施設栽培 딸기 圃場에서 Dicarboximide 系 藥劑抵抗性 잿빛곰팡이 炳菌의 發生

Isolates of Botrytis cinerea resistant to dicarboximide fungicides were collected from strawberry fields in greenhouses in spring and early summer of 1990. Five out of 9 isolates of B. cinera were resistant, which showed mycerial growth on PDA containing dicarboximide fungicides(procymidone and vinclozolin) with concentrations of 100, 400 and 1,600㎍g/ml. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) values of the dicaboximide-resistant isolates was more than 6,400㎍/ml. while that of the sensitive isolates was less than 6.25㎍/ml. The germination ratio of conidia of the resistant isolates on PDA containing procymidone and vincolozolin was more than 95%, wile that of the sensitive was less than 15%. The procymidone-resistant isolates were also resistant to vinclozolin, showing cross-resistant between the fungicides, but cross-resistant was not observed between the dicarboximides and dichlofluanid. Resistance to benomyl was also found in all the dicarboximide resistant isolates. Occurrence frequency of dicarboximide-resistant isolates out of 223 isolates was about 40%. The resistant isolates were widely distributed throughout Korea.

Colletotrichum acutatum, C. coccodes, C. dematium and C. gloeosporioides were detected in seed samples of red pepper (Capsicum annuum). C. dematium and C. gloeosporioides were the predominant species, maximum seed infection of the species in some samples were 84% and 28%, respectively. C. acutatum and C. coccodes were recorded only in low percentages of 1-2. The blotter method proved more suitable for detecting Colletotricum spp. than the deep freezing blotter or agar plate methods. Plating of seed components showed that C. dematium and C. gloeosporioides were recovered more frequently from seed coat, and decreasing amounts of infection were observed in the endosperm and cotyledon. Seed-borne C. dematium and C. gloeosporioides caused seed rot, damping-off, seedling blight and brown discoloration of cotyledon and hypocotyl when infected seeds were sown in agar of test tube or in soil. Inoculation experiments showed that C. acutatum was pathogenic to red fruit of red pepper and C. coccodes was highly pathogenic to red fruit and weakly pathogenic to leaf of the plant. C. dematium was highly pathogenic to leaf and green fruit and C. gloeosporioides was pathogenic to not only leaf but also green and red fruits. Host range of the four seed-borne species of Colletotrichum was also investigated.

The performance of event-driven logic simulation frequently used for VLSI design verification depends on the data structures for event queues. This paper improves the existing Timing Wheel as a data structure for an event queue. In case of the use of B+ tree, an efficient node degree is also presented based on the experiment results. A new Timing Wheel index structure, which eliminates the insertion and deletion overhead of B+ tree, is proposed and analyzed.
