역량 강화 및 역량 저하 동기 분위기가 목표 내용과 3×2 성취 목표에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 지도자가 조성하는 역량 강화 및 역량 저하 동기 분위기가 학생운동선수들의 목표 내용과 3×2 성취 목표와 어떤관계를 지니는지를 검증하였다. 서울 및 경기도 소재에 있는 중학생, 고등학생, 대학생 구기 종목(축구, 야구, 농구) 선수 207명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 분석, 상관분석과 회귀분석을수행하였다. 분석을 통해 몇 가지 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 지도자가 조성하는 역량 강화 동기 분위기는 선수들의 내적 목표와 외적 목표에 모두 정적 상관 및 영향력을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지도자가 조성하는 역량 저하 동기 분위기는 외적 목표에 정적 상관 및 영향력을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 선수들의 내적 목표는 과제목표, 과제회피, 자아접근, 자아회피와 정적 상관 및영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 선수들의 외적 목표는 타자접근, 타자회피와 정적 상관 및 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지도자가 조성하는 역량 강화 동기 분위기가 선수들의 내적 목표와 성취 목표를 달성하는 데 긍정적인 역할은 한다는 사실을 보여준다. 나아가, 스포츠 현장에서 선수들의 긍정적인 훈련 목표나 성취 목표를 위해서 지도자는 선수 중심의 긍정적인 동기 분위기 조성이 중요하다는 것을 시사해주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship with the goal content and the 3×2 achievement goal of student-athletes and empowering and disempowering motivational climate in sport setting. Based on the survey research, we was conducted ion 207 middle, high school, and college student-athletes (soccer, baseball, and basketball) located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed on the collected data using a SPSS statistical program. Several meaningful results were derived through the analysis. First, it was found that the empowering motivational climate had a positive correlation and influence on both the intrinsic and extrinsic goals of the student-athletes. It was found that the disempowering motivational climate had a positive correlation and influence on extrinsic goals. Second, it was found that the intrinsic goals of the student-athletes had a positive correlation and influence with task goal, task avoidance, self-approach, and self-avoidance. The extrinsic goals of the student-athletes were found to have a positive correlation and influence with the other approach and other avoidance. It showed that the empowering motivational climate not only played a positive role in the student-athletes' intrinsic goals, but also student-athletes a positive role in achieving the achievement goals. It suggested in the sports field that it was important for leaders to create a student-athletes-centered and positive motivation climate for achievement goals. Finally, more details and future directions were discussed.

The purpose of this article is to review the status of designation and preservation, management of national prehistoric sites and to suggest future applications. Prior to the discussion, the overall status of national prehistoric sites was reviewed. Specifically, the current status of designation, designated area, and distribution by region of national prehistoric sites according to the period and nature of the sites were examined in detail. Next, in order to understand the preservation and management of national prehistoric sites, I report the results of field trips to several sites, such as Geomdan-ri in Ulju, Songguk-ri in Buyeo, and Seoktaek-ri in Hongseong, and propose some measures for preservation, maintenance, and management of the remains. Finally, by referring to cases of US national historic sites such as protection, conservation, operation and management system and academic research project of cultural heritage, it is necessary to consider the need for a direction of the utilization that considers both socio-economic aspects as well as education and research on cultural heritage. The active use of cultural heritage can be a measure that leads to the continuous preservation and management of the sites, and ultimately will be a shortcut to increasing the value of national prehistoric sites. 본 글은 우리나라 선사시대 사적의 지정·보존·관리의 전반적 현황을 점검하고 향후 선사시대 사적의 활용 방향을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 본격적인 논의에 앞서 한국의 선사시대 사적에 대한 전반적인 현황을 파악하기 위해 시대 및 유구 성격에 따른 선사시대 사적의 지정 현황을 비롯하여 선사시대 사적의 지정 면적, 지역별 분포 양상 등을 자세히 살펴보았다. 아울러 현 선사시대 사적의 보존·정비·관리 현황에 대한 전반적 상황을 파악하였다. 다음으로 우리나라 선사시대 사적의 보존·관리 실태를 확인하기 위해 현지답사를 통해 울주 검단리 유적, 부여 송국리 유적, 홍성 석택리 유적 등 몇몇 유적의 현황을 점검하고 선사시대 사적의 보존·정비·관리 방안에 대한 몇 가지 의견을 개진하였다. 울주 검단리 유적은 유적의 성격을 고려하여 유구 관련 시설물을 설치할 필요가 있는데, 복토현장보존 뿐만 아니라 노출현장보존이나 이전보존을 병행하는 방안이 요구된다. 부여 송국리 유적은 유적의 전체적인 범위와 유구 분포를 파악하기 위한 정밀지표조사와 시굴조사가 선결되어야 하며, 무엇보다 뚜렷한 목적을 가진 학술발굴이 계획적이고 지속적으로 실시되어야 한다. 홍성 석택리 유적과 같이 획기적이고 학술적 가치가 높은 고고 자료가 확인되고 역사적 가치와 고고학적 중요성이 인정되는 보존조치 유적의 경우, 보존 현황과 관리 상태를 우선 점검하여 국가지정문화재의 지정을 적극적으로 검토할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 미국 국가사적의 문화유산 보호보전 및 운영관리 체계, 학술조사연구 프로젝트 사례를 들어, 우리나라 선사시대 사적을 보다 효과적으로 보존·관리하고 활용하기 위해서는 문화유산의 교육·연구적 측면과 사회·경제적 측면 모두를 고려한 활용 방향성이 요구된다는 점을 강조하였다. 문화유산의 적극적 활용이 유적의 지속적인 보존·관리로 이어지는 방안이 될 수 있으며 궁극적으로 선사시대 사적의 가치를 증대시키는 지름길이 될 수 있을 것으로 보았다.
