Day-time broadcasting of Korean television was allowed in full scale on Dec. 1, 2005. It was the allowance of day-time broadcasting from noon to 4 pm which had been suspended before. It is general to expect that longer time of broadcasting would encourage more diversity in its programs. However, we cannot predicate that the general expectation will come true without any analyses. On the contrary, there is also a concern that the diversity will even decrease no matter how long it may be. Therefore, the analysis of programming can be one of the best ways to observe the change of diversity level. This study provides the analysis of programming before and after the extension of day-time broadcasting from the viewpoint of diversity. The result shows that the diversity level within channel tended to decrease compared to the diversity level before the extension of day-time broadcasting whereas the diversity level between channels increases.
16주 복합운동프로그램을 통한 저체력군 고등학생의 대사증후군 지표와 자율신경계의 변화

본 연구의 목적은 PAPS를 실시하여 4, 5급에 해당하는 저체력군 학생을 대상으로 16주 복합운동프로그램을 통해 대사증후군과 자율신경계에 어떠한 변화가 나타나는가를 규명하는 것이다. 16주 복합운동프로그램은 주 5회에 걸쳐 준비운동, 본운동, 정리운동으로 구성하고 1회 50분씩 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 19.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 모든 종속변인들의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였다. 샤피로-윌크 검정값을 이용하여 정규성 검정을 실시하였고, 복합운동집단과 통제집단의 모평균 차이를 위하여 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 16주 복합운동프로그램 전 후 각 집단 내변인들의 변화를 알아보기 위해 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 모든 통계치의 유의수준은 ${\alpha}$=.05로 처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구 결과 대사증후군 지표에서는 허리둘레, 중성지방, 공복혈당, HDL-C에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 자율신경계 요인에서는 통계적으로 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나 저체력군 고등학생에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 사료되어 진다. The aim of this study is to closely examine the changes in their metabolic syndrome index and autonomic nerve systems after the 16-weeks's combined exercise program is carried out on low-level physical strength group (PAPS 4-5 level students). They were divided into two groups; exercise training group (15) and control group (15). This program consisted of five-times-a-week's warm-ups, main activities and warm-downs and it takes 50 minutes per trial. Through SPSS 19.0, all averages and standard deviations of dependent variables were calculated. We first performed Shapiro-Wilk's normality test of the variables. Before verifying the effect of combined exercise program, we tested the equality of means of the variables between combined-exercise-programmed-group and control group through a two-sample t-test and carried out a paired t-test to check if the changes in the variables of two groups before and after 16 weeks are statistically significant. Every statistical test is performed at a significance level of ${\alpha}$=.05. The results are as follows. When it came to metabolic syndrome index, there were statistically meaningful changes in waist measurement, triglyceride, glucose with empty stomach and HDL-C. Also, when it came to autonomic nerve system, there were meaningful changes in all variables. Consequently, it seems that the 16-weeks combined exercise program has positive effects on low level physical strength students.

In spray pyrolysis, the effects of the preparation temperature, flow rate of the carrier gas and concentration of the spray solution on characteristics such as the morphology, size, and emission intensity of $Ca_8Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu^{2+}$ phosphor powders under long-wavelength ultraviolet light were investigated. The phosphor powders obtained post-treatment had a range of micron sizes with regular morphologies. However, the composition, crystal structure and photoluminescence intensity of the phosphor powders were affected by the preparation conditions of the precursor powders. The $Ca_8Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu^{2+}$ phosphor powders prepared at temperatures that were lower and higher than $700^{\circ}C$ had low photoluminescence intensities due to deficiencies related to the of Cl component. The phosphor powders with the deficient Cl component had impurity peaks of $Ca_2SiO_4$. The optimum flow rates of the carrier gas in the preparation of the $Ca_8Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu^{2+}$ phosphor powders with high photoluminescence intensities and regular morphologies were between 40 and 60 l/minute. Phosphor powders prepared from a spray solution above 0.5 M had regular morphologies and high photoluminescence intensities.
고속선 터널내 궤도 형식에 따른 궤도 구성품의 진동 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, an experimental study is carried out to analyze the vibration characteristics of components of the ballast track and the slab track layed in HSL tunnels. According to vibration level test of ballast tracks and concrete tracks on HSL, the vertical vibration level of rails on concrete tracks is 6.2㏈ more than that on ballast tracks, and especially on 50~80㎐ frequency band, the difference is more than 6㏈. The orther track components according to track type are appeared to be smaller on the slab track than on the ballast track. Regarding car body vibration, 80㎐ component, which was not remarkable while running on open tracks, is considerably amplified in tunnels where concrete tracks are laid.
분무열분해공정 하에서 합성 조건이 열원 소재로서의 Fe 분말 특성에 미치는 영향

Fe powders with elongated and aggregated structure as heat pellet material for thermal battery applications were prepared by spray pyrolysis under various preparation conditions. The precursor powders with spherical shapes and hollow morphologies turned into Fe powders after reduction at a temperature of 615$^{\circ}C$ under 20% $H_2$/Ar gas. The powders had pure Fe crystal structures irrespective of the preparation conditions of the precursor powders in the spray pyrolysis. The morphologies and mean sizes of the Fe powders are affected by the preparation conditions of the precursor powders in the spray pyrolysis. Therefore, the ignition sensitivities and the burn rates of the heat pellets formed from the Fe powders prepared by spray pyrolysis are affected by the preparations of the precursor powders. The Fe powders prepared under the optimum preparation conditions have a BET surface area of 2.9 $m^2g^1$. The heat pellets prepared from the Fe powders with elongated and aggregated structure have a good ignition sensitivity of 1.1W and a high burn rate of 18 $cms^1$.
