중국 상품유통업의 발전추이에 따른 한국 소매업의 중국진출전략

The objective of this thesis is to study Chinese distribution system in terms of products and to suggest the marketing strategies to Korean retailers that will enter China. Thereupon, this paper examines how Chinese distribution system has been evolving and how Chinese environmental forces besides Chinese government policies have been working on. Through reviewing these, we have classified the developing process of Chinese distribution system into several stages on the basis of life cycle theory: sprout, control, development, introduction, growth, and mature. Not that Chinese governmental policies and other environmental variables have had great influences on retailing in China as well as entering China market. Korean retailers should analyze these variables completely and work in China with competitive advantage. Therefore, we propose that Korean firms should choose the following: targeting potential markets, choosing the promising business, understanding Chinese culture and bringing up the distribution experts, strengthening distribution networks, and getting helps of Korean government.

셰어하우스의 선호도 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 잠재적 이용자인 대학생, 대학원생을 중심으로

현대의 세계 경제는 소유 중심적인 상업경제에서 가치 공유의 공유경제로 변화하는 추세이다. 현대 사회에서 1인 가구는 일반적인 가구 유형으로 자리매김하고 있다. 1인 가구의 증가 원인은 초혼 연령 상승으로 인한 독신 인구의 증가, 평균 수명 연장으로 인한 노인 인구의 증가, 혼인 감소, 이혼 증가, 기러기 아빠, 직장으로 인한 주거지 분리 등으로 최근에는 다양한 형태의 1인 가구가 증가하고 있다. 특히 1인 가구의 상당한 비율이 청년층이 차지하고 있고 이러한 현상이 대도시에서 흔히 나타난다. 청년층의 1인 가구의 수가 증가하면서 1인 가구의 주거수요에 대한 새로운 수요가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 1인 가구 주거수요의 하나의 대안으로 셰어하우스의 선호도 영향요인에 대한 실증분석을 하여 셰어하우스 선호도에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는 가를 파악함에 그 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 셰어하우스 접근성, 건축물 특성, 셰어하우스 운영 특성은 모두 선호도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The current global economy is changing from a proprietary commercial economy to a shared economy of value sharing. In modern society, single-person households have become common type of households. The reason for the increase in single-person households is due to the rising age of first marriage, the increasing number of elderly people, which is a result of the extension of the average life expectancy, fewer marriages, more divorces, goose fathers, the separation between dwellings for work, etc. Especially a significant amount of single-person households is occupied by young people, which is common in large cities. Along with the increase in the number of single-person households, the youth has created a new demand for housing demand for single-person households. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors influence the preference of a share house as an alternative to a single-person household by making an empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the accessibility of a share house, the characteristics of the building and the facilities all had a significant effect on the preference.

온라인 이미지 자동 검색 기술을 이용한 미니게임에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 미니 게임과 같은 콘텐츠에서 이미지 검색 기술을 이용하여 게임에 적합한 이미지를 찾을 수 있고 또한 게임 난이도를 조절할 수 있는 방법도 보여준다. 본 방법에서는 영상처리 기술에서 내용기반 영상검색 방법 중의 색상과 질감 특징 값들을 추출하는 기술을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 이용하여 미니게임인 카드 짝 맞추기 게임에서 게임 안에 사용되는 카드 이미지를 자동으로 선택하게 한다. 이때 검색 기준이 되는 이미지(시드 이미지)의 개수를 조절하여 게임의 난이도에 적용 할 수 있는 것을 보여준다. 실험을 통하여 기존의 영상검색을 이용할 경우 게임에서 부적합 할 수 있는 이미지가 검색되는 문제가 나오는데 반하여 본 논문에서는 게임에 활용하기 용이한 이미지를 검색 할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. In this paper, we will introduce some method about retrieving suitable images to game or adjusting game difficulty in enjoying some contents like mini-game. It will use the technology about extracting color and texture features in content-based image retrieval in image processing. So in card game, it select card image automatically. And by controlling seed image number, we can adjusting game difficulty. Through the experiment, it shows that our image retrieval method can retrieve more useful images that can be used in game than others.

The objective of the study was to investigate the variables related to obesity in elementary school students. Major findings of the study were as follows ; 1. The obesity index of boy students was higher than that of girl students. 2. Sex and self body image variables showed significant relationship with obesity, whereas parents’ job, parents’ obesity index, and the number of family members did not have significant relationship with the student’s obesity. 3. Variables which showed significant relationship with the student’s obesity were the intake of food and dietary style, attitude to nutrition and nutrition education, and the exercise and lifestyle. 4. Attitude about nutrition and nutrition education, exercise and lifestyle showed significant relationship with obesity index.

본 연구는 독거노인의 외적 보호요인인 생활관리사의 공감능력과 내적 보호요인인 독거노인의 자아존중감이 우울에 어떤 관계로 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 Y시와 I시에 거주하는 독거노인과 생활관리사를 대상으로 조사하였으며 분석은 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 검증결과, 생활관리사의 정서적 공감과 인지적 공감은 모두 독거노인의 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 독거노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 정서적 공감은 자아존중감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 인지적 공감은 자아존중감에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 독거노인의 우울을 줄이기 위하여 생활관리사의 정서적 공감을 담보한 돌봄서비스가 더욱 개발되어야 함을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 독거노인과 생활관리사를 함께 연구하였다는 점에서 연구의 지평을 넓힌 이론적 기여가 있으며, 실천적인 면에서도 독거노인의 우울을 감소할 수 있는 실질적인 방안을 도출하였다는 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the empathy of the life-manager affects depression by mediating the self-esteem of the elderly living alone. The empathy of the life-manager is the external protection factor of the elderly, and the self-esteem of the elderly the internal protection factor. For this purpose, the elderly people living in Y and I cities and their living care workers were selected for the survey and the structural equation model was used for the analysis. The results showed that the emotional empathy and cognitive empathy of the life-managers affected depression by mediated self-esteem of the elderly people living alone. However, emotional empathy of the life-manager has a positive effect on the self-esteem of the elderly, and the cognitive empathy of the life-manager has negatively influenced the elderly`s self-esteem. Based on the results, it was suggested that the emotional empathy of the life-manager should be increased to reduce the depression of the elderly living alone. This study is meaningful in that the elderly living alone and the life-manager are grouped together and studied. It is also important to suggest a practical plan to reduce the depression of elderly living alone.

색상과 질감정보의 적응적 가중치 기법을 이용한 내용기반 영상검색

본 논문에서는 영상들의 특징들을 추출하여 특징 값들의 비교를 통하여 질의 영상의 유사 영상을 검색하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 입력 영상들의 색상 히스토그램으로 색상 특징 값들을 추출하고 질감 정보인 에지 정보와 이웃화소간의 공간 관계를 분석하여 질감 특징 값들을 추출하여 저장한 후 질의 이미지의 색상과 질감 특징들을 구하여 비교를 통하여 유사도를 분석하고 결과 영상을 보여준다. 또한 색상과 질감을 혼합하여 사용할 때 적응적으로 가중치를 부여함으로써 가중치가 적합하지 않아 발생하는 오 검출될 현상을 피할 수 있게 되었다. 실험을 통하여 기존의 방법과의 성능을 비교분석하였고 본 방법의 우수성을 입증하였다.
