Development of high speed feed drive system has been a major issue for the past few decades in machine tool industries. The reduction of the tool change time as well as rapid travel time can enhance the productivity. However, the high speed feed drive system generates more heat in nature, which leads thermal expansion that has adverse effects on the accuracy of machined parts. The detail of the model proposed is described in the paper together with the experimental methodologies using a proposed compact measurement system to examine the validity of the proposed approach. The results showed the machining accuracy could be maintained to better than ±5㎛ while using this sensor.

Base and saddle feed drive system in machine tool puts in operation for Improvement of life and endure by high frequency heat treatment. In this time, work requirement of establishment to gets by repeat experimentation. In this paper, using the finite elementary method, we predict and revision processing, and gets minimizing of deformation and reduce the progress of Grinding works. Moreover, having high frequency heat treatment, the maximum deformation genesis m the middle parts without slideway length. Take deformation Into finite element program (ANSYS) of taper process in roughing process, after having high frequency heat treatment, existed quantity of deformation can be reduced down to 80 percents.
베어링 조합방법이 이송축 열변위에 주는 영향에 관한 연구

One of the important technical issues is how to decrease thermal expansion of ball screw in proportion to the increase of machining speed. when measuring force of stretch of ball screw, since not only actual expansion and the value of bending have to be considered, it's impossible to definite the exact value of expansion. In addition, support bearings of ball screw gain considerable force in axial direction. It also generates thermal expansion on the ball screw, and deteriorates the bearings. In conclusion, it's impossible to give the pretension enough to absorb the all elongation due to thermal expansion generated during machine running. If gave, bed, column and saddle are all bent to change machine accuracy, and the support bearings of ball screw are damaged. The purpose of this paper is to study the pretension of support bearing of ball screw in machine tool.

Thermal expansion of the ball screw can directly affect the accuracy of positioning along the ravel axis in the semi-closed loop type CNC Lathe. In this paper, use of MACRO variables can make the thermal displacement of the ball screw estimated. Also, the estimated displacements of the ball screw are controlled by calculation the interval of pitch error rate in the Numerical Control(NC). Under the constant operating conditions, the thermal expansion of the ball screw was measured to confirm the effectiveness of the compensation method in the CMC Lathe. By using this method the results show that the thermal displacement of the ball screw could be reduced to 20% compared with ordinary method.

In order to achieve high precision machine tools, the research for performance enhancement of feed drive systems is required. Development of the high speed feed drive system has been a major issue for the past few decades in machine tool industries. The reduction of the tool change time as well as rapid travel time can enhance the productivity. However, the high speed feed drive system generates more heat in nature, which leads thermal expansion that has adverse effects on the accuracy of machined parts. Stick-slip friction has a great influence on the contouring accuracy of CNC machine tools. In this paper table levitation system has been developed for the stick-slip in a feed drive systems. And also, the driving position is set near the center of the main slideway. From the results, it is confirmed that yaw error and straightness can be improved.
다점 도장공정 VOC 발생저감을 위한 IoT기반 통합관리 시스템 개발

본 연구는 자동차 도장부스의 다점 VOC 배출 저감을 위해 IoT기반 통합관리시스템 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대기오염방지시설을 운영하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 실시간 모니터링 시스템이 도입되었다. 자동차 보수용 도장부스 후단에 설치된 대기오염방지 시설인 흡착장치는 총 6대이며 페인트 먼지를 제거하기 위한 주름관 카트리지 필터와 VOC 가스를 제거하기 위한 활성탄이 충진되어 있는 원형 카트리지 필터가 장착되었다. 동시에 설치된 IoT 기반 통합관리 시스템은 흡착장치의 상태 및 유입 유출의 VOC 농도 등이 실시간으로 기록되며 저장된 정보는 인터넷을 통하여 실시간으로 확인된다. 본 시스템을 통하여 효율적으로 자동차 도장부스의 흡착장치 및 환경관리가 이루어질 것으로 예상된다.
