자율 개념과 도덕 교과서 내용 분석 - 2015 개정 교육과정 고등학교 『생활과 윤리』를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the concept of autonomy and how it can be applied in ethics education. This study classified autonomy into ethical, personal, and relational autonomy and confirmed that each philosopher defined autonomy differently. Personal autonomy, in particular, was analyzed as a mixture of negative liberty and paternalism. This study further confirmed that the concept of autonomy was mixed in ethics textbooks, thereby causing more confusion. Such findings were analyzed by examining the high school textbook “Life and Ethics” in detail. The distinction of autonomy would form the foundation for the next moral curriculum. 본 연구는 자율 유형 분석과 도덕과 교과서에서 자율 개념의 내용을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 자율 개념은 크게 도덕적 자율, 인격적 자율, 관계적 자율로 구분할 수 있으며 각각 다른 의미를 지니고 있었다. 특히, 인격적 자율은 소극적 자유와 후견주의가 혼재되어 있었다. 그리고 고등학교 교과서인『생활과 윤리』에서 자율 개념이 각 단원 및 영역마다 다르게 서술되어 있었다. 이에 본 연구자는 각 자율 개념들과 윤리 영역 사이에서 상응하는 면모가 있음을 살펴보았다. 그러나 본 연구는 각 자율 개념에 대한 새로운 명칭 부여와 같은 대안을 제시하지 못하였다는 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 본 연구에서 진행한 자율 개념의 유형 분석은 차기 교육과정에서 참고할만한 기준을 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

Modern Criticism’s aspect spread two ways after Korea War in Korean Literature. Expecially 4·19 Student Movement make epoch an new historical period by politic, economy, culture etc. The memorial meaning of 4·19’s spirit is to exclude old regime in ones name Lee President. Such about revolutionary affect is devide two encampment as like Purism and Participation literature. Critics to be subordinate to Participation Literature are student for the most part. Because of Their’s intention is to originate 4·19’s spirit. And It’s sign new point of view about literature and history. Affair of discussion Purism and Participation with two encampment is held in 1960s late. Until now participation’s critical stream is weak appearance, unlike think about participation’s Right Hand and intention. It’s reason confusing why critics with new era are in sufficient at the attitude literature and history. However Their’s work is not ignore by the way modern criticism’s way. This Article is management about of journal like “Work of Criticism"(『批評作業』) “Blue Vascular"(『靑脈』) “Han-Yang"(『漢陽』). “Work of Criticism" is publish to student’s critic. Their’s intention is criticized to literature's organization which made in reality. Passion about literature spread to Blue Vascular. But Korea’s reality and Rule is demand to summit two nation regime. We acknowledge fact about purism and participation’s discussion is added goods criticism’s way appearance participation’s critic. And Han-Yang is show a post of activity in core of nationalism’s value in Japan. I think so that these journal make a way of participation’s criticism, and co-created modern criticism in korean literature which search for reality and history’s aspect always. Even though their's effort is not to maturity, it’s result for critics to reluctancy. However These process is show to us why criticism intented reflective direction itself. .

넛지의 도덕과 교육에의 함의와 활용 방안 : 환경윤리를 중심으로

This study examines the meaning of Sunstein's ‘Nudge’ and aims to discuss ways to use it in moral education. To do this, we will examine the meaning and type of ethical paternalism. Moreover, we would like to examine the only characteristics of Nudge, which are different from paternalism. The researcher understood that this kind of nudge strategy would lead to a violent protest in environmental ethics. There were problems of emphasizing only the aspects of appropriateness or assuming 'The worst-case scenario' only. On the other hand, the Nudge strategy could lead students to consider independently through the approach with expected value. Also it could alert students to the reason why we have to protect environment by assuming the specific worst-case scenario. Accordingly, this researcher argued that the considerative options pursued in Nudge are actually applicable in moral education. 본 연구는 선스타인의 ‘넛지’의 의미에 대하여 알아보고 이를 도덕과 교육에서 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해서 후견주의의 의미와 유형에 대하여 알아 보았다. 다음으로, 후견주의와는 다른 넛지만의 특징에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구자는 이와 같은 넛지 전략이 환경윤리에 있어서 크나큰 함의를 가져다 줄 것으로 이해하였다. 기존의 환경윤리에서는 당위적 측면만을 강조하거나 ‘최악의 시나리오’만 가정하는 문제점이 있었다. 반면에, 선스타인의 넛지 전략은 기댓값을 통한 접근을 통하여 학생들이 주도적으로 고민해 볼 수 있었다. 또한, 재난의 구체적인 상황을 가정하여 왜 환경을 보호해야 하는지에 대해서 학생들에게 경각심을 불러 일으켰다. 이에 따라, 본 연구자는 넛지에서 추구하는 방안이 도덕과의 환경윤리 영역에서 적용 가능함을 주장하였다.

분배 정의에 대한 연구 - 노직과 왈처를 중심으로 -

This study is to find out the justice of Nozick and Walzer. They are new theories proposed as alternatives to Rawls' theory of justice. However, they opposed Rawls' theory of justice, they developed in different directions. Nozick defined the theory of state as the minimum state. And He completed his argument with the entitlement theory of justice. Walzer argued that there are various areas based on spheres of justice. Furthermore, he established a new theory of justice by presenting his own unique just war theory. For this research, I helped promote an understanding in the sphere of justice in high school Life and Ethics. 본 연구는 분배 정의 영역 중 노직과 왈처의 정의론에 대하여 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 분배 정의에서 가장 두각을 나타낸 인물은 롤스이다. 그가 정립한 정의론은 현대 사회에 크나큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 롤스가 주장하는 정의론은 비판 및 지적을 받아온 바 있다. 이에 노직과 왈처는 롤스의 정의론을 대안으로 제시된 새로운 이론이다. 한편, 노직과 왈처가 추구하는 정의론의 지향점은 각기 달랐다. 노직은 자유주의에 입각한 최소국가와 소유권리론을 정교화하였다면, 왈처는 다원적 평등론에 근거한 정의론을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 노직과 왈처의 분배 정의 논의를 자세히 살펴보는 것에 그 의의를 둔다. 롤스의 정의론과의 차이점을 명확하게 살펴봄으로써 고등학교 『생활과 윤리』 중 분배 정의에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다.

공화주의적 심의와 도덕과 교육에의 함의 - 선스타인과 페팃을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 선스타인의 의회 중심적 심의와 페팃의 견제 중심적 심의 의 특징에 대하여 알아보고 도덕과에서의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공화주의 심의의 두 유형인 선스타인과 페팃의 논의를 살펴 보았으며, 이를 통하여 선스타인과 페팃이 주장하는 공화주의적 심의 가 일말의 차이점이 있지만 심의 민주주의를 풍부하게 해주었다는 점 에서 의의가 있다. 다음으로, 『생활과 윤리』에서 제시되고 있는 갈등 에 대한 관점이 편협하거나 부정적인 측면에 머물러 있음을 확인하였 다. 공화주의적 심의는 갈등을 긍정적인 관점으로 전환해 준다는 점에 서 도덕과에서 의의가 있을 것으로 이해하였다. 또한, 평화와 윤리 영 역에서 갈등 해결 방법을 담론윤리로만 설명되어있는데, 공화주의적 심의 부분을 추가함으로써 풍부한 논의를 제공할 수 있었다. This study aims to investigate two types of republican deliberation and derive significant implications in the moral education. For this, we examined the two types of republican deliberation, Sunstein and Pettit’s arguments. Although there are some differences between Suntein and Pettit about their arguments, it has significance that it was imposed as an alternative to deliberative democracy. Accordingly, we attempted to examine the characteristics of Sunstein’s parliament based deliberation and Pettit’s contestatory based deliberation. In sequence, we found out that the part of conflict described in the existing moral education remains in the narrow-minded and negative aspect. On the other hand, it was understood that the republican deliberation would be implications in that it transforms the perspective on Peace ethics or conflicts. In addition, the conflict solving method is explained in only Discourse Ethics. For this research, we insisted that it can be applied in the field of Peace Ethics by adding the republican deliberation as a conflict solving method.

Modern poetry's major subject is search for it s modernity in korean literature. Until now, it's result have been with modern novel's character generally speaking. On the contrary, modern poetry's character is to limited with modernity. Because of modern poetry's nature is appeal to modern society and it's historical background. But I think that it s reason to the language's usage or difference to the representation. This article would to manage which it's development and process on the modern poetry. Poetry's idiom is based on the metaphor. Metaphor is consolidated meta(beyond) and phora(carrying). Because of language's usage is to different from everyday communication. Poet is to go beyond to reality with language. It's Phenomenon is not difference in the modern era. I think that modern poetry is processed to the capability to superiority. At the same time it's meaning is focused on poetry s naturalism. It's subject is to impose whom modern poet. Specially to the focus on Kim Gi-rim, poet-critic in the thirty's and Kim Chun-su, Kim Su-young, Seo Jeong Ju in the sixty's. They are excellent poet and critic but theirs literature is each one by itself. However they are to pull off modern poetry's nature with theirs methodology.

Lee Tae-jun is among the modern writer that play an active part from colonical age and rebirth period. Until the most recent, Focus on Lee's Literature is widest but to study as pleasure. Because of he was going to North Korea, and he's literlature is limited at study until the 1988. Literature of Lee Tae-jun has a distinctive characteristic which that modernity and traditionalism named studying scholor he's Literlature. Studying about Lee Tae-jun's literature has a various approach but very chief way is to collect modernism and traditional trend. Lee Tae-jun is member of a Society of Nine person which that modernism's trend and editor of Moon Jang(a literacy composition) as a representative literacy magazine 1930’ in Korea. Until now Lee Tae-jun's two trend is to interpret as a delicate and a complex in fact. However character of about Lee Tae-jun's literature is not to say to distinct modernism or traditional trend and consolidation of two trend. This article has a attitude of which survey articles to take Lee's literature as modernism’s trend. And as a result Lee Tae-jun’s traditional trend is a fictional consequent or to praise he's literature. I think that studying of a writer have a perspective he possessed idea that time in really. But Lee Tae-jun s idea of literature is take a mistaken. A very reason is that many scholar is not to take he's attitude and perspective, And then we meet another Lee Tae-jun's illuminated image.
