        一次醫療 役割 評價를 위한 評價道具에 관한 基礎硏究

        The primary health care service in primary health care center rests major area to resolve the rapidly increasing health care demand and problems of supply in the health care delivery system. Therefore, the strengthening of primary health care role and the evaluation of the program should be needed. In this study, a schematic model for evaluation of primary health care role consisted with 2 phases; 'Assessment' and 'Feed-back' phase, and its measuring instrument was developed and tested for the practical utilization. The measuring instrument was consisted with 47 questions ; 28 of those were requested by health care consumers and 17 were from physician's judgements. For assessing the program, in the first phase of the model, the Primary Health Care Index was calculated, but also the scores classified by five essential elements of primary care such as accessibility, accountability, comprehensiveness, continuity and co-ordination. In feed-back phase, data obtained were recategorized into management variables such as 'Utility and efficiency', Model of primary care', Medical doctor performance', 'Medical record keeping', 'Referral', 'Paraprofessionals' et al, to feed back for improvement of future program. Twelve physicians and 362 registered families from one of primary health care model clinic, the Family Practice Model Clinic of Seoul National University Hospital were selected to examine the reliability and applicability. The following conclusions were obtained; 1. On the test for the measuring instrument 1) The reliability of the instrument, by comparison of the variance value between subgroups by socio-demographic variables, was proven to be significant except on the accountability. 2) On the consistancy between items for each element of primary care, Cronbach' s Alpha showed to be higher as above 0.7, but on accountability and comprehensiveness, the adjustment seemed to be necessary. 2. Using this scheme, the assessment scores of FPMC in SNUH, the scores of the 5 primary care elements were calculated in the range of sixty to eighty points, so it showed that primary health care was adequately served in this model clinic. 3. On analysing by management variables in the FPMC, some problems to be improved for future program was shown by the items with lower score and open questions.

      • 兒童의 情意的 特性과 知的 能力과의 關係

        本 연구의 목적은 아동의 情意的 特性과 知的 能力이 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 밝히려는 데 있다. 本 연구에서 검증하려는 가설은 다음과 같다. 가설 1. 아동의 情意的 特性과 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. (가설 1-1) 성취동기와 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. (가설 1-2) 知的 好奇心과 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. (가설 1-3) 자아개념과 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. (가설 1-4) 대인관계와 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. (가설 1-5) 持久力과 知的 能力 사이에는 正的 相關이 있을 것이다. 위의 假說을 검증하기 위하여 서울시내에 거주하는 3세∼5세 어린이 37명을 대상으로 유아지능검사를 실시하고, 그 어머니에게나 가족에게 자녀에 대한 意見檢査를 실시하였다. 假說檢證을 위한 統計處理方法으로는 아동의 정의적 특성점수와 I.Q.와의 積率相關계수(pearson의 productmoment correlation coefficient)를 산출하였다. 검증 결과(假說 1-1), (假說 1-2)는 P>0.05의 有意水準에서 긍정되었고, (假說 1-3), (假說 1-4), (假說 1-5)는 P>0.1로서 부정되었다. 本 연구를 통해서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 학령전아동의 성취동기와 知能과의 사이에는 正的 상관이 있다. 2. 학령전아동의 知的 好奇心과 知能과의 사이에는 正的 相關이 있다.

      • 지방자치단체의 건강증진사업 활성화 방안 : An Educational Approach 교육적 접근을 중심으로

        This paper will discuss about how we can foster educational support mechanisms to facilitate health promotion programs at the local level. Health promotion in Korea is in the early developmental stage; it has only been since the Health Promotion Act was legislated in 1995, the health promotion programs have been planned and implemented. In the context of the recent decentralization process, local health departments have a major responsibility for developing and implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The short history of health promotion in Korea has meant that local public health departments have limited experience and organizational capacity for health promotion planning & practice. The results of one survey for investigating the progress of health promotion at the local level are instructive. The survey demonstrated that the public health workers recognized that the lack of personnels, insufficient budget, the lack of policy & the organizational support, the lack of skill & knowledge to be effective health promotors, the lack of guidance for health promotion practice were major barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The object of this paper is to suggest some ways of overcoming barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level This paper emphasizes on the importance of educational supports as well as environmental supports - legislative, policy, organizational, economical - in building the organizational capacity and infrastructure of local health department for health promotion. It suggests some ways of providing educational supports to the public health workers at the local level. and supports the positions that educational opportunities for training in health promotion can be better provided to the public health workers at the provincial level rather than at the national level. It argues that the educational & training programs should be developed and based on the educational need assessment; that the application of the main educational principles & theoretical models for health promotion be used to develop educational programs for the public health workers; and that professional health organizations should make plans to provide more educational programs at their annual conferences of at other convenient times. These kinds of educational supports facilitate the ability of public health workers to improve their capacity for health promotion practice at the local level and help to alleviate some of the pressure of state resources.

      • 북한이탈여성의 외상경험과 우울 : 낙관성의 중재효과

        This research was conducted in order to examine North Korean women fugitives and the moderating effect of optimism the relationship between these fugitives' traumatic experience and depression. Subjects of research were 200 North Korean women fugitives who inhabit throughout 15 regions in South Korea, and the scales employed are:‘North Korean fugitives' traumatic experience scale', ‘Depression scale (CES-D)', ‘Optimism scale (LOT-R)'. A frequency analysis was administered in order to examine the frequency of traumatic experiences and a standard multiple regression analysis was administered to verify the influence of traumatic experience on depression, and the results exhibited that the regression model of traumatic experience was significant. The Pearson correlation analysis was conducted so as to inspect the correlation of traumatic experience, depression, optimism. The results displayed that traumatic experience in North Korea had a positive relationship with traumatic experience during escape from North Korea, depression and negative strategy. Optimism had a negative relationship with depression, and a positive relationship with positive strategy. Lastly, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was administered to verify the moderating effect of optimism in the relationship between traumatic experience and depression. Results exhibited that although optimism significantly forecasted the variant of depression, neither the correlation between traumatic experience in North Korea and optimism nor that between traumatic experience during escape from North Korea and optimism could significantly forecast the variant of depression. Thus, the moderating effect of optimism could not be verified. However, the correlation of traumatic experience during escape from North Korea and neither optimistic nor negative strategy could significantly forecast the variant of depression.       • 집단음악치료가 시설청소년의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 다양한 문제행동을 보이며 환경적 어려움에 처해있는 시설청소년들에게 바람직한 행동과 자신의 삶을 존중하고 통제하도록 돕는 음악활동프로그램을 적용하여 자아존중감에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 I시에 소재한 S보육시설에 거주하면서 현재 중학교에 재학 중인 만13세 ~15세 남학생 6명, 여학생 4명 총 10명을 대상으로 주 1회 60분씩 20회기의 집단음악치료프로그램을 실시하였다. 집단음악치료의 효과를 알아보기 위해 자아존중감, 교사용 공격성, 학생용 공격성척도를 사용하여 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하였고 통계처리 방법으로는 SPSS WIN 11.5를 사용하여 비모수적 검증(Wilcoxon Test)을 사용하여 실험결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단음악치료가 시설 청소년의 자아존중감에 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 자아존중감이 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자아존중감 하위요인에서의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 일반적 자아존중감, 사회적 자아존중감, 가정적 자아존중감 및 학교 자아존중감 모두 의미 있게 상승된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단음악치료가 시설 청소년의 교사 평정 공격성 및 청소년 평정 공격성 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 공격성의 경우 교사가 평정했을 때와 청소년 본인이 평정했을 때 모두 의미 있게 감소한 것으로 나타나 의미 있는 결과를 보여주었다. 또한 하위 요인에서 언어적 공격성 보다는 신체적 공격성에서의 감소가 의미 있게 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 집단음악치료가 시설청소년의 자아존중감 향상과 공격성 감소에 긍정적 영향을 주었음을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to examine an effect on which a variety of programs of a musical action had their self-esteem so that institutionalized adolescents who exhibited various problematic behaviors and had an environmentally difficult time acted in their desirable ways and respected and controlled their lives. The object of this study were all 10 adolescents (6 boys and 4 girls in 13~15 years of age) who were in residence at S institution in I City and were in a middle school. We conducted group music therapy program to them all 20 times (1 time per a week and 60 minutes per a time). We pre-examined and post-examined by self-esteem scale, aggression scale for teachers and aggression scale for students and compiled statistics by SPSS WIN 11.5 and analyzed the results by Wilcoxon Test to investigate an effect of group music therapy. The results were as follows; 1. We analyzed whether group music therapy had an effect on the self-esteem of institutionalized adolescents and the study showed their self-esteem were improved significantly. And, we analyzed changes in sub-theory of self-esteem and the study showed their general self-esteem, social self-esteem, domestic self-esteem and school self-esteem were all raised significantly. 2. This study showed that institutionalized adolescents gotten group music therapy made a statistically significant difference in teacher's calm-aggression and adolescent calm-aggression. In case of aggression, it went significantly down all when a teacher calmed adolescents and adolescents calmed themselves and the result were significant. In addition, sub-theory, in physical aggression than verbal aggression was significantly reduced. This result showed group music therapy had a good effect on improvement in self-esteem and decrease in aggression.

        고등학교 영어 수행평가와 정기고사의 수능 영어 모의고사 예측

        The present study was designed to examine the prediction of preliminary College Scholastic Ability Tests (CSATs) English by high school regular English reading exam and English performance test. The high school English performance test consists of an English listening test, speaking test, and writing test. Two hundred eighty-two Korean male high school students participated in this study. For this analysis, correlation was conducted among preliminary CSAT English, English regular reading exam and English performance test. In addition, regression was conducted and Preliminary CSAT was the dependent variable. The English performance test and English regular exam were independent variables. The results of this study showed that preliminary CSAT English had a high correlation with regular English reading exam and listening performance test. In addition, preliminary CSAT English was usually predicted by the English reading and writing test. This seems to be because preliminary CSAT English was usually testing the learners’ English reading and listening ability. It would be desirable for CSAT English to measure basic English speaking and writing ability.
