      • 自動레벨에서 設置誤差가 閉合誤差에 미치는 影響

        The operation range of the automatic compensator by the circular level at the sight distance of 10 to 60 meters, and the sighting error & elevation error of the currently used three types of automatic level and high accuracy invar rod were investigated. And from the above results, the error of enclosure per every kilometer were calculated. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. In the leveling, the air bubble of circular level, at least, should be inscribed in the center circle. 2. When the automatic compensator was sufficiently stable condition, the sighting error was similar to the resolving power of telescope, but if the automatic level was back and fore sighted in relatively short time, there arised about 8" of maximum angular error by the remaining of vibration. 3. The elevation error, that is the setting error per one time, was proportional to the sight distance, and in the sight distance of 60 meters, the leveling error of SOKKISHA B2C, TOPCON AT-F4, and SOKKISHA C3E was 1.1mm, 2.2mm, and 2.9mm, repectively. 4. When the sight distance of back and fore sight was the same as 60 meters, the error of enclosure per every kilometer of leveling distance of SOKKISHA B2C, TOPCON AT-F4 and SOKKISHA C3E was 3.1mm, 6.3mm, and 8.6mm, respectively, therefore if was generally proportional to the sight distance. 5. When the above results were related to the allowable error of leveling of our country, in the sight distance of 30 to 60 meters, all the instruments was in the range of allowance with the exception of the first grade of standard leveling and public leveling.

      • 測量用 Eslone Tape의 適正使用法에 관한 硏究

        In recently Eslone Tape (P.V.C. Coated fiber glass) has been used increasingly in a tool of measuring distance. If we found out fit using method of this tape, we could measure more accurate distance surveying. In order to achieve this purpose, elongation about the same kind of three tape is experimented under the each tension from 1kg to 10 on the 30m Horizontal plane and at the same time sagging is calculated under each tension by selfish load. As a result, considering elongation and sagging to be (+) and (-) error, it is known the right tension as the elongation of the errors.

      • Automatic Level C3의 測定誤差에 對한 硏究

        A Study of Measuring Errors of Automatic Level C3 Recently the uses of automatic level is popular because of its handy operation and its comparatively being of better function. This study is to find out the measurement error and the accuracy in the experiment with the automatic level C3. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The air bubble in the circular level has to be within the red circle on glass and at least touched internally to the line. 2. When the same leveling rod is measured and observed considerably long period, the collimation error is approximately of 4" resolving power of the telescope and proportional to the collimation distance. 3. In case of Common leveling once setting error is proportional to the collimation distance and the accuracy of the Automatic level Compensator is 2-9" 4. The error of closure in leveling is getting smaller as the collimation distance is getting shorter. 5. If the collimation distance is within 60m, the error of closure is less than 10 √Lmm, which is the allowable limit of the second order leveling in Korea. 6. The level used in this experiment was belong to 3rd class.

        Measurement of Willingness to Pay by Using Fuzzy Theory

        본 연구는 이산선택 조건부가치측정법에 내재되어 있는 응답자의 선호의 불확실성 문제를 퍼지이론을 통해 해결하려 한 것으로, 멸종위기에 처해 있는 한국산 토종반달곰의 보존에 대한 지불의사액을 추정하는 분석과정에 퍼지소속도 함수를 적용하였다. 퍼지소속도 이론은 애매모호한 상황의 불명확성을 추정하는 방법론으로, 이를 조건부가치측정법에 적용하면 해당 환경재에 대한 지불의사액과 응답자들의 진술에 대한 확신도를 동시에 도출해낼 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 우리나라 7대 광역시에 거주하는 성인남녀 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 양분선택형 조건부가치측정법이 사용되었다. 한국산 토종반달곰 보존에 대한 지불의사액은 가구당 월 9,090원으로 계산되었으며 퍼지소속도함수로 계산된 응답의 확신도는 78%인 것으로 추정되었다. In this paper, we apply fuzzy theory in a discrete choice Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) in order for dealing preference uncertainty problem. Fuzzy membership function is used in an empirical analysis to estimate the willingness-to-pay(WTP) for the preservation of the endangered Asiatic Black Bear in Korea. The estimated WTP was about 9,090 Korea Won per household with 78 percent of confidence level. The advantage of applying fuzzy theory in the valuation method could be found in its ability to measure the confidence level of the estimated WTP.

        Vertebral hemangiomas are common lesion, occurring in 10 % of the population. Most of them are clinically silent and rarely cause neurological deficit. Pregnancy is a well-recognized condition during which vertebral hemangioma may become clinically symptomatic in the third trimester. The increased venous flow plus the absence of valves probably predispose the spinal cord compression during pregnancy. We reported one case of vertebral hemangioma during pregnancy.

      • 우리나라 관광 및 항공의 현황과 협력발전을 위한 과제

        우리나라는 3면이 바다와 접하고 있는 반도지형 국가이지만 북측으로는 군사대치 상황이므로 사실상 섬지역의 특성을 보유하고 있는 원인으로 인해 국제관광객의 94% 이상이 항공편을 이용하여 출·입국하는 상황이다. 일반적으로 관광 및 항공부문은 공동가치를 추구하는 것으로 볼 수 있으므로 우리나라에서의 관광 및 항공의 상호 영향력은 경쟁국가에 비해더욱 지대하며, 향후 산업발전에 장애요소로 작용가능한 동일한 한계요인을 보유하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 국제관광 및 항공시장 규모가 지속 확대되는 상황에서 우리나라의 관광과 항공의 수요증대 및 산업경쟁력 강화 실현을 위해 관광 및 항공정책의 격차를 축소함과 동시에, 양부문 간의 유기적 협력을 통한 시너지 효과 창출을 목적으로 하는 연구수행과 종합 방안의 모색이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 정부 및 유관기관과 학계 등이 관광 및 항공시장의 변화에 대한 선제적 종합대응책을 강구할 수 있도록, 우선 우리나라 관광 및 항공부문의 현황과 동향에 대해 분석하고, 그리고 향후 인·아웃바운드 규모 성장에 대응한 항공좌석 수급, 항공연계성, 공항인프라 등의 개선을 위한 관광 및 항공부문의 협력은 물론, 고부가가치 창출을 통한 지속가능한 발전을 도모하는 문화관광 및 항공의 연계정책 과제를 제시한다.

        Influence of Fe and Ti Addition on Properties of Na + -β/β″-Alumina Solid Electrolytes

        Transition metal (Fe, Ti)-doped Na+–β/β″-alumina samples were synthesized via a solid-state reaction, and thesintered specimens were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, densitometry,and impedance analysis. The results indicated that both the sintered density and β"-alumina fraction wereeffectively improved by doping with Fe and Ti because of the increased concentration of Al3+ion vacancies inthe Na+–β/β″-alumina. These vacancies promoted stabilization of the β″-alumina phase and densification byproviding a diffusion path for Al3+ions. The presence of Fe and Ti in the alumina increased the grain boundarydiffusivity, thereby improving the mass transport. Thus, anisotropic grain growth occurred with increasingdopant content. However, excessive liquid-phase formation during sintering occurred when the amount ofTi was greater than 2.0 mol%, and the lowered sintered density decreased the ionic conductivity of theNa+-β/β″-alumina because the ionic conductivity behavior has a closer relationship to the trend of sintereddensity. The highest ionic conductivities of the Fe- and Ti-doped sintered specimens were 1.4 × 10-1S/cm(10.0 mol% Fe-doped) and 1.6 × 10-1S/cm (1.5 mol% Ti-doped) at 350 °C.
