PZT seed 에 의한 거대 단결정립 PZT 박막형성에 관한 연구

Selective nucleation and lateral growing method have been developed for high quality ferroelectric PZT(65/35) thin films using perovskite-phase PZT island seed. The PZT films on PZT seed island transformed into perovskite-phase at temperature as low as 540℃, which temperature is lower than 150℃ compared to that of the PZT thin films deposited on Pt films. The temperature difference enables the lateral growth without undesirable random nucleation. Maximum grain sizes of the perovskite-phase PZT films are determined by annealing temperature. The PZT thin films show leakage current density of 8×10^(-8) A/㎠, breakdown field of 1240 kV/㎝, saturation polarization of 42μC/㎠, and remanent polarization of 30μC/㎠, which values are maintained up to 2×10^11 cycles.

Korean government stipulates a response system and plan for the public protection during a radiological emergency by law. One of the most important factors in that regulation is to evacuate immediately the general public residing in the precautionary action zone to a shelter. To effectively implement such evacuations, a system to estimate the times required for the public evacuation, derive types and quantities of the resources required for good measure, and provide countermeasures by figuring out impacts from occurring of an unexpected situation is required. In this study, we introduce an application method of the system dynamics concept for the public evacuation analysis simulation, and estimate the public evacuation times by the simple implementation of the method with a numerical model. Consequently, we confirm that the public evacuation analysis method with the application of the system dynamics concept is able to be utilized to not only estimate the times required for the public evacuation but also simulate the unexpected situations occurred at each phase of the public evacuation and assess the impacts from the unexpected situations.
1LP-8 둔감성이 뛰어난 니트로옥소아자프로펠란 화합물의 합성, 구조 및 특성

프로펠란 구조에 질소가 치환된 구조인 아자프로펠란은 여러 자연계 물질에서 발견되는 구조이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 아자프로펠란을 고성능 분자화약 합성의 골격체로써 이용해보았다. 아자프로펠란의 뛰어난 대칭성과 높은 질소함유율을 이용하면 높은 폭발 성능과 밀도를 가진 고성능 에너지 물질을 합성할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다. 본 발표에서는 아자프로펠란 구조의 유도체 중 하나인 옥소아자프로펠란 구조체 일부에 니트로기가 도입된 니트로옥소아자프로펠란의 합성을 보고하고, 각 물질들이 현용 분자화약과 비교하여 얼마나 뛰어난 성능을 지니는지 보고하고자 한다.
