본 연구는 젖소에 있어서 lipopolysaccharide의 처리가 번식 성적에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 2003년부터 2005년까지 3년간에 걸쳐 축산연구소 개방형 깔짚우사에서 사육중인 홀스타인 착유우 50두를 대상으로 처리구 및 대조구 각각 25두씩을 공시하였고 분만후 20일째에 1회에 한하여 Bacteroids helcogenes와 Fusobacterium varium으로부터 분리한 LPS 을 PBS 용액 35 ml에 희석하여 수정란 이식용 This study was carried out to investigate the effect of intra-uterine infusion of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on reproductive performance in lactating dairy cows. Conception rate at first service was higher (56.0%) in dairy cows treated with LPS compared to non-treated cows (20.0 %). Cumulative conception rate by overall services (more than 2 services) after LPS treatment was also higher (64.0%) in dairy cows treated with LPS compared to non-treated cows (40.0%). Services per conception was significantly higher in control () compared with LPS () treated group (p<0.05).

층화확률추출은 모집단을 어떤 층화기준에 의해 여러 층으로 분할한 다음 각 층으로부터 독립적으로 표본을 임의추출하는 방법으로 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있어 실제 조사에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 표본조사에서 많이 사용하고 있는 층화확률추출을 사용하여 추출된 표본을 통해 모평균에 대한 붓스트랩 추정량과 신뢰구간 및 가설검정 등 통계적 추론에 대하여 연구하였다. 층화모집단에서의 모평균의 추정량과 관련된 극한 분포이론들을 기초로 붓스트랩 일치성을 근거로 층화 모평균에 대해 표준 붓스트랩 방법, 백분위수 붓스트랩 방법, 스튜던트화 붓스트랩 방법을 활용한 신뢰구간과 붓스트랩 가설검정 방법을 제안하였으며, 모의실험을 통해 신뢰구간 추정 방법들의 유효성을 확인하였다. In a stratified sample, the sampling frame is divided into non-overlapping groups or strata (e.g. geographical areas, age-groups, and genders). A sample is taken from each stratum, if this sample is a simple random sample it is referred to as stratified random sampling. In this paper, we study the bootstrap inference (including confidence interval) and test for a stratified population mean. We also introduce the bootstrap consistency based on limiting distribution related to the plug-in estimator of the population mean. We suggest three bootstrap confidence intervals such as standard bootstrap method, percentile bootstrap method and studentized bootstrap method. We also suggest a bootstrap test method computing the $ASL_{boot}$(Achieved Significance Level). The results of estimation are verified using simulation.

본 연구에서는 연평균일교통량 예측을 위한 공간회귀모형을 제시하였다. 비록 공간 분석을 위하여 조사지점들 간의 유클리디안 거리가 일반적으로 사용되고 있지만, 조사되지 않는 도로의 교통량 예측을 위하여 교통량 조사지점들 간의 최단경로를 이용한 공간회귀모형을 새롭게 시도하였다. 공간예측방법으로는 일반크리깅을 사용하였으며 교차검증을 통하여 정량적으로 최단경로 기반의 교통량공간예측모형의 타당성을 제시하였다. In this paper, we suggest a spatial regression model to predict AADT. Although Euclidian distances between one monitoring site and its neighboring sites were usually used in the many analysis, we consider the shortest travel path between monitoring sites to predict AADT for unmonitoring site using spatial regression model. We used universal Kriging method for prediction and found that the overall predictive capability of the spatial regression model based on shortest travel path is better than that of the model based on multiple regression by cross validation.
일차성 사구체신염의 육미지황탕과 양약 병용요법에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the combination therapy of Yukmijihwang-tang and Western medicine on primary glomerulonephritis. Methods: We conducted a search using keywords, such as Yukmijihwang-tang and Liuwei Dihuang, in eight databases (CNKI, CiNii, Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane, Science On, OASIS, RISS). There was no limit to the publication period of the papers. A meta-analysis was conducted and classified according to the outcome measurements, such as the total effective rate (TER), serum creatinine (SCr), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Data analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.4.1 software, and Cochrane’s risk of bias (ROB) was used to assess the quality of the papers. Results: A total of 12 randomized control trials were selected. The meta-analysis showed that the treatment group combining Yumijihwang-tang and Western medicine was more efficient than the control group using Western medicine alone (RR: 1.29, CI: 1.20 to 1.39 p=<0.00001). The treatment group also reduced the BUN (MD: -2.40, CI: -2.90 to -1.89, p<0.00001) and Scr (MD: -33.34, CI: -40.85 to -25.82, P<0.00001) more than the control group. Conclusion: This study suggests that the combination therapy of Yukmijihwang-tang with Western medicine is effective in treating primary glomerulonephritis. However, these findings should be interpreted cautiously due to the unknown or high risk of bias in the included trials.
Statistical Validation for Short Count Traffic Counts Using Spatial Regression Model

The methodology to identify the traffic count stations that have anomalous counts was developed in this paper. Our proposed approach is to develop a spatial model that would separate out systematic and spatial variability in counts so that residual uncertainty may be identified. A principal component analysis was applied by using dimension reduction dealing with census data with many attributes. This proposed method would significantly improve the process of validating traffic counts by increasing the accuracy of reported counts and by reducing the time delay between data collection and reporting.
시간자료의 공간화를 통한 일교통량 결측대체 방법론 연구

We suggest a new spatial linear interpolation method to substitute linear interpolation method which widely used in transportation engineering to impute the missing daily traffic volume. We layout daily traffic volume which is time series data over the virtual lattice space to consider the spatial correlation. We used Moran Index to evaluate the spatial correlations among daily traffic volume in same week and same date traffic volume by week considering the circularity of daily traffic volume. For real application, we used daily traffic volume on November, 2004 provided by Korea Institute of Construction Technology(KICT) and transformed daily traffic volume to 4 times 7 virtual lattice space to reflect the spatial correlation. Finally we showed that the spatial linear interpolation method has good performance for missing data imputation based on MAPE, RMSE, and Theil's U criteria.
