        어린이 영양교육 실태 및 영양상태 분석

        This study investigated the nutrition education realities and nutrition status of children in community child centers, by analyzing the status of nutrition education, nutrition quotient (NQ), and the level of maintaining dietary guidelines. The subjects were 173 children from grades 1 to 6, enrolled in community child centers, Jinju, Kyungnam. The NQ was examined by a questionnaire, which was a checklist of 19 food behavior items. The distribution of scores (out of 100) in the nutrition quotient were as follows: total score of NQ was 59.4, balance 56.6, diversity 60.6, moderation 65.6, regularity 60.9, and practice 56.7. Nutrition quotient was higher in the higher graders due to significant differences in the area of variety. The level of maintaining dietary guidelines was higher in girls, especially in the area 'eat politely with family', and higher amongst the upper graders in the area 'have safe snack wisely'. To improve the eating habits and nutritional status of the children in community child centers, their nutritional state should be checked with regular and systematic education, and their nutritional management should be pursued continuously. Since the assessment of the eating behaviors and the nutritional state of children is important at home as well as in schools and community child centers, nutritional education should be further extended to the parents and their care givers. This study can be implemented as basic material for the nutritional education of children, to minimize the dangers of malnutrition and to help build up the right eating habits amongst children in community child centers.

      • 소양강댐 주변지역 노인의 삶의 질

        본 연구는 초고령사회에 이미 진입한 춘천시 신북읍과 소양강댐 건설로 고립된 북산면 지역 거주 노인의 삶의 질을 파악하여, 지역 맟춤형 복지제도와 서비스의 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 시도되었다. 이를 위해, 삶의 질은 건강, 경제, 사회, 심리, 환경의 5개 차원으로 구분하여 65세 이상의 신북읍과 북산면 거주 노인 각 100명을 대상으로 2014년 8월 한 달 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 소양강댐 주변 거주 노인이 전국의 읍면부 거주 노인에 비해 독립적으로 생활하기 더 어렵고, 더 빈곤한 상태이며, 사회적 지원이 부족하며, 지역사회의 시설들을 이용하기에도 더 불편함을 겪는 것으로 드러났다. 그리고 북산면 거주 노인의 삶의 질이 신북읍 거주 노인의 삶의 질에 비해 더 열악하였다. 따라서 소양강댐 주변지역에 거주하는 노인들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 복지제도의 개선과 서비스 개발이 필요하며 이를 위해서는 지역적 특성을 반영하여야 함을 재확인하였다. 이와 동시에 신북읍과 북산면 거주 노인들이 더 나이가 들더라도 자신이 살던 곳에서 계속 머물러 살면서 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 Aging in Place를 가능하게 하는 방향에서 노인복지 제도와 노인복지서비스 개발과 확대를 모색하여야 함을 제안하였으며, 본 연구가 이를 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다. This research attempted to provide basic data for the development of a local-customized welfare system and service in the Shinbuck-town and Bucksan-township-a districts, which are isolated due to the construction of Soyang River Dam and which have reached the level of a super-aged society. For the research, a survey was conducted for the whole month of August 2014 among the elderly over 65 years old residing in Shinbuck-town and Bucksan-township. The quality of life of the survey respondents was examined in five dimensions: health, economy, social activity and social support, psychology, and community environment. Overall, the quality of life of the elderly living around Soyang River Dam was inferior to that of the elderly living in the other rural areas in South Korea. Moreover, the quality of life of the elderly living in Bucksan-town was lower than that of the elderly living in Shinbuck-township. Therefore, it was acknowledged that there is a definite need for a local-customized welfare system and service to improve the quality of life of the elderly living in both regions. It was also found that the elderly living in Shinbuck-town and Bucksan-township need “aging in place” support through the local-customized welfare system and service. This research is significant in that it provided basic data on the quality of life of the elderly living in Shinbuck-town and Bucksan-township.

      • 高等學校 物理敎科의 實驗에 관한 硏究

        In this study, I compared the quantity and contents of experiments in current physics text books with those of old text books and considered text book experments in several aspects to search ways which improve text book experiments for the better so high school students can study physics more inqusitively. The results of thes study are as following. 1. The number of experiments for group activities has increased in current text books but the contents are the same as in old text books. 2.「Science Ⅱ-1」and「Physics」include about 50% of PSSC experiments. The students should be directed not to do many experiments but to do a few inquisitive experiments. 3. The standard instrument table for high school course publised by the education authorities should be improved to be suitable for the current text-books.
