피부미용사 국가자격증 지원요건 강화를 위한 필수교육시간 연구
허은옥,황완균,정연선 한국피부과학연구원 2013 대한피부미용학회지 Vol.11 No.3
The purpose of this study is to reinforce the conditions for the qualification of exam by taking specific courses based on mandatory education hours, therefore enhancing the professionalism and improving the social recognition of estheticians. The study brings up the importance of pre-education which proposes the following;First, adding subjects which are more effective in real practice and improves social recognition. Second, institutionalizing the qualification of exam by completing the mandatory education hours per subject. The survey was conducted during a time period from 1. October 2012 to 10. October 2012, with a valid sample of 144responses from the managers and lecturers at the Seoul/Gyeonggi area. A cross-tabulation was done using SPSS 19 for the frequency- and difference analysis among response characteristics. Interpreting the study results, the institutionalization of such reinforcements on the conditions for the qualification of exam will be an effective measure to improve the adaptability to the real field right after being certified - therefore reducing the time- and economic consumption which were spent for re-education. The prerequisites for the exam should be as follows; 1) Complete the subjects based on according mandatory education hours, 2) Experience how to manage the customers in the actual field by taking such practical courses at a reliable learning institute. If all candidates take the exam after meeting those conditions, they will be apt to satisfy the needs of premium customers who are enjoying the growth of their economical status and are getting more interested in esthetics. Also, this will contribute in the development of the skin care industry as well as in a significant enhancement of the social recognition of estheticians.
재교육이 1차 의료기관과 개인피부관리실 피부미용사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향
정연선,허은옥,송다해,황완균 한국피부과학연구원 2014 대한피부미용학회지 Vol.12 No.1
This study is to find out the effects of re-education on job satisfaction targeting 258 estheticians who currently work at primarymedical institutions and individual offices in the Seoul and Gyung-gi province, and has its purpose of providing a basic resourcefor re-education enhance job satisfaction and professionalism of estheticians. The dependent variable of this study is jobsatisfaction, and the independent variables are divided into experience in re-education, demands of re-education, need forre-education, obligation of re-education. and job satisfaction, to set a study model for verifying the effects of re-education onjob satisfaction. Also, in order to do this, through a structured survey, the collected data was analyzed using the SPSS v.18.0statistics package program. Summarizing the results of this study, in terms of the re-education of estheticians, estheticiansworking in a medical institute had more education experience than estheticians working in individual offices, and as forautonomous education within the working institution, it showed that medical institutions had a higher education rate than that ofindividual offices. The proportion of respondents for the need and obligation of re-education were both groups of estheticianshad a fairly high perception of the need for re-education. The job satisfaction of estheticians showed differences in accordancewith re-education experiences, and the group who received re-education for the past 1 year showed a higher job satisfactioncompared to those who didn’t. Also, in terms of the difference in perception of the need and obligation of re-education,respondents who answered that it is very much needed showed the highest satisfaction in all categories, and as the demandfor re-education of estheticians is higher and as the need for re-education of the institution is higher, it was confirmed that itshowed higher job satisfaction. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a systematical device that can promote the re-educationof estheticians for enhancing the interests and cooperation of esthetician related institutions and developing the growth to aprofessionalism, and there should be various studies in diverse perspectives in order to vitalize this re-education.
2006 Progress in superconductivity Vol.8 No.1
Total Fluorine content in the precursor solution for MOD processing of YBCO coated conductors can be significantly reduced by synthesizing precursor solution with F-free Y & Cu precursor and Barium trifluoroacetate(TFA). It was shown that crack-free and uniform precursor films were formed after calcinations in humidified oxygen atmosphere. Less than 2 hours are required to finish the calcination process, and XRD measurement shows that $BaF_2,\;CuO,\;and\;Y_2O_3$ are major constituent of calcined precursor films. Film thickness after calcination was measured to be ${\sim}2.8$ um by applying slot-die coating method. In particular, addition of Samarium shows critical current of Ic=226 A/cm-w($Jc=3.4\;MA/cm^2$). Also discussed are recent developments in the reel-to-reel processing using F-free Y & Cu precursor solutions. It is shown that uniform and fast processing route to YBCO coated conductor with high Ic can be provided by employing F-free Y & Cu precursor solutions in MOD process.
