        비순 피판을 이용한 상악골 편측 괴사환자의 치험례

        The maxilla rarely undergoes necrosis due to its rich vascularity. Maxillary necrosis can occur due to bacterial infections such as osteomyelitis. viral infections such as herpes zoster and fungal infections such as mucormycosis, aspergillosis etc. Herpes zoster is a common viral infection, the oral soft tissue manifestations of which are widely known and recognized. Extremely rare complications such as osteonecrosis, and secondary osteomyelitis in maxilla were observed. But, reports of spontaneous tooth exfoliation and jaw osteonecrosis following herpes zoster infection in the distribution of the trigeminal nerve are extremely rare in the literature. We report a case of maxillary necrosis by herpes zoster in an uncontrolled diabetic patient. There was extensive necrosis of the buccal and palatal mucoperiosteum and exposure of the alveolar bone. This patient was successfully treated using a removal of necrotic bone and nasolabial flap. We briefly discuss different diseases which can lead to maxillary necrosis and a review. Analysis of the pathogenesis of herpes zoster and bone necrosis are discussed.

        미세여과 공정을 이용한 제주산 감귤 주스의 청징화

        Citrus류 과실은 독특한 풍미와 영양적 가치로 인하여 전 세계적으로 널리 섭취되고 있다. 막을 이용한 과육 주스 가공시 혼탁 유발 물질을 제거하는 동시에 유기산, 당, ascorbic acid와 같은 주요 성분의 손실을 최소화하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 감귤 주스 청징화에 가장 적합한 미세여과 막을 선정하기 위하여 surface filter인 Whatman No.4와 다섯 종류의 미세여과 막(GF/A, GF/D, GF/F, Gelman, SM)을 사용하였다. 과육에 3배의 물을 혼합한 감귤 주스를 170 mesh로 거른 후 미세여과 막이 장착된 Samduck 여과 시스템에서 막 분리하였다. 시간에 따른 flux와 HPLC로 분석한 여액내 유용성분 함량을 SAS 프로그램으로 통계처리하여 최적막을 선정하였으며 막 표면에 침착된 물질은 SEM으로 관찰하였다. 유의수준 0.10에서 시간 경과에 따라 GF/A와 GF/F 막의 flux는 감소하였으며 Gelman, SM, GF/D 막은 안정한 flux를 유지하였다. Citrate, malate 및 ascorbic acid의 농도로 대변되는 영약적 지표와 brix와 색도로 대변되는 구매 지표를 합한 종합적인 점수는 Gelman 막이 가장 높았다. 따라서, 미세여과법이 청징화시 매우 효과적인 공정이었으며 세공의 크기와 막 재질이 다양한 미세여과 막중 Gelman 막이 감귤 주스 청징화에 가장 적합한 막으로 판명되었다. Citrus fruits are consumed worldwide due to their unique flavor and nutrition value. It is necessary to remove the haze material as well as to minimize the loss of major compounds such as organic acids, sugars, and ascorbic acid in membrane processes for clarification of juice. The objective of our research was to select the best membrane among one surface filter (Whatman No.4) and five microfiltration filters (GF/A, GF/D, GF/F, Gelman, and SM). Tangerine fresh blended with three times of water was partially clarified with 170 mesh followed by prefiltration in a Samduck filtration system. The best membrane was selected by measuring the amounts of major compounds in the permeates as well as the flux which were statistically analyzed with SAS program. The foulants on the membrane surface were observed by SEM. The flux of GF/A and GF/F decreased with time at probability 0.10. Gelman, SM, and GF/D maintained the stable flux. Gelman showed the highest total scores including nutritive value (the amounts of citrate, malate, and ascorbic acid) and purchasing need (brix and color). Therefore, the microfiltration membrane process was a very effective method in tangerine juice clarification and Gelman type A/E was proved to be the best membrane among the five microfiltration membranes.

Postmordern style showed in contemporary fashion is various. Specially, street style begins from teddy boys, mods, hippy, skin head & popular fashion. They are come from mass culture. Mass culture dominated in many ways in modem society. In music, cinema & other plays we can read of youth. Street style includes youth culture about their fear and resistance and their passion. We can see kich in aetheics of street style as it was showed in mass culture. They are as follows. ${\cdot}$ Wit and sympathy expressed in primitivism. ${\cdot}$ Sensuality expressed in erotism like shows in works of Vivian Westwood & Zandra Rhodes. ${\cdot}$ Fantasy expressed cyber & psychidelic fashion.

        다량의 늑막 삼출을 동반한 만성 췌장염 1례

        Massive pancreatic pleural effusion is a rare complication of chronic pancreatitis. It results from leakage of pancreatic secretion into the pleural space through the aortic or esophageal hiatus, either by a pancreatic duct disruption or communicating pseudocyst. The presentation of the pancreatic pleural effusion is often misleading as respiratory rather than abdominal symptoms because of predominance of pulmonary complaints. Markedly elevated amylase level of the pleural fluid is highly suggestive of the diagnosis. We experienced a case of chronic pancreatitis with massive pleural effusion in a 9-year-old female, who presented with a 6-months history of intermittent abdominal pain, and cough and chest pain for 3 days. 저자들은 내원 6개월 전부터 간헐적인 복통이 있어오다가 1개월 전부터는 복통이 심해지고, 3일 전부터는 기침과 흉통이 발생되어 내원한 9세 여아에서 다량의 늑막 삼출을 동반한 만성 췌장염 1례를 진단하고 금식, 흉관 삽입, 항생제 및 octreotide의 투여 등의 보존적 방법으로 치료 한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.

      • 발음평가용 멀티미디어 시스템 구현을 위한 구어 프랑스어의 음향학적 단서

        The objective of this study is to examine acoustic cues in spoken French for the assessment of pronunciation which is necessary to realization of the multimedia system. The corpus is composed of simple expressions which consist of the French phonological system include all phonemes. This experiment was made on 4 male and female French native speakers and on 20 Korean speakers, university students who had learned the French language more than two years. We analyzed the recorded data by using spectrograph and measured comparative features by the numerical values. First of all, we found the mean and the deviation of all phonemes, and then chose features which had high error frequency and great differences between French and Korean pronunciations. The selected data were simplified and compared among them. After we judged whether the problems of pronunciation in each Korean speaker were either the utterance mistake or the interference of mother tongue, in terms of articulatory and auditory aspects, we tried to find acoustic features as simplified as possible. From this experiment, we could extract acoustic cues for the construction of the French pronunciation training system.

        지렁이 분변토로부터 황화수소 분해 균주의 분리 및 특성

        A new sulfur -oxidizing bacterium which was capable of degrading hydrogen sulfide was isolated from earthworm casts using deodorant materials. The cell of isolate CP-5 was short rod, gram negative and non-motile, the activities of cytochrome oxidase and catalase were positive. The isolate could autotrophically grow in the basal mineral medium supplemented the reduced sulfur compounds such as thiosulfate and elemental sulfur. This bacterium could oxidize thiosulfate and elemental sulfur to sulfate, and the metabolic intermediates were considered as tetrathionate and thiosulfate, respectively. The removal of hydrogen sulfide by the isolate CP-5 was confirmed, and the CP-5 was regarded as one of microorganisms responsible for degradation of hydrogen sulfide in earthworm casts. The isolate CP-5 can be applied to biodeodorization systems for the improvement of removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide.

        동종조직에서의 방사선 멸균효과에 대한 연구

        Allograft donations are commonly found to be contaminated. The most of tissue banks has promoted the use of ionizing radiation for the sterilization of biological tissues. The potential for transmission of human infectious diseases and contamination of microorganism has created serious concern for the continued clinical use of hard and soft-tissue allografts. Tissue banks have employed 15-25kGy for sterilization of hard and tendon allografts, which, according to the national standards, approaches the level at which the tissue quality is adversely affected for transplantation. The donations of allogeneic tissues to the Korea Tissue Bank over a 2-year period were reviewed, and the incidence and bacteriology of contamination were detailed. Clinical outcomes were determined for donors who had positive cultures at the time of retrieval and during the processing and they were compared with those of post sterilization. After exposure of the frozen block bone to 25kGy and the processed tissues to 15kGy of gamma irradiation, the authors were able to demonstrate complete inactivation of the bacteria. The aim of this study was to obtain the effects of gamma irradiation and the irradiation dose according to the type of tissue, through conventional microbiologic test without on influence of biocompatibility in allografts. The contamination rate after the final irradiation sterilization is 0% in the processed allografts. This may be due to the fact that the gamma radiation and processing steps are effective to control contamination.

In this circumstances, modern costume has stylized more artistic form in pure sight. Artistic characteristics showed in those collections are picturesque in material and sculpture in shillouette. Picturesque material pointed in decoretive function and simple shillouette pointed in sculpturesque body in modern costume.

Besides interpretation of light and movement, novelty of modern design would be guided to the exit of modern culture and art, which haver to answer to th e continuous questions. 본 연구는 90년대 이후 안티 디자인, 미니멀스타일의 오리지널리티를 가진 프라다의 전시 기획을 통하여 최근 트렌드인 노노스, 해체, 기능주의에 대한 프라다의 패션스타일을 다시 한번 검색하고, 전시기획에서 보여주는 현대디자인의 의미와 디자이너 프라다가 보여주는 창조를 통해 변모해 가는 기능주의와 패션의 예술성, 문화적 담론으로 다가가는 패션전시기획에 대하여 새로운 장을 여는 패션의 전시장 진출에 있다. 패션은 정지해 있지 않다는 것은 모두가 알고 있지만, 전시장 속에서는 다양한 장르와 융합된 패션아이템 뿐 아니라 빛과 움직임에 대한 해석, 현대디자인의 새로운 발전, 그리고 끊임없이 질문에 대답해야 하는 현대예술과 문화의 새로운 출구를 제시한다.
