Actindia chinensis의 一般成分, 遊離糖 및 amino acid 組成狀態를 알아보기 위하여 HPLC 등으로 분석, 定量한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 粗蜜白質量은 2.77%, 炭水化物量은 11.97%이었다. 2. 遊離糖으로는 glucose, fructose, sucrose 및 maltose가 檢出되었으며 과육부에는 fructose, 껍질부에는 sucrose 및 maltose가 많이 함유되었다. 3. 과육질 및 껍질부에서 17種의 總 및 유리 amino acid이 검출되었는데 과육부에는 isoleucine 191.52mg/100g, glutamic acid 160.93mg/100g, 껍질부에는 g1utamic acid 203.36mg/100g, aspartic acid 168.46mg/100g으로 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며, 必須 아미노산 量은 껍질부가 528.23mg/100g으로 과육부 (350.90mg/loog)보다 약 1.5배 정도 많았다. 4. 遊離 아미노산 量은 과육부 (136.89mg/loog)가 껍질부 (120.55mg/100g)에 비해 다소 많았으며 他 과일에 비하여 histidine, arginine量이 많았다. Approximate compositions, and contents of free sugars and amino acids of edible and nonedidle portion in Kiwi fruit 〔Actindia chinensis planch〕were analyzed by HPLC. The results were as follows; The contents of protein and sugars in kiwi fruit were 2.77% and 11.97%, respectively. Glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose were detected and fructose was rich in edible portion, and sucrose and maltose in nonedible portion. 17 kinds of total amino acids were detected in edible and nonedible portion. The contents of isoleucine(191.52mg/100g) and glutamic acid (160.93mg/100g) in edible portion, and glutamic acid (203.36mg/100g) and asparatic acid (168.48mg/100g) in nonedible portion were high. Total amounts of essential amino acids of nonedidle portion (523.23mg/100g) were rich than that of edible portion (350.90mg/100g). Free amino acids were contained 136.89mg/100g in edible portion and 120.55mg/100g in nonedible portion. Histidine and arginine were found in abundance, compared to other fruits (orange and strawbeery).

이 연구는 Bacillus cereus IAM1072의 배양액에서 직접 올리고당을 생상하기 위해 행하였다. 올리고당 생성 배양조건은 접종비 3%, pH 7.0, 온도 30℃, 배지액량 40㎖, 배양시간 24시간이었으며, 올리고당 생성에 가장 효과적인 최적 배지조성은 12% soluble starch, 1.5% peptone, 0.25% K₂HPO₄이었다. 생성된 올리고당 중 G_5 올리고당을 정제하였다. Methylation을 한 후 GC 분석을 한 결과 G_5 올리고당을 glucose 단위가 5개로 구성된 α-1,4-glucoside 결합한 올리고당이었다. This study was carried out to produce the oligosaccharides(G₂-G_7) directly from the culture broth of Bacillus cereus IAM1072. The maximal production of oligosaccharides was obtained after cultivation at 30℃ for 24hrs in the mixture of 12% soluble starch, 1.5% peptone and 0.25% K₂HPO₄ adjusted to pH 7.0. Among the oligosaccharides produced G_5 oligosaccharide was purified. After methylation, the result of GC analysis was suggested to be oligosaccharide consisting of 5 glucose unit with α-1,4-glucosidic bond.
ROSA RUGOSA 根이 家兎의 實驗的 高血糖 및 高脂肪血症에 미치는 影響

The influence of extracts and crude saponin of Rosae rugosae Radix on experimentally induced hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in rabbits, acute toxicity using mice, saponin certification were investigated. Rosae Rugosae radix showed significant hypoglycemic effect and decreased the peak glucose level and shortened the recovery time. And it reduced high concentrations of total serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels significantly. It was considered that Rosae rugosae Radix can be administered as an effective hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic agent.

The purposes of this study investigate effect of forging and hot and cold rolling on mechanical properties in austenitic high nitrogen steel(HNS) containing Cu and Ni. The 100㎏ HNS ingots manufactured by Pressurized Vacuum Induction Melting(PVIM) were forged and followed hot and cold rolling. Peak stress(σp) decreased with strain increase. Tensile and yield stress strength were decreased with addition of Cu and Ni, while enlongation was increased slightly. There was no difference in nitrogen contents with addition of Cu and Ni.

Diagnostic tool for the study of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding is not confirmed. Recently, capsule endoscopy was used to the effective diagnostic tool for patients with obscure gastrointestinaI bleeding, and was well tolerated and better accepted by patient. But the diagnostic result of this technique has not been adequately studied. We reported a case of finding small bowel beeding due to intraoperative endoscopy with negative capsule endoscopic result.

枸杞子의 總아미노산組成 및 遊離당을 각각 amino acid autoanalyzer, HPLC로 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다.<br/> 1. 17種의 總아미노산이 檢出되었다. 즉 asparatic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, cystine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, hisidtine, lysine, arginine인데 이중 threonine을 가장 많이 함유하였으며 aspartic acid는 가장 적었다.<br/> 2. 總 essential amino acid량은 總아미노산량의 53.93%로 良質의 아미노산을 함유하였다.<br/> 3. Glucose, fructose, saccharose 등 3種의 遊離당이 檢出되었는데 이중 fructose를 가장 많이 함유하였다. This quantitative analysis was carried out in order to investigate the isolation and identification of total amino acids and free sugars in Lycii fructus by using amino acid autoanalyzer and HPLC.<br/> 17 kinds of amino acids were analyzed by amino acid autoanalyzer, that is, aspartic acid, proline, glycine, analine, cystine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine, arginine, threonine, serine and glutamic acid.<br/> Threonine (3,745㎎/100g) was the richest among them and total amounts of the essential amino acid, which was 53.93% of total amino acids, was 10,773㎎/100g.<br/> Free sugars isolated by HPLC were glucose, fructose and saccharose.
