It is well known that problems in dyeing with natural dyes are the low exhaustion of natural colorants, the poor color fastness of dyed fabrics, the low stability of dyed solution and complicated process due to post dyeing. Attempts to overcome these problems, the fixation process is introduced after printing process with pre-treatment, in this study. To develop natural dyeing products which have excellent color shade and good color fastness, patterns by printing technology(mixing mordants, thickening agent and natural dye) are printed and then the fixation process is continued. To adopt various patterns and designs of printing will graft onto environmental technology and culture technology area well. And we can share a lot of information about colorant, additives(flame retardant, discharging agent, binder and etc) and relationships between dyeing ability and colorfastness in this field by establishing database of the optimum condition such as material selection, performance evaluation, improvement condition of dyeing ability and colorfastness. The products made in this study are expected to be used eco-friendly and functional material development with the excellent color, design and improved colorfastness, those are differentiated from existing products.
영어 논술문에서의 성별의 차이 : 통사적 복잡성의 분석

This study aimed to examine whether there are any gender differences in linguistic ability when comparing Korean males’ and females’ English writings regarding measures of syntactic complexity. For the purpose of the study, the Yonsei English learner Corpus was used as data and L2 Syntactical Complex Analyzer as a tool for analyzing the level of syntactic complexity. The results of the study demonstrated three different outcomes. First, when comparing two gender groups, regardless of English proficiency, the level of syntactic complexity was very similar in general. Secondly, when comparing groups of the same proficiency between the two genders, only beginner and intermediate groups demonstrated a significant difference in the level of syntactic complexity. On the other hand, there was no significant gender difference in the high-intermediate and advanced groups. For the high-intermediate and advanced groups, gender as a variable does not directly affect the syntactic development. Lastly, when comparing groups within the same gender, there was a trend showing linear progression of the level of syntactic complexity.
HPLC-UV를 이용한 혈청 이세파마이신 정량: 약물동태학적 연구

A simple HPLC-UV method was developed and validated for the quantification of human serum isepamicin using phenylisocyanate as a derivatization agent. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 1~100 μg/ml and LLOQ of 1 μg/ml. This method was validated with selectivity, linearity, precision and accuracy, leading to successful application for estimating the pharmacokinetic parameters of isepamicin in Korean healthy subjects following IV infusion of 800 mg isepamicin. The mean t1/2 of isepamicin was 1.55±0.08 hr.

We compared the ability of pomegranate and gallnut extracts to protect fabrics against odors and bacteria with the deodorizing and antibacterial efficacy of two commercial deodorizing and antibacterial agents. Cotton, silk, or wool fabric was treated with pomegranate extract, gallnut extract, or one of two commercial deodorizing and antibacterial agents, F or D. The fabrics were tested for their ability to withstand the odor of ammonia, trimethylamine, acetaldehyde, or acetic acid, and their antibacterial activity against Klebsiella pneumonia and Staphylococcus aureus. We analyzed the volatile components in pomegranate extract, gallnut extract, F, and D using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. We found more acidic volatile components in the pomegranate and gallnut extracts than in F and D. In contrast, there were more cyclo compounds in the volatile materials of F and D than in the pomegranate or gallnut extracts. The fabrics treated with pomegranate or gallnut extract showed a greater ability to withstand odors than those treated with F or D. However, the fabrics treated with F showed a greater ability to withstand acetic acid odors than did the fabric treated with pomegranate extract, gallnut extract, or D. The antibacterial properties of fabric treated with pomegranate extract, gallnut extract, and F was found to be excellent (bacteriostatic reduction rate=99.9%). These results suggest that pomegranate and gallnut extracts have strong potential to be used as multi-functional agents, with both showing excellent deodorizing and antibacterial properties.

Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.

목 적 : 현재 시중에 판매되고 있는 연무기 기종에 따라 그 성능이 다를 것으로 보고 제품 선택에 도움이 되고자 국내 시판중인 16가지 연무기 기종의 성능을 실험을 통하여 비교하였다. 방 법 : 16가지 연무기/압축기 제품(Pariboy Type 38/Long life, Pariboy Type N/Long life, Pariboy Type N/Salter 8900, Pariboy Type N/LC, Devilbiss pulmoaid-LT/Hudson, Devilbiss pulmoaid/Hudson, Mesmed neb-300/Own, San-up 3040/Hudson, Midas(Basic)/Own, AirJolie2/Hudson, Thomas 1127/Salter 8900, Noel NE-2000/Salter 8900, Omron CX3/Hudson, Chang Woo CWN-100/Salter 8900, Voyage/Mefar, ASI-Pro/Medel jet pluse)을 가지고 Mass output과 입자 크기를 측정하였다. Mass output은 생리식염수 4 mL를 2분간 분무 전, 후의 무게변화를 정밀 전자저울로 측정하였다. 동일한 방법으로 생리식염수 3 mL를 채워 실험하였다. 입자의 크기는 0.9% 생리식염수 4 mL를 채우고 5분간 작동하면서 laser diffraction법을 이용하여 측정하였다. 결 과 : 분당흡입량은 Pariboy type N/Long life이 0.184 mg/min로 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 0.019 mg/min로 가장 낮은 수치를 나타낸 Mesmed Neb-300/Own과는 약 9.6배의 차이를 보였다. Pariboy Type N/Long life이 Mass output이 0.68 mg/min로 가장 컸고 0.13 mg/min으로 가장 작은 수치를 보인 Mesmed-Neb/Own과는 5.2 배 차이가 있었다. 모든 제품은 5분간의 입자의 크기를 측정하였으나 검사시간 동안 입자크기의 차이는 보이지 않았다. $5{\mu}m$ 이하의 입자크기의 최대값은 64%였고 최소값의 연무기는 20%였다. MMAD는 Pariboy Type N/Long life이 $3.76{\mu}m$로 가장 작았으며 나머지 제품은 모두 $5{\mu}m$ 이상이었다. 결 론 : 시중에 판매되는 연무기들의 기능이 다양하므로 제품의 선택에 있어서 그 성능을 고려할 필요가 있다. Purpose : We assessed the dynamic characteristics of 16 nebulizer/compressor combinations currently available in Korea. Methods : The 16 nebulizer/compressor combinations(Pariboy Type 38/Long life, Pariboy Type N/Long life, Pariboy Type N/Salter 8900, Pariboy Type N/LC, Devilbiss pulmoaid-LT/Hudson, Devilbiss pulmoaid/Hudson, Mesmed neb-300/Own, San-up 3040/Hudson, Midas(Basic)/Own, AirJolie 2/Hudson, Thomas 1127/Salter 8900, Noel NE-2000/Salter 8900, Omron CX3/Hudson, Chang Woo CWN-100/Salter 8900, Voyage/Mefar, Chang Woo ASI-Pro/Medel jet pulse) were evaluated in terms of particle size and mass output. In addition, we determined the effects of nebulizer fill volume on mass output. Results : Pariboy Type N/Long life has the highest respirable mass of 0.184 mg/min and Mesmed Neb-300/Own has the lowest 0.019 mg/min. Pariboy Type N/Long life has the highest mass output of 0.68 mg/min and the shortest mass median aerodynamic diameter(MMAD) of $3.76{\mu}m$. All combinations other than Pariboy Type N/Long life produced a MMAD of over $5{\mu}m$. MMAD over a 5 min nebulization ranged 3.76 to $9.83{\mu}m$. There were no significant effects of fill volume on mass output. Conclusion : We concluded that there is a wide variation in performance of nebulizer/compressor combinations. The characteristics of nebulizer/compressor combinations should be considered in selecting products.
