지체장애인의 삶의 만족도와 가족의 삶의 만족도의 종단적 관계 : 자기회귀교차지연모형의 적용

본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인의 삶의 질과 지체장애인 가족의 삶의 질이 상호 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 종단적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 1차-13차년도(2006-2018)에 해당하는 자료 중 홀수년도에 해당하는 7개년도의 데이터에서 20세 이상의 지체장애인과 그의 가족 607명을 추출하였고, SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애인의 삶의 질과 가족의 삶의 질의 자기회귀효과는 시간의 흐름에 따라 지속적인 영향을 미치며, 이전 시점의 장애인 및 가족의 삶의 질은 이후 시점의 삶의 질에 정적인 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 지체장애인의 삶의 질과 지제장애인 가족의 삶의 질 간의 교차지연효과는 이전 시점의 지체장애인의 삶의 질이 높을수록 이후 시점의 지체장애인 가족의 삶의 질이 높아지고, 이전 시점의 지체장애인 가족의 삶의 질이 높을수록 이후 시점의 지체장애인 가족의 삶의 질이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 이는 지체장애인과 가족의 삶의 질은 서로에게 영향을 미치는 통합된 형태의 개입이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 셋째, 가족의 연령이 증가할수록 삶의 질이 높아지는 반면, 지체장애인은 연령과 무관하였고, 주관적 건강상태는 두 집단 모두 삶의 질 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 지체장애인과 그 가족의 삶의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 함의와 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this longitudinal study is to examine the change in the relationship between the quality of life (QOL) of individuals with disabilities and that of their families. To this end, 607 individuals with disabilities over the age of 20 years and family members were selected from the Korea Welfare Panel Study dataset including Waves 1-13 (2006-2018). Data were analyzed by fitting an autoregressive cross-lagged model using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results are as follows. First, the autoregressive effect in the QOL of the individuals with disabilities and that of their families was consistent over time, such that the QOL in the previous time point had a significant positive effect on the QOL in subsequent time points. Second, the QOL of the family members increased with their QOL in the previous time point, as well as with the QOL of the individual with disability. This suggests that an integrated form of intervention is needed for the QOL of people with disabilities and that of their families, which influence each other. Third, whereas the QOL of the family members increased with their age, age was irrelevant for the QOL of individuals with disabilities. Subjective health had a positive effect on the QOL of both groups. Based on these results, practical implications for improving life satisfaction of individuals with disabilities and their families, and suggestions for follow-up studies are discussed.

Priority rules or sequencing heuristics conventionally used to determine resource allocation is to maximize the earned value on time and cost. This study provides a effective strategy-oriented approach for the program resource management problem with limited same resource, which systematically connects individual project objectives to the overall organizational goal, by introducing financial values as well as priority rules in a broader context. It deals with the resource allocation problem as the decision making problem in the strategic management paradigm to meet business objective and solves it using the analytic hierarchy process, and explains the method of application and usefulness through some simulation cases.
