플랜트 산업의 e-Biz화를 위한 구매 Process System 개발

B2C(Business to Customer)로 시작되어온 전자상거래가 B2B로 대체되면서 e-Business영역에서 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 대기업을 중심으로 자체 구매조달 시스템을 자사 ERP와 연계하여 1:n개념의 e-Procurement가 발전되고 있다. 그러나 플랜트 산업의 e-Biz의 활성화를 위하여서는 동시에 많은 구매자와 판매자가 활동할 수 있는 e-marketplace의 구축이 확장된 기업개념으로 비즈니스의 성공을 위한 핵심요인이 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 플랜트 산업의 e-Biz화의 핵심 요소인 구매 Process System 및 관련 Module을 개발함으로써 플랜트 산업의 e-Transformation전략의 기틀을 마련하고 기업의 전자상거래의 시범적인 사례가 될 것으로 기대한다. 구매 Process System은 견적요청서를 중심으로 입찰정보와 계약정보를 관리하는 e-Purchasing Module, 납기준수를 위한 정보활동 내역을 관리하는 e-Expediting Module, 사용자인증 권한 제어 정보를 관리하는 e-Certification Module, 게시판과 Q&A등을 관리하는 e-Basic Module로 구성된다. Since B2C(Business to Customer) from which e-commerce had originated was replaced by B2B, e-Business has shown fast growth so far. Recently, e-Procurement by 1:n concept is on the development as self-purchase system associated with their own ERP in many conglomerates in the Korean market. However, in order to vitalize e-Biz in the plant industry, we need to set up e-marketplaces where many sellers and buyers can meet each other at the same time, which has become the essential part for success as an expanded business model. In this paper, we expect that the foundation for e-transformation in the plant industry is set up by developing Purchase Process System and related modules as the prerequisite for e-Biz in the plant industry, and this report will provide an exemplary model for e-commerce. The Purchase Process System consists of 1) e-Purchasing Module that manages bidding and contract information based on quotation inquiry, 2) e-Expediting Module that manages information to guarantee the on-time delivery, 3) e-Certification Module that controls user authentification, 4) e-Basic Module that manages the bulletin boards, Q&A, etc.

학교장의 교사전문성 향상 촉진 행위의 효과에 대한 비교문화적 재조명: 권력거리와 개인주의 문화차원을 중심으로

본 연구는 학교장의 교수지도성 효과가 국가의 문화적 맥락에 따라 상이한 양상을 보일 가 능성을 실증적으로 검토하기 위한 하나의 탐색적 시도로서, 학교장 교수지도성 행위의 핵심 항목인 교수전문성 향상 촉진 행위가 교사의 효능감에 미치는 영향을 비교문화적 관점에서 재조명하였다. 이를 위해 Hofstede의 문화차원 국제비교 데이터와 OECD의 교수학습 국제조 사(TALIS) 데이터를 결합하여 21개국에 걸친 방대한 자료를 구성한 뒤 위계선형모형을 통해 이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학교장의 교수전문성 향상 촉진 행위가 교사의 효능감에 미치는 영향은 국가 간 편차를 보였으며, 이러한 편차는 상당한 정도로 각국의 문화적 권력거리 및 문화적 개인주의 수준과 같은 사회의 문화적 맥락의 함수인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 영미문화권 기반 지도성 이론의 외현을 건설적으로 확장할 수 있는 보다 종합적인 관 점의 정교화 필요성을 시사한다. This study examined the possibility that principal leadership effectiveness significantly varies depending on national cultural contexts across countries. As an exploratory endeavor in this direction, this study focused on principals' behavior to inform teachers about possibilities for updating their knowledge and skills – a central aspect of instructional leadership. Special analytic attention was given to how the same behavior of principals would yield varying effects on teacher efficacy depending on national cultural contexts. Data for the study were prepared by linking Hofstede's cultural comparison data to OECD's Teaching and Learning International Survey data. As a result, multi-level data for 21 countries were analyzed based on hierarchical linear modeling. The results indicated that considerable variation existed between countries in terms of principal leadership effectiveness. Further, a large part of such variation was systematically explained by cultural variables – power distance and individualism. The findings of this study sheds light on the quest for cross-cultural comparative analyses of educational leadership as they can provide useful insight into how to expand and enrich our perspectives on leadership and its effectiveness in school settings.
