용자가 지각한 메 뉴 아이템들의 구성을 알아내기 위하여 많이 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 MDS방법을 통해서는 사용자가 지각한 메뉴 아이템들 사이의 상대적 위치만을 알 수 있을 뿐, 그들 사이의 인지적 연결 상태는 알 수 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자들이 지각한 메뉴 아이템들 사이의 인지적 연결 상태를 추출하기 위하여 Trajectory Mapping 방법을 사용하였다. 12명의 피실험자를 대상으로 핸드폰 메뉴 아이템들에 대한 지식구조를 파악하기 위하여 MDS와 Trajectory Mapping 방법을 실시하였다. MDS와 Trajectory Mapping 결과를 이용하여 인간의 지식 구조를 시각적으로 보여주는 Visual Concept Map 을 형성하였고, 이를 바탕으로 핸드폰 메뉴 아이템을 재구성 하였다. 기존 인터페이스와 새 로 구성된 인터페이스를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 한 결과, 사용자의 수행 시간이 짧아졌을 뿐만 아니라 만족도 역시 향상하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 Trajectory Mapping방법은 사용 자 지식 구조를 반영한 인터페이스 개발에 응용될 수 있을 것이다.
