The purpose of this study is to analyze whether socially responsible investment index, which contains financial factors, is used by investors to evaluate corporate value, The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study are as follows:First, socially responsible investment has no positive effect on firm 's financial performance. Second, corporate socially responsible investment has a positive effect on firm value. Third, the average unsteady returns of firms included in SRI were significantly(+) before and after disclosure of the index. In addition, the results of cumulative average abnormal returns have continuously risen since the time of the incorporation of the index. Based on the results of this verification, it is expected that companies will be able to voluntarily promote the development of enterprises and society by taking into account the comprehensive issues concerning non-financial factors such as economic, social and ethical management through management through socially responsible investment.

Various anomalies of the inferior vena cava (IVC) can arise from a failure in the normal embryogenic processes. Agenesis of the intrahepatic segment of the IVC with azygos continuation, which is caused by failure of formation of the right subcardinal–hepatic anastomosis, is a rare IVC anomaly. In this paper, we report a case of interrupted IVC with azygos vein continuation, combined with polysplenia, intestinal malrotation, and truncated pancreas, which was incidentally found on abdominal CT and thoracic aorta CT angiography.

Ultrasonification 처리 조건에 따른 Nanocellulose의 특성 변화 연구

목재 셀룰로오스는 지구상에서 가장 풍부한 고분자 물질로 알려진 천연 재료이며 고유한 물성으로 인해 유용성이 매우 큰 소재로서 알려져 있다. 그러나 지구환경 변화로 온난화, 사막화가 진행됨에 따라 이산화탄소 배출량 감소 및 탄소 고정화 기술 개발, 환경보호 정책 등이 강화되어 목재자원의 이용이 매우 제한을 받고 있다. 따라서 최근 목재 섬유를 대체 할 수 있는 비목재 섬유에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있으며 마이크로미터의 셀룰로오스를 기계적, 화학적, 생물학적 처리를 통한 나노셀룰로오스(nanocellulose)를 제조하여 복합필름, 의료용 첨단 신소재, 강화복합소재를 만들려는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 나노셀룰로오스는 높은 종횡비와 비표면적을 갖게 되어 나노섬유들 사이의 강한 수소결합과 네트워크를 형성하게 되므로 셀룰로오스 사이의 강한 분자간 결합을 형성하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 비목재 섬유 중 하나인 아바카 옆 섬유를 이용해 nanocellulose를 제조하고자 하였으며 LiCl+DMAc solvent를 이용해 섬유를 균일 하게 용해 한 후 ultrasonfication을 사용해 시간 별 조건을 달리하여 제조된 nanocellulose의 특성을 분석하고 자하였다.

본 연구에서는 최근 전 세계적으로 관심받고 있는 기업의 ESG 활동 수준이 주가정보성(stock price informativeness)에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 확인하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 ESG 활동이 주가정보성에 미치는 영향 관계를 주가동조성(stock price synchronicity)을 통해 개별기업의 ESG 활동 성과가 시장수익률 및 산업수익률의 변동성과 어떠한 영향 관계를 가지는지 실증분석 하였다. 기업의 ESG 활동 및 성과를 투자자들은 미래전망 예측에 있어 유용한 회계정보로 판단한다면, 미래이익기대치를 형성할 때 기업의 ESG 정보에 더욱 가중치를 두고 투자의사결정을 내릴 것이다. 이런 경우 기업의 ESG 정보가 가지는 주가 설명력이 높아 주가동조성 수준은 낮게 나타날 것이다. 반면에, ESG 활동 및 성과를 투자자들이 미래비전 및 정보의 이용이 용이하여 시장으로의 정보흐름이 양호해지고, 정보효율성이 증가하여 주가정보성은 향상될 것이다. 연구표본은 2018년부터 2021년까지 코스피시장 및 코스닥시장의 12월 결산기업이며, 비금융 상장법인들을 대상으로하고, 주요 독립변수인 ESG는 코스피 200 ESG 구성종목을 대상으로 하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석 결과, 기업의 ESG 활동은 주가동조성과 유의한 양(+)의 관련성을 나타내었다. 이는 ESG 활동 기업은 개별기업의 고유정보가 주가에 충분히 반영되어 정보효율성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, ESG 활동을 적극적으로 수행하는 기업은 정보환경의 수준이 높아 주가에 충분한 정보가 반영된 것으로 판단해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 시사점은 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 채권자 및 투자자들이 기업의 ESG 경영활동 및 성과 정보를 기업의 윤리적 경영과 투명성으로 생각하여 투자의사결정을 내리는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 기업의 ESG 경영활동을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

기업의 사회적 책임이 경영자 성과-보상민감도에 미치는 영향

Companies are making great efforts to integrate CSR into various aspects of their management strategies. A lot of research has been conducted on what management intends to do indirectly and indirectly. Was performed. In this study, we conducted additional research considering executive compensation as an indicator of the motivation for management to participate in CSR. The main purpose of this study was to analyze whether accounting performance measures or market performance measures are given more weight when providing rewards for performance to corporate managers conducting CSR activities. The analysis of the relationship between CSR and executive performance-reward sensitivity showed that corporate executives who actively implement CSR pay more weight to market performance measures rather than accounting performance measures. Considering the long-term performance of CSR when paying executives' compensation, the company pays more for market performance than accounting performance. This study is expected to be useful for executives to design compensation contracts to actively induce CSR implementation. 기업들은 CSR을 다양한 측면의 경영전략으로 통합시키기 위해 큰 노력을 기울이고 있다. 기업 경영의 주요 목적이 CSR 활동이 아님에도 경영자가 CSR에 직간접적으로 참여하고 수행하는 의도가 무엇인지에 대해서 많은 연구가 수행됐다. 본 연구에서는 경영자가 CSR에 참여하는 동기를 나타내는 지표로 경영자 보상을 추가로 고려하여 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 CSR 활동을 하는 기업 경영자에게 성과에 따른 보상을 제공할 때 회계성과측정치와 시장성과측정치 중에서 어느 쪽에 더 가중치를 두고 보상을 제공하는지 분석하였다. CSR과 경영자 성과-보상민감도의 관련성을 분석한 결과 CSR을 적극적으로 수행하는 기업 경영자는 회계성과측정치 보다는 시장성과측정치에 더 가중치를 두고 보상을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 경영자 보상을 지급할 때에 CSR의 성과가 장기적으로 나타남을 고려하여 회계적 성과보다는 시장성과(주식성과)에 더 가중치를 두고 보상을 지급하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 경영자가 CSR수행을 적극적으로 유도하기 위한 보상계약설계 설계에 유용할 것으로 판단된다.
