This study inquired into the accounts by child care providers at child care centers about what their lives meant to them and their self-growth experiences, while they received group art therapy. The study participants were 8 child care providers. They received 14 sessions of group art therapy. The therapy focused on an existential inquiry seeking the meaning and understanding of human existence. The data were analyzed through the interpretations of interviews with the participants, observations of their sessions, and artificial objects. The therapy was presented in a way to encourage the participants to reveal their lives from their perspectives. The inquiry into the participants' lives, meanings of their lives, their experiences of personal growth branched into the five themes: <feeling at a loss>, <as you have pains, I do too>, <connecting each other through revealing yourself><accepting the differences>, and <meeting your complete self>. The participants had some difficulty interacting with one another at the beginning of the therapy program. As the therapy progressed, they became close and more open to one another sharing their artworks and revealing their personal stories and pains. The participants came to accept their differences through group art therapy, which also helped them to understand the children in the centers and enabled them to meet their complete self in their story lines. 본 연구는 아동시설 생활지도원들이 미술치료 과정을 통해 자신의 삶에 대하여 어떻게 이야기 하고 있으며 삶에 대한 의미와 자기성장의 경험을 어떻게 하고 있는지 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 연구 참여자는 현재 생활지도원으로 근무하고 있는 8명을 대상으로 총 14회의 집단미술치료를 실시하였으며, 연구 방법은 인간존재의 이해와 의미를 구하는 존재론적 탐구로 이루어졌다. 자료 수집은 면접, 관찰, 인공물 해석의 세 가지 방법을 활용하면서 참여자의 전체적인 삶이 그 사람의 관점에서 온전하게 드러날 수 있도록 탐구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 생활지도원의 삶에 대한 모습, 의미, 성장의 과정에서 5개의 본질적 주제 즉, <막막함> <상처 너도 있고 나도 있다> <내어놓음이 서로를 연결한다> <다름을 인정하다> <온전하게 나를 만나다>로 나타났다. 함께 생활하는 생활지도원끼리 자기 탐구를 시작하는 과정에서 어떻게 해야 할지에 대한 막막함이 있었으나, 집단과정에서 작품을 작업하고 나눔을 통해 서로의 이야기와 상처를 드러내는 용기를 가지게 되었고, 노출 경험이 서로를 더 돈독하게 하였다. 또한 집단과정에서 자신과 타인의 다름을 인정하게 되면서 시설 아동을 수용하게 되고, 온전히 자신을 만나는 경험을 하게 되는 스토리 라인을 발견하였다.
17세기 조선에서의 前漢 시기 역사 전유와 그 의미 - 賈誼 「治安策」을 중심으로 -

In this article, we examined the specific reality and meaning of these historical phenomena, noting that intellectuals affiliated with the 17th century recognized their era in light of the history of the Han Dynasty 文帝 period. In Joseon in the 17th century, there was an academic trend of interest in the history of the Han Dynasty, especially in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. This phenomenon was in the same historical context as the interest in the ancient prose(秦漢古文) introduced through the Ming Dynasty, and the formation of literary groups centered on it. In addition, the 17th century, when the internal and external influences of he Manchu Invasion of Korea(丙子胡亂) gave the problems of the meritorious group and the political task of installing revenge against the Qing Dynasty, provided sufficient conditions to pay attention to the history of the period. In particular, there was a lot of interest in a government official, Jia Yi(賈誼), during the Wen Di(文帝) period and his municipal policy, Zhi An Ce(「治安策」). This is because the opinions on the management of state affairs at the time presented by 賈誼 through 「治安策」 affected the elites in the reign of King Hyojong. 賈誼's 「治安策」 was inherited in various ways by many elites such as 閔鼎重, 鄭斗卿, 趙翼, and 趙絅 who served as bureaucrat in the royal court.
노래부르기 통합 음악활동이 유아의 음악개념 능력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of singing activity based on integrative music approach on child's music concept ability. Subjects for this study were thirty two children from two kindergartens in B city. Seventeen were assigned as experimental group and fifteen as control group. This study was conducted during sixteen weeks from March through July, 2009. The steps for this study were pretest, experiment, and post-test. Children of experimental group participated integrative music activity including singing, listening to music, moving to music, playing instrument, and improvising music according to daily theme during sixteen weeks. Data analysis for this study was conducted by covariance analysis to examine the effect of musical concept ability. According to this study, musical concept ability of experimental group was more significantly differed than that of control group. Specifically, significant difference was observed in the subareas of musical concept ability such as rhythm, melody, tempo, dytamic, tone color, and form. However, there was no significant difference in harmony between experimental and control group. 본 연구는 노래부르기 통합 음악활동이 유아의 음악개념 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 B시에 소재하고 있는 2개 유치원 32명이며, 실험집단 17명, 통제집단 15명으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 2009년 3월부터 7월 까지 16주에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 사전검사, 실험처치, 사후검사 순으로 진행되었다. 실험집단 유아들은 16주 동안 활동주제에 따라 음악 제영역의 노래 부르기, 감상․소리탐색, 악기연주, 음악에 따른 신체 표현활동, 창작활동 등에 통합적으로 참여 하였다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 통합적 음악활동의 실험처치 후 집단 간 음악개념 능력의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 공변량 분석으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 노래부르기 통합 음악활동을 경험한 실험집단 유아들의 음악개념 능력이 통제집단보다 향상되었다. 구체적으로 음악개념 능력의 하위요인 중 리듬, 선율, 빠르기, 셈여림, 음색, 형식 등에 있어 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그러나, 음악개념의 하위 요인 중 화성에 있어서는 실험집단과 통제집단 간에 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 유아 음악활동 교수(敎授)·학습을 통해 나타난 음악활동의 본질과 의미에 대한 현상학적 기술이다. 본 연구에서 기술한 유아 음악활동의 현상은 음악활동영역, 음악 학습능력, 음악환경, 교수 내용과 방법 등의 관점에서 관찰 및 기록되었다. 현재의 유아 음악활동의 교수·학습은 유아 경험을 중심으로 통합적이고 총체적인 방법으로 유아의 앎의 세계를 구성하기보다는, 무의식적으로 전통적인 인식 속에서 외적인 결과에 치중한 소리내기(sound-making)에 만족한 교수 형태로 이루어지고 있었다. 즉, 현재 유아교육기관에서 일상적으로 반복되는 음악활동의 본질과 의미는 기계적인 반복과 강화라는 전통적 교수관(敎授觀)에 묶여 있으며 더욱이, 이런 점이 현재 유아교육기관에서의 시행하고 있는 통합적인 접근법과 맥락을 달리한다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 유아 음악활동의 현상에 대한 의식적 인식을 통해, 음악을 통한 내면경험과 소리 구성(sound-construction)이라는 음악본질로 되돌아가서 유아 음악활동의 교수·학습을 위한 일상적 경험을 재구성할 수 있는 의식적 인식 제기의 역할을 하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study was to describe the nature and meanings of children’s music activity adopting a phenomenological approach. The problem context posed by the researcher was that children’ music activity was not organized around children’s unique and different needs and abilities leading to holistic and integrative learning. Rather, it unconsciously depended on traditional and didactic way of leaning and teaching. These phenomenon of current children’s music activity reflected how teachers and children unconsciously misuse and mispractice music activities in the context of integrative early childhood curriculum. Therefore, this study focused to explore the ways in which the meaning of children’s music activity can be identified so that teachers/children have holistic and integrative teaching/learning experiences through their daily music events. This study will serve as a point of departure for continued dialogue and discussion about how the meaning of children’s music activity should be created.

Background: Optimal estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) to start maintenance dialysis is controversial. Observational studies have reported that initiation of dialysis at high eGFRs is associated with worse postdialysis survival. Methods: We retrospectively investigated 1,038 incident dialysis patients who started maintenance dialysis during 2010-2015. Pa- tients were assessed for comorbidities and adverse events during the transitional period of dialysis initiation. Patients were classified as planned dialysis (PD) vs. unplanned dialysis (UD) according to indications for dialysis initiation. Results: UD group comprised 352 patients (33.9%). Mean eGFR at dialysis initiation was higher in UD patients than PD patients (7.9 ± 5.1 vs. 5.9 ± 3.4 mL/min/1.73 m2, p < 0.001). Mean Davies comorbidity index in the UD group was higher (vs. PD group, 1.3 ± 1.0 vs. 0.9 ± 1.0, p < 0.001). Patients with more comorbidities experienced more ischemic heart disease (hazard ratio [HR], 4.36; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.71–11.14) in the medium-risk group and HR of 8.84 (95% CI, 3.06–25.55) in the high-risk group (vs. low-risk group, p < 0.001)) during the predialysis period. High-risk group had increased postdialysis mortality (HR, 2.48; 95% CI, 1.46–4.20; p = 0.001). Adjusted HR of mortality was higher in the medium-risk group of UD patients (HR, 1.72; 95% CI, 1.16–2.56; p = 0.007). Conclusion: Patients with more comorbidities were at increased risk of predialysis ischemic heart disease and postdialysis mortality. UD patients in the medium-risk population had increased risk of postdialysis mortality. Dialysis start should be individualized by con- sidering comorbidities.
Comparison of estimated glomerular filtration rate equations at the time of hemodialysis initiation

Background: Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is one of the most important guidelines in deciding the optimal timing of dialysis initiation. In the present study, we calculated the eGFR at the time of hemodialysis (HD) initiation using 5 commonly used equations to relate them with clinical and laboratory characteristics of the patients and to evaluate which of these equations best define the eGFR at HD initiation. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 409 end-stage renal disease patients who were newly started on HD treatment in our institution. The eGFR was calculated using the CockcrofteGault equation, the CockcrofteGault equation corrected for body surface area, the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) equation, the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD-EPI) equation, and the Nankivell equation. Results: The mean eGFRs at HD start were significantly different across the equations. The mean eGFR was 7.8 mL/min for the corrected CockcrofteGault equation, 7.7 mL/min for the CockcrofteGault equation, 6.2 mL/min/1.73 m2 for the MDRD equation, and 5.6 mL/min/1.73 m2 for the CKD-EPI equation. The corrected Cockcroft eGault, the MDRD, and the CKD-EPI equations were well correlated with all CKDspecific complications including hypertension, anemia, hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, and hyperparathyroidism. The mean eGFR calculated by the corrected CockcrofteGault equation showed the lowest coefficient of variation among all the equations. Conclusions: The eGFR at HD initiation are significantly different according to the used eGFR equations, and the corrected CockcrofteGault equation may be the best in defining the eGFR at HD initiation.
