In this work, $IrO_2$thin films as bottom electrode of ferroelectric capacitors were deposited and characterized. The $IrO_2$films deposited in the conditions of 25, 40 and 50% oxygen ambient by sputtering method were annealed at 600, 700 and $800^{\circ}C$, respectively. It was found that the crystallinity and the surface morphology of $IrO_2$films affected the surface properties and electrical properties of SBT thin films prepared by the MOD method. With increasing temperature, the crystallinity and the roughness of $IrO_2$films were also increasing. This increasing of roughness degraded the surface properties and electrical properties of SBT films. We found an optimum condition of $IrO_2$films as bottom electrode for ferroelectric capacitor at 50% oxygen ambient and $600^{\circ}C$ annealing temperature. Electrical characterizations were performed by using$ IrO_2$bottom electrodes grown at an optimum conditions. The remanent polarization ($P_{r}$) of the Pt/SBT/$IrO_2$/$SiO_2$/Si structure was 2.75 $\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at an applied voltage of 3 V. The leakage current density was $1.06${\times}$10^{-3}$ A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at an applied voltage of 3 V.

We have investigated the optical and electrical properties of surface mounted white light emitting diode (LED) chips prepared by using yellow phosphors on the blue LED chip. The yellow phosphor mixed with transparent epoxy was coated on the prepared LED chip. The optimum mixing conditions with epoxy and yellow phosphor is obtained at the mixing ratio of epoxy:yellow phosphor = 97:3 wt%. The maximum luminance and light emitting efficiency are above 80,000 cd/㎡ and 23.2 ㏐/W, respectively, at the bias voltage of 2.9 V. There was no distinct change in the luminance strength with changing of the yellow phosphor ratios. The current of the white LED chip is about 30 mA at 2.9 V.
도시 하·폐수처리공정에서의 모델링 및 조업최적화에 관한 연구

Using ENPRO™, a comprehensive modeling and simulation program for the process design and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants, the process optimization study was performed for the real plant operations. The unit operation boundary applied in this study includes two equal sized primary clarifier, the activated sludge process with four unequal sized aeration tanks in parallel, the sequence of two equal sized clarifiers and one thickener and dewatering unit. The influent flowrate was 11,000∼16,000㎥/day. The sludge wastage rate from the second clarifier was adjusted to maintain the suspended solids residence tims of 5 days. Initial estimates of the two recycled activated sludge streams were obtained from a separats simulation, assuming that the activated sludge process consists of a single reactor and single clarifier. And also, these estimates were adjusted to ensure overall mass balances on all stream attributes. The overall design and operating conditions can be imposed on the model to ensure desired performance.
