The nonunion means a state that the healing of fracture has stopped, and the part of fracture remains to not heal up in several months. The medical treatment of nonunion was tried several way to add stability to fracture. The treatment of The electrical stimulation and medicine which is make from calcium, phosphorus, and Vitamin A, D have used, but recently try to use Ultrasound and Laser in the physical therapy. In the text, we look into definition of nonunion, a cause, fracture of treatment process and approach of nonunion treatment. So, using Ultrasound and Laser in the physical therapy can be great help to the fracture and nonunion

The purpose of study was to evaluate effects of low-intensity ultrasound and laser on healing of bone fracture. Twenty fracture patient were selected for this study(fourteen males, six females. mean aged 44.8) fracture area was humerus, tibia, forearm bones. The obtain result are as follows. 1. The result of this study were following that pain score was significantly reduced pre intervention compared with post intervention in male(P<.001). 2. The result of this study were following that pain score was significantly reduced pre intervention compared with post intervention in female(P<.001). 1. 결정그래프 합성곱 인공신경망을 통한 소재의 생성 에너지 예측

기존의 시행착오를 거쳐 소재를 개발하는 방법은 조금씩 한계를 보이고 있는데, 왜냐하면 산업과 기술이 고도화되고 기능성 소재가 가져야 하는 특성은 복잡해지면서 그 요구치가 높아지고 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 데이터 기반의 인공신경망으로 복잡한 소재 공간을 빠르게 탐색하여 소재 개발을 가속화하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 특히 결정그래프 합성곱 인공신경망은 결정 소재의 구조에 따른 특성을 학습하는 인공신경망으로 소재의 특성(생성 에너지, 밴드갭, 부피 탄성 계수 등)을 양자역학 기반의 제일원리 계산보다 빠르게 예측한다. 본 논문에서는 46,629개의 결정구조 데이터와 그 생성 에너지를 공공데이터베이스에서 불러와 결정그래프 합성곱 인공신경망 모델을 학습시키고 이를 특성 예측에 적용해 보는 예제를 설명한다. 이를 통해 간단한 프로그래밍 지식으로 소재 특성 예측 모델을 재현해 보고 원하는 데이터 셋과 연구 분야에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 인공지능 모델의 개발은 앞으로 더 복잡한 특성을 가져야만 하는 소재의 개발을 위해 넓은 범위의 소재를 탐색해야만 하는 과정을 획기적으로 단축시켜 소재 개발의 가속화를 촉진시킬 것으로 생각된다.
