K-star프로그램이 대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습흥미, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 k-star프로그램이 대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습흥미, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 7월 1일과 8월 5일에 K대학교 재학생 67명을 대상으로 사전·사후 설문조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료는 spss를 사용하여 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 소그룹인터뷰는 8월 5일에 실시되었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. k-star프로그램은 대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습흥미, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 분석에서는 k-star프로그램은 남학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습흥미, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감 향상에 효과적인 것으로 밝혀졌으나, 여학생의 경우 자기주도학습능력 향상에만 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 소그룹 인터뷰 결과, 프로그램에 대한 긍정적인 의견을 확인하였고, 프로그램의 종류를 확대하고 수준별 프로그램 제공 및 상호작용 기회를 높이기 위한 노력이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 k-star프로그램이 대학생의 인지적·정의적 영역에 미치는 효과를 규명하여 취업지원 프로그램에 대한 이해를 높이고 체계적인 운영과 지원을 위한 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of k-star program on undergraduate students self-directed learning ability, learning interest, learning flow, and academic self-efficacy. To this end, on July 1 and August 5, 2020, a pre-post survey was conducted on 67 students of K University, and the collected data were analyzed by a t-test using SPSS. The small group interview was held on August 5. The main research results are as follows. The k-star program was found to have a significant effect on undergraduate students self-directed learning ability, learning interest, learning flow, and academic self-efficacy. According to gender analysis, the k-star program was found to be effective in improving male students self-directed learning ability, learning interest, learning flow, and academic self-efficacy, but female students were found to be effective only in improving self-directed learning ability. As a result of the small group interview, positive opinion on the program were confirmed and efforts should be made to expand the types of programs, provide programs for each level, and increase opportunities for interaction. This study is significant because it improved the understanding of employment support program by examining the effects of k-star programs on the cognitive and affective areas of undergraduate students, and suggested directions for systematic operation and support.
