현장실습 응급구조과 학생의 자아탄력성과 사회적지지가 스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was conducted to provide fundamental resource in improving the quality of life and stress by understanding the influence of egoresilience and social support by paramedic students during field practice. Methods: The measurement instrument consisted of 100 questions on the general characteristics, egoresilience, social support, stress, and quality of life of the participants. Frequency and descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: The average scores for egoresilience, social support, and stress were 3.00, 3.14, and 1.68 out of 4.00, respectively. The degree of stress was high enough to be statistically significant in the case of women compared to men, and if unsatisfied with one's major. The average quality of life score was 4.50. The degree of quality of life was high enough to be statistically significant in the case of men compared to women, smokers, drinkers, and if content with one's major. Conclusion: It is suggested that colleges develop programs to increase the satisfaction rate of the students and improve their egoresilience and social support. Such programs would improve the quality of life and address the stress experienced by emergency medical technology students.

확장된 기술수용모델(ETAM)을 적용한 기내 무선 엔터테인먼트 사용의도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기내 무선 엔터테인먼트의 독립변수를 WIFE 품질, 혁신성, 자기효능감, 지각된 즐거움으로구성하고 확장된 기술수용모델을 기반으로 한 기내 무선 엔터테인먼트 사용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 실증연구를 위해 기내 무선 엔터테인먼트를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 승객을 대상으로 2023년 11월1일부터 8일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 데이터 코팅을 하여 SPSS 23 프로그램을 사용하여빈도분석을 하였고 AMOS 22 프로그램을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석을 통해 신뢰성 및 타당성을 확보한후 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 가설검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 자기효능감, 지각된 즐거움은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나WIFE 품질, 혁신성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 WIFE 품질, 자기효능감은지각된 용이성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 혁신성, 지각된 즐거움은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로나타났다. 그리고 지각된 유용성 및 용이성은 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 결론에서 본 연구 결과가 지니는 의미 및 한계점에 대해 다루었다. Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the use intention of Wireless In-Flight Entertainment by applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Model, considering the wireless in-flight entertainment quality, innovativeness, self-efficacy, and perceived enjoyment. Research Methods: The study included 200 passengers who had utilized the Wireless In-Flight Entertainment. For data analysis, the SPSS 23 program and the AMOS 22 program were used. Results in Research: Self-efficacy and perceived enjoyment were found to have a significant impact on perceived usefulness. However, the wireless In-Flight Entertainment quality and Innovation demonstrated no significant effect on perceived usefulness. The quality of wireless In-flight entertainment and self-efficacy had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. However, innovation and perceived enjoyment did not have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Additionally, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on the use intention. Research Conclusion: We have confirmed that self-efficacy and perceived enjoyment positively affect perceived usefulness. wireless In-flight entertainment quality and self-efficacy positively affect perceived ease of use. In addition, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively affect the use intention.

구급실무 교육의 실태와 개선방안 - 신규임용자 교육프로그램 기반 -

이 연구는 소방공무원 신규임용자 교육과정 중 구급실무 교육의 현황과 실태를 파악하여 교육 운영에 필 요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 구급실무에 관한 지식수준은 낮았고(2.24점), 현장 활동에서 구급활동의 비중은 높게 인식하고 있었다(4.64점). 교수는 이론(4.85점)과 실습(4.84점) 운영에 필요한 지식수준을 갖추고 있었다. 구급 장비의 적정성은 3.88점을 보였고, 교수 수의 적성성은 3.53점을 보였으며, 표준화된 교육프로그램의 운영은 3.74 점으로 확인되었다. 기초구급실무의 충분한 이해와 효과적인 대응을 위해서 교육 운영 시간과 구급장비 및 담당교 수의 수를 늘려야 한다. The present study is conducted to present basic data necessary for educational operation by identifying the current state and actual conditions of first-aid practice education in the educational process for newly commissioned firefighters. As a result, it was found that the level of knowledge on first-aid practice was low(2.24 points) and the importance of first-aid activities in the field activity was recognized as high(4.64 points). Professors have the level of knowledge required for the educational operation of both theory(4.85 points) and practice(4.84 points). In addition, the appropriateness of the first-aid equipment was found to be 3.88 points, the aptitude of the number of professors 3.53 points, and the operation of the standardized educational program 3.74 points. For a sufficient understanding of basic first-aid practice and effective response, education hours and the number of first-aid equipment and professors in charge of the relevant field should be increased.

인테리어 쇼룸의 서비스케이프와 고객만족, 재이용의도, 추천의도에 관한 구조적 영향관계 실증분석 -수출 침구업체 A사를 대상으로-

Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the influence relationship between the servicescape of the interior showroom, customer satisfaction, reuse intention, recommendation intention. Research Methods: The subjects of this study were 316 customers who visited a store in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, respectively, and consisted of a convenience sampling method. For data analysis, the SPSS Statistics 23.0 statistical package program was used. Results in Research: Among the servicescape factors in the interior showroom space, the surrounding environment and design environment did not significantly affect customer satisfaction, but the service environment and cleanliness environment had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on reuse intention and recommendation intention. Research Conclusion: We have confirmed that the service environment and clean environment have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction formed at this time led to reuse intention and recommendation intention, indicating that it is also effective in long-term customer relationship management. 본 연구는 수출과 내수를 병행하고 있는 침구업체 인테리어 쇼룸을 방문한 고객들을 대상으로 서비스케이프가 고객만족과 재이용의도, 추천의도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 서울과 경기도 각각 한 매장씩선정하여 편의추출한 방문 고객 중 316명을 대상으로 2022년 11월 1일부터 20일까지 진행한 설문조사 통해수집한 응답지 중 316부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 또한 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 데이터 코딩을 거쳐SPSS23 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석을 하였고 AMOS22 프로그램을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석을 통해신뢰도와 타당성을 확인한 후 구조모형을 사용해 가설검정을 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 인테리어 매장공간의 서비스케이프의 세부요인 중 주변환경, 디자인환경은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 서비스환경, 청결환경은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 그리고 고객만족은 재이용의도와 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 결론에서 연구결과가 지니는 의미와 한계점에 대해 논의하였다.
