        Product Space 의 Tightness 에 관하여

        거리공간과 Normal countable compact의 位相積이 Normal이라는 것은 A.H. Stone에 의하여 이미 밝혀졌고, V.I. Malyhin은 space expX의 Cardrnal invariant와 공간 X 사이의 관계를 논하였다. 본 논문에서는 V.I. Malyhin이 밝힌 tightness의 개념을 도입하여 countable tightness의 pracompact와 normal strongly countable compact 공간의 topological product가 Normal이라는 것을 증명하였다.

        학교 급식설비 및 집기류의 미생물학적 위해요소 분석

        This study was conducted to evaluate microorganism contamination of food utensils and servicefacilities in school and to prevent hazards by food poisoning occurrence. As a result, the highest number of microorganismgrowth plate (12.3 ± 2.6) was detected in total bacteria test plate, and also observed 10.3 ± 3.9 growth platesin Staphylococcus aureus test plate and 9.5 ± 3.9 growth plates in E. coli and coliform bacteria test plate. But we coulddetect to the lowest number of growth plates (1.5 ± 1.0) in Vibrio test plate. We also assessed that floors were appearedto the highest microorganism contamination rate in food utensils and service facilities. Therefore, 4.5 ± 0.6 growthplates was detected in pre-operation floor and 4.3 ± 1.0 growth plates in floor. And high level of microorganism contaminationalso observed in tables as 3.3 ± 1.0 growth plates in cooking table and 3.0 ± 0.0 growth plates in diningtable. The level of microorganism contamination of food utensils such as kitchen knife, cutting board, and food traywere lower than that in food service facilities. We analysed microorganism contamination according to purpose of usein kitchen knifes and cutting boards. The microorganism contamination rate in fish kitchen knife (2.0 ± 0.8) and fishcutting board (1.3 ± 1.5) were slightly higher than that of others purpose of use. As a result of microorganism identification,various strains of microorganism were contaminated in food service facilities and some strains could detectedmore than two times. Especially, Staphylococcus aureus was repeatedly identified in cooking table, trench, andkitchen knife. Bacillus cereus was identified in kitchen knife, and then Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonasaeruginosa were also detected in food utensils and service facilities as known to food spoilage microorganisms. Klebsiellapneumoniae was detected four times repeat, which widely distribute natural environment as normal bacterialflora but sometimes cause acute pneumonia. These results suggest that food utensils and service facilities are contaminatedwith not only major food poisoning microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, but also food spoilagemicroorganisms. Taken together, strict personal hygiene control and efficient food service facilities management willbe needed to enhance food safety in school feeding and to improve student health.

        핵산증폭시험을 이용한 혈장분획물질에서 HCV RNA 검출

        HCV는 HIV등과 함께 수혈이나 혈장된 획물질을 통하여 감염되는 주요 바이러스이다. 주로 혈액이나 혈장에서 HCV에 대한 항체를 검출함으로서 HCV의 감염을 방지하고 있다. 그러나 바이러스에 감염되었으나 항체가 생성되기 이전이나 항체의 양이 적은 경우에는 HCV의 검출이 어렵다. 따라서 핵산중폭시험(nucleic acid amplification tests, NAT)을 이용한 HCV 유전자를 검출하려는 시도들이 진행되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 혈장분획물질에서 HCV RNA를 검출할 수 있는 핵산증폭시험 방법을 개발하는 것이다. 5종류의 PCR primer를선별하여 실험에 이용하였다. 혈장분획물질의 HCV RNA 추출에는 컬럼 방법을 이용하는 것이 유용한 것으로나타났다. 핵산중폭시험의 결합 온도는 $48^{\circ}C$가 가장 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 2차 PCR의 경우, 1차 PCR 산물 $1{\mu}l$와 30 pmol의 primer즐 사용하였을 때 높은 민감도와 특이성을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 혈장 분획물질에 HCV를 주입하여 혈장중폭시험을 수행한 결과, 100 IU/ml까지 검출 할 수 있었다. 한편 근육주사용항체(IMIG)의 경우 핵산중폭시험을 통한 검출한계는 100IU/ml로 COBAS amplicor HCV2.0의 500 IU/ml 이상의 검출한계보다 민감도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들로 보아 본 실험에 이용된 핵산증폭시험이 혈장분획물질에서 HCV RNA를 검출하는데 유용한 방법으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. HCV is transmitted via various plasma derived products. Current methods to detect hepatitis C virus (HCV) are based on its antibody detection in the donated blood and plasma. Viral contamination can potentially escape such detection during the window period of infection, when no antibody is present or the level of antibody is too low to detect. It is trying to application of nucleic acid amplification tests (NAT) for the direct detection of HCV. The objective of this study was to develop a reliable NAT for the HCV RNA detection from plasma-derived products. The most useful primers was selected for NAT among 5 sets of primers. We have also found that QIAamp viral RNA isolation kit was the most efficient for HCV RNA isolation. The highest sensitivity and specificity was appeared in $48^{\circ}C$ annealing temperature and 30 pmol of primers. With a spiking of HCV to albumin, immunoglobulins and coagulation factors, NAT can detect up to 100 IU/ml. Meanwhile, COBAS amplicor HCV 2.0 afforded a lower sensitivity in high concentrated intramuscular immunoglobulins to below 500 IU/ml. Our results suggested that NAT appears to be a highly sensitive and specific method for HCV RNA detection in plasma-derived products.

        Heute haben fast alle Leute, die Internet benutzen, Internet-Link direkt oder indirekt erheben. Die Frage ist, dass man sich durch Internet-Link ab und zu unrecht webseite, z.B. Angriff auf Urheberrecht, Porno etc. nährt. Dann kommt es zuerst in Betracht, ob man, wer einen Link auf diese Webseite erstellt, die Beihilfe betrifft. Zweites ist die Frage, ob Internetdienstanbieter, wer einen Internetraum anbietet, auch die Beihilfe von Beihilfe(Kettenbeihilfe) betrifft. Aber es ist nicht einfach, dass Internetdienstanbieter den Vorsatz bei Beihilfe hat, weil es ist –nach in dubio pro reo- auch schwer, dass er Unrecht von einem bestimmten Website erkennt.

        Alcohol Intake and Risk of Thyroid Cancer: A Meta-Analysis of Observational Studies

        Purpose The purpose of this study was to assess whether alcohol intake is associated with the risk of thyroid cancer by a meta-analysis of observational studies. Materials and Methods We searched PubMed and EMBASE in June of 2015 to locate eligible studies. We included observational studies such as cross-sectional studies, case-control studies, and cohort studies reporting odd ratios (ORs) or relative risk (RRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results We included 33 observational studies with two cross-sectional studies, 20 case-controls studies, and 11 cohort studies, which involved a total of 7,725 thyroid cancer patients and 3,113,679 participants without thyroid cancer in the final analysis. In the fixed-effect model meta-analysis of all 33 studies, we found that alcohol intake was consistently associated with a decreased risk of thyroid cancer (OR or RR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.67 to 0.83; I2=38.6%). In the subgroup meta-analysis by type of study, alcohol intake also decreased the risk of thyroid cancer in both case-control studies (OR, 0.77; 95% CI, 0.65 to 0.92; I2=29.5%; n=20) and cohort studies (RR, 0.70; 95% CI, 0.60 to 0.82; I2=0%; n=11). Moreover, subgroup meta-analyses by type of thyroid cancer, gender, amount of alcohol consumed, and methodological quality of study showed that alcohol intake was significantly associated with a decreased risk of thyroid cancer. Conclusion The current meta-analysis of observational studies found that, unlike most of other types of cancer, alcohol intake decreased the risk of thyroid cancer.
