      • 2차원 동영상으로부터 객체 기반의 3차원 입체 변환 기법

        객체 기반의 3차원 입체 변환 기법은 연속적으로 입력되는 2D 동영상에서 객체를 추출하여 입체 영상으로 변환하는 기법을 말한다. 두 눈에 투시되는 각 객체마다 서로 다른 시차를 가져야 입체감을 느낄 수 있다. 따라서 2D 영상에서 정확한 객체를 추출하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 프레임간의 차이를 이용하여 대략의 움직이는 객체 영역을 얻고, 그래프 컷 알고리즘을 사용하여 정확하고 안정적인 객체를 자동으로 추출한다. 스크린과 양안 사이의 거리를 고려하여 입체 영상을 만들어 낸다. 후처리 단계에서는 입체 영상을 만들어 내면서 생긴 빈 공간을 채운다. 실험에서는 2D 영상으로부터 입체 영상을 생성한 것을 보여 준다.

        정규직 초기경력자 직무만족 변화 패턴 유형에 직업선택동기가 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 첫 직장에 정규직으로 입직한 초기경력자들의 입직 후 약 4년간의 직무만족 변화 패턴을 분석하고 직업선택동기가 이들의 직무만족 변화 패턴에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 자료 분석에는 한국고용정보원의 청년패널조사 2007(Youth Panel 2007, YP2007)에서 선발된 558명의 응답이 이용되었다. 반복 측정된 변인의 성장 패턴에 기반하여 표본의 잠재집단을 구명하는 통계방법인 잠재계층성장모형(Latent Class Growth Analysis)을 이용하여 초기경력자들의 직무만족 변화 패턴의 잠재집단을 구명한 결과, 본 연구의 표본은 ‘고수준유지(49.0%)’, ‘증가(15.9%)’, ‘중간수준감소(15.5%)’, ‘중간수준유지(12.2%)’, ‘고수준감소(7.4%)’의 5개 잠재집단으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 6개의 직업선택동기(내재적 동기, 외재적 동기, 애국․봉사 동기, 개인주의적 직업 환경, 적은 신체활동 요구, 타인에 대한 영향력)를 잠재계층성장모형에 공변인으로써 투입하여 각 직업선택동기 변인이 개인의 집단 소속에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 고수준유지 집단을 준거집단으로 한 다항로짓분석 결과, 내재적 동기는 중간수준유지 집단에 속할 오즈에 부적 영향과 고수준감소 집단에 속할 오즈에 정적 영향을, 애국․봉사 동기는 중간수준유지집단에 속할 오즈에 부적 영향을, 적은 신체활동 요구는 고수준 감소집단에 속할 오즈에 부적영향을, 타인에 대한 영향력 동기는 증가 집단과 중간수준감소 집단에 속할 오즈에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과에 기반한 논의점과 시사점 등이 제시되었다. Using a Korean national database—Youth Panel 2007(YP2007)—this study identifies an underlying classification of the job satisfaction change patterns of early-career Korean employees during the first four years of their first jobs. Five distinct patterns of early-career employees’ job satisfaction change patterns are revealed through latent class growth analysis (LCGA). Then added to the LCGA model as covariates are the following six job choice motivation variables: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, altruistic motivation, individualistic occupational environment, influence on others, and little physical activities. A majority of the sample (49.0%) fell into the “high-level-sustained” group in which early-career employees’ job satisfaction consistently remain high. Other-half of the sample consisted of “increase group” (15.9%), “mid-level-decrease group” (15.5%), “mid-level-sustained group” (12.2%), and “high-level-decrease group” (7.4%). After the application of multinomial logistic regression with the high-level-sustained group as a reference group, findings suggest that those with high intrinsic motivation are more likely to belong to the high-level-decrease group but less likely to fall into mid-level-sustained group. Similarly, those with high altruistic motivation were less likely to exhibit the mid-level sustained pattern. Those with high motivation to influence others tended to show less of both the increase pattern and the mid-level-decrease pattern. Last, those who had greater motivation in little physical activities showed a lower tendency of exhibiting the high-level-decrease pattern. Limitations of the present study and suggestions for future research are provided.

        조선후기 분주인(分主人)의 존재양태와 활동양상 연구 -공인문기(貢人文記)를 중심으로-

        This thesis examines the existence and activities of bunjuin through analysis of the content of tribute merchant documents and the various rights documents. Bunjuin is a term referring to a person who has paid a certain rent and has acted as a substitute for the rights of tribute merchant(貢人權) and the rights of master of commercial rights(主人權). This is understood as an indicator of the phenomenon that in the late Joseon Dynasty, it was differentiated into the rights owners and agents of the business. However, as a result of analyzing the core concept `分` of bunjuin, it was used as the meaning of the management of the commercial rights or the value of tribute goods which was paid by the state. The fact that the country paid the value of tribute goods(貢價) to bunjuin at that time is considered to be an important clue that bunjuin can be conceptualized as a tribute merchant without ownership. Bunjuin in the archives showed a wide variety of features. bunjuin is often found in the case when a tribute merchant or master of the commercial rights has sold his ownership, but continues to work with that tribute merchant as bunjuin. This can be regarded as a phenomenon in which the existing tribute merchant or master of commercial rights is collapsing due to economic difficulties, but in the concrete case bunjuin, it was analyzed as a active management aspect. In particular, when analyzing the actual transaction contents of refundable sales documents (還退賣買文書), there are cases in which tribute merchant of the original owners or masters of commercial rights are bunjuin, lending the ownership and borrowing money from the buyer. There were also many cases in which the owner of tribute merchant rights and bunjuin were family members or relatives. This can be seen as a difficulty in separating ownership and management, as well as examples of rights-backed loans through repurchase transactions. On the other hand, the double transaction of bunjuin can be found in case of dispute. The reason for this phenomenon is that, first, transactions that did not go through the notarization of the government in ownership transactions of each owner were common. Secondly, it was related to the fraudulent transaction of bunjuin, which was described in the name of the agent or in the passive position to transfer ownership. In the case of document forgery of bunjuin, fraudulent transactions of bunjuin was done under the acquiescence of the subordinates. Despite the risk of fraudulent transactions, rights buyers frequently registered or changed the name of the agent on the list of government officials. This was due to the expertise of tribute merchant business, the complexity of the payment of tribute goods value, the undifferentiated form of ownership and management, the incomplete rights of new owners, and the ownership of bunjuin.

        미국 대학생의 한국 고등학교에서의 교차문화적(Cross-Cultural) 교육 실습 경험에 대한 연구

        This study explored American student teachers' cross-cultural teaching experiences during a one-month teaching internship program at a Korean high school. The interviews with four participants on various teaching internship activities in and out of classroom settings, particularly in regard to their cross-cultural experiences, were collected and analyzed through a thematic analysis. The key findings focused on how the participants' cross-cultural encounters and their adjustments in different school climate, relationship between teacher and students, and teaching English learners during the internship. The participants learned how to be flexible in changing their mindsets and behaviors according to the different cultural context. The participants also learned to see the world through the eyes of the students, while they developed worldwide friendship with the students. It is implied that such experiences made the participants prepared for culturally responsive teaching in their future classrooms. The study's findings provide some important insights into teacher education programs or experiential learning programs that promote culturally responsive classrooms in the multicultural context.
