        초등학교 고학년 아동의 건강증진행위 구조모형

        Purpose: This study was designed to test and develop a structural model that explains health promotion behaviors of elementary school students in Korea, Method: Data were collected using questionnaires from 329 6th-grade elementary school students in a city. The data were analyzed using LISREL 8.0 program. Result: Health promoting behaviors were directly affected by some of predictive factors particularly self-efficacy, self-esteem, perceived health status, importance of health and interal locus of control. These predictive variables of health promotion behaviors explained 67% of the total variance in the model. Life satisfaction was directly affected by self-efficacy, health promotion behaviors, self-esteem, importance of health, internal locus of control and perceived health status. Powerful other locus of control was identified as an important variable that contributed indirectly to the improvement of life satisfaction through enhancig health promoting behaviors. These predictive variables of life satisfaction explained 45% of the total variance in the nodel. Conclusion: The derived model in this study is considered appropriate in predicting health promotion behaviors and lif satisfaction in elementary school students in Korea. Also it can be used affectivaly as a reference model for further study, and it is suggest that this study be used to set the direction of health promoting education.

        부모의 양육태도, 아동과의 의사소통이 아동의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was designed to identify the factor contributing to self-esteem of children. Based on the survey results, it was found that the major factors influencing Self-esteem include school record(β = -.15, p〈.001), communication with mother(β= .31, p〈.001), child-rearing attitude(β= .16, p=.002). These factors explained 32.6% of the self-esteem of children. Therefore these factors should be considered in the educational programs for development of children’s self-esteem. 본 논문의 목적은 아동이 지각하는 부모의 양육태도와 부모와의 의사소통, 아동의 자아존중감과의 관계를 살펴보고, 자아존중감에 대한 이들 변인들의 설명력을 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구 대상자는 초등학교 고학년 472명이며수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 Program을 이용하여 descriptive statistics, correlation analysis를 수행하였고 어떠한독립변수가 가장 큰 영향력을 미치며 그 다음 영향력을 미치는 독립변수는 무엇인가를 파악하기 위해서 hierarchical multiple regression 분석을 수행하였다. 학교성적(r=-.245 p〈.001), 경제상태(r=-.189 p〈.001), 어버지의 학력(r=.193 p〈.001), 어머니의 학력(r=.136 p=.003), 가정분위기(r=-.256 p〈.001), 아버지와의 의사소통(r=.345 p〈.001) , 어머니와의 의사소통(r=.503 p〈.001), 양육태도(r=.421 p〈.001)가 아동의 자아존중감과 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 자아존중감자아존중감을 설명하는 주요변인은 학교 성적, 양육태도, 어머니와의 의사소통으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 모형은 투입된 요인을 통하여 32.6%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 아동의 자아존중감에 관련되는 가정적, 환경적 변인을 고려하여 성장하고 있는 아동들의 자아존중감을 향상시킬 수 있는 상담 및 중재프로그램을 위한 기초자료로 활용되어질 것을 기대한다.

        코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 대구지역 거주 노인의 사회적 거리두기, 외로움, 우울, 불안과의 관련성

        본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹의 1차 대유행 시기 코로나19 확진자의 90%가 발생하였던 대구지역에 거주한 노인 176명을 대상으로 사회적 거리두기, 외로움, 우울, 불안과의 관련성을 조사하였다. 사회적 거리두기는 4점 만점에 2.72점, 외로움은 3점 만점에 1.78점, 우울은 1점 만점에 0.30점, 불안은 1점 만점에0.32점으로 사회적 거리두기는 중등도의 점수였지만 외로움, 우울, 불안은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또사회적 거리두기와 외로움, 우울, 불안은 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 거리두기를 더 많이 할수록 외로움, 우울, 불안과 같은 정신 건강 상태가 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 감염병 통제 방안인 사회적 거리두기가 감염병을 통제하는데 효과적인 반면 노인의정신 건강 상태에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제시하는 바이다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 하여 노인의코로나19-팬데믹이 장기화되는 상황에서 노인의 정신 건강 문제를 완화하기 위한 다학제적인 중재 방안이 필요하다. This study aimed to investigate the association of social distancing with loneliness, depression, and anxiety during the early coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic for older adults in Daegu, South Korea. The study design was a descriptive study using convenience sampling. The participants were 176 elderly 65 or older enrolled in D university Lifelong Education Center, Senior College. Data were gathered using an online survey from August through October 2020. Data were analyzed using percentages, mean, standard deviations, and Pearson’s correlation analyses. The average mean scores of social distancing, loneliness, depression, and anxiety of the elderly were 2.72/4 points, 1.73/ 3 points, 0.30/1 point, and 0.32/1 point, respectively. Social distancing was showed significantly positive correlation with loneliness (r=.39, p<.001), depression (r=.30, p<.001), and anxiety (r=.13, p=.090). Since social distancing can increase the loneliness, depression, and anxiety of the Korean elderly, psychological measures to solve the mental health issues of the elderly are needed.

        저소득층 아동의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감 : 우울의 매개효과 검증

        본 연구는 저소득층 아동들의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감과의 관계에서 우울이 가지는 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년 3월부터 4월까지 2개 광역시에 소재한 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 기초수급1, 2급 및 차상위계층 가정의 초등학교 5, 6학년 과 중학생 자녀 385명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 그리고 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 연구모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 저소득층 자녀들의 자아존중감이 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아존중감이 우울을 감소시키고, 감소된 우울은 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 우울의 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구결과에 기초하여 저소득층 아동의 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 이론적, 실천적, 정책적 합의가 필요함을 밝히는 바이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of depression on the relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction of children from low-income class. The subjects were 385 children from low-income class in two municipalities. As research methods, frequency, descriptive, correlation statistical analysis using SPSS 20.0 program was conducted. The hypothesized model was tested using structural equation model to identify that model fits best to the collected data. The analysis indicates that depression had direct and negative effects on the life satisfaction. Depression mediates partially the relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for increasing self-esteem had positive effects on decreasing depression and pressing for improvement of life satisfaction level of children from low-income class.

        The Effect of Caffeine Intake on Sleep Duration in College Students

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of caffeine intake on sleep duration of college students. The data collection period was April 6 to June 30, 2023, and 381 samples were used for final analysis. The general characteristics of the subjects were 38.6% daily water intake of less than 1 liter, caffeine beverage intake was 36.5% once to twice a week, 25.2% three to four times, 13.9% five to six times, 14.7% zero times, and 9.7% more than seven times. The most common purpose of caffeine intake was "to wake up" at 54.6%. factors affecting the subjects' sleep were Caffeine drinks besides coffee and grades. Since this study confirmed that non-coffee caffeine drinks affect sleep duration among caffeine drinks available to students, it is necessary to provide education on caffeine intake control and information that the maximum daily intake is 400 mg for college students.

        심리적 변인이 저소득층 초등학교 고학년 아동의 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors contributing to internet addiction in 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from low incomefamilies. Methods: Participants for this study were 201 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from low income families living in Taegu. Data were collectedfrom March, 2 to May, 29, 2013 using self-report structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 20.0 programme. Results:Among the students, 78.6% were regular users, 14.4% were potential users, and 7.0% were high-risk users. The factors influencing internetaddiction, in order of importance, were; conversation with family, followed by depression. Conclusion: These results suggest that efforts shouldmake to monitor use of internet by elementary school children from low income families, and preventive strategies should be developed takinginto consideration factors that influence internet addiction.

        기초생활수급가정 아동과 청소년의 우울 및 관련요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors contributing to depression boysand girls from lower-income class in 2 metropolitan cities. Methods: Participants in the survey for this study were 316 children & adolescents from lowerincomeclass in Gwangju and Taegu. Data were collected from June to Dec, 2012 using self-reportstructured questionnaires. Three instruments were used in the study: Children’s Depression Inventory(CDI) of Kovacs & Beck, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (1965), and Satisfaction with theLife Scale (SWLS) of Pavot & Diener (1993). The data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 20.0 programme. Results: Among the subjects, 91.8% were in non-depressive group, 8.2% were in depressivegroup. As a hierarchial multiple regression analysis, The relative influences for depression wereshown in the order of importance as follows; satisfaction with the life, self-esteem, satisfactionon school life & existence of parents. Conclusion: These results suggest that we should make an effort to reduce depression of boysand girls from lower-income class, and develop the strategies to improve satisfaction with thelife, self-esteem, & satisfaction on school life with supporting in place of their parents.

        모유 저장 실행 의도 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors contributing to female university nursing students’ intention of breast milk storage. Methods: Participants in the survey for this study were 680 students in 3 university of 3 cities. The data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics of a mean±sd, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS/Win 22.0 programme. Results: The average intention level for breast milk storage was 10.80±2.31 out of a 15 point scale, slightly over the half, which means the degree of feasibility to implement breastfeeding in the future. Based on the regression analysis of the survey results, it was found that the major factors influencing the intention to breast milk storage include attitude (β=0.39, p<0.001), norm (β=0.34, p<0.001), maternity nursing subject completion status (β=0.21, p<0.001), class year (β=0.18, p<0.001), knowledge for breast milk storage (β=0.16, p<0.001), and smoking (β=0.06, p=0.038). These factors explained 42.7% of the female university nursing students’ intention to store breast milk storage. Conclusion: These factors should be considered in the development of breast milk storage education programs for woman.
