사회 경제적인 환경변화로 인해 사용자의 요구조건이 다양해지고 있지만 설계 시 다양해진 사용자의 요구조건을 제대로 반영하지 못하여 잦은 설계변경이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 사용자의 요구조건을 파악하고, 파악된 각각의 요구조건을 성능항목으로 전환한 뒤, 사용자와 실무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 각각의 중요도를 측정하였다. 이렇게 측정된 각각의 중요도를 비교 분석하여 향후 설계 시 고려하여야 할 사항을 제시하였다. User's requirements are rapidly diversed by economic and social changes. Architect, however, doesn't well reflect user's required performance on the drawings in practical business, so that it causes many change orders. For this reason, this paper identified user's requirements through extensive literature review and convert users' requirements into the performance items in order to measure the weight through the survey from users and experts. The purpose of this paper is to provide a guidance for design through the comparing and analyzing the user's weight and expert's weight.

Strain gauge를 사용한 임플랜트 인상법의 정확도 비교

The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of 3 implant impression methods by using strain gauge. The models used for this study were partially edentulous mandibular acrylic resin casts Model A, with two abutment analogs in #46,47 extraction site, represented two implant parallel to to the adjacent natural tooth. Model B represent an anterior implant parallel to the adjacene natural tooth and a posterior implant exhibiting a 15-degree lingual inclination. Master framework were fabricated on the master model, and 3 strain gauges were attached to a master framwork to determine the passivity of fit of the framework to sample casts made by the three impression techniques. The master framework was attached to each sample cast with gold screws, which were tightened with the torque driver to ensure a consistent toque application of 10 Ncm. Universal Digital Measuring System UCAM-5BT was used for strain measuring. Impression techniques studid were : 1. unsplinted tapered impression coping, polyvinyl siloxane, stock tray 2. unsplinted squared impression coping, polyether, custom tray 3. squared impression coping splinted with Duralay resin, polyether, custom tray Through analysis on data from this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean strain recorded from the sample casts made with the tree impression. But only strain values of model A(parallel group) Y-axis was signifcantly differed between Technique 1 and 3(P<0.05). 2. There was no statistically significant difference between model A(parallel group) and model B(15-degree divergent group).

화학기상증착법을 이용하여 이중 게이트 구조에 탄소나노튜브를 직접 성장시켰으며, 제작된 FEA는 91%의 픽셀간 균일도, 스캔 전압 70V 미만, 데이터 전압 30V 미만을 실현하였다. 또한 0.699mm pixel ptich의 동영상 이미지 구현을 시연하였다.

미국내 여론 동향과 대미 공공외교의 방향

북한의 핵미사일이 미국에 위협을 줄 수 있는 수준으로 발전됨에 따라 이제는 미국의 일반 국민도 북한의 위협을 명확히 인식하고 그 대응방안에 대해서 의견을 형성하기 시작하였다. 따라서 미국의 일반 국민을 더 이상 ‘지식’ 공공외교나 ‘문화’ 공공외교의 대상으로만 간주할 수 없으며 그들과 우리의 정책에 관하여 소통하는 ‘정책’ 공공외교를 수행할 필요가 있다. 여론조사에 의하면 미국 국민은 북핵의 위협이나 한미동맹의 중요성, 북한이 비핵화하는 경우에 대한 대응방안에 대해서 정파를 초월하여 공통된 인식과 단합된 대응을 하는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 중간선거 이후 민주당이 하원을 장악하여 민주당 지지자들의 목소리가 커지더라도 미국의 대북정책에서는 돌발변수가 되지 않을 가능성이 크다. 여론조사에 의하면 미국 국민은 북한 비핵화에 대한 보상조치로 북미 수교나 주한미군의 ‘부분적’ 철수는 지지하지만, 경제적 지원은 주저하며 주한미군의 전면적 철수는 지지하지 않는다. 이런 여론을 염두에 두고 비핵화 협상에 임하고 공공외교를 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. As North Korea has developed nuclear missiles to the extent that they could threaten the United States, the American public has come to recognize the North Korean threat clearly and map out how to respond to it. Therefore, they can no longer be approached merely in terms of “knowledge public diplomacy” or “cultural public diplomacy.” It is time to carry out “policy public diplomacy” to communicate with them and coordinate the policies of the two countries. According to an opinion poll, the American public seem to have a shared supra-partisan consensus about the North Korean nuclear threat, the importance of the ROK-US alliance, and countermeasures needed to counter North Korea’s nuclear weapons. Even if the Democrats call the tune by seizing control of the House of Representatives after the midterm elections, they are unlikely to bring any unexpected change to U.S. policy toward North Korea. According to a survey, Americans support the establishment of diplomatic ties with North Korea, or a partial withdrawal of U.S. troop from the South as a compensation measure for North Korea’s nuclear disarmament; but remain lukewarm toward economic support for the North and disapprove of a total withdrawal of U.S. forces from the Korean peninsula. South Korea should bear this in mind when engaging in negotiations to denuclearize the North and pursuing public diplomacy.

핵폐기 사례연구: 남아프리카공화국 사례의 함의와 한계

남아프리카공화국은 핵무기를 개발하고 스스로 폐기한 유일한 국가이다. 따라서 북한이 ``왜,`` ``어떻게`` 핵을 폐기할 것인지를 예측하고, 폐기를 유도하기 위해서 남아프리카공화국의 사례를 살펴보지 않을 수 없다. 그러나 남아프리카공화국이 유일한 사례이므로 비교분석을 통해 불필요한 인과변수와 부정확한 모델을 추려내는 것이 힘들다. 그 결과 다양한, 심지어 상호모순적인 설명이 존재하는데, 기존 설명은 크게 핵폐기 결정이 안보위협이 감소한 결과라는 설명과 안보위협의 감소와는 상관없다는 설명으로 양분된다. 안보위협 감소와 관계없다는 설명을 다시 세분하면 핵폐기를 드 클레르크 대통령이 추진했다는 설명, 군이 요구했다는 설명, 미국 정부가 압력을 넣었다는 설명, 아프리카민족회의가 요구했다는 설명 등이 있다. 남아프리카공화국의 사례가 주는 함의는 첫째, 안보위협의 감소가 반드시 북한의 핵폐기를 유도하지 않을 수 있다. 따라서 소극적 안전보장의 제공만으로 핵폐기를 유도하는 것이 용이하지 않을 수 있다. 둘째, 체제의 변화 없이 리더십 변화만으로도 핵폐기가 가능할 수 있다. 하지만 북한에 어떤 지도자가 등장하느냐는 외부에서 결정할 수 있는 사안이 아니다. 셋째, 개혁과 개방을 지향하는 지도자가 등장하여 국제규범을 준수하고자 하는 경우, 이에 대해 꼭 신뢰할 수 있는 보상이 있어야 한다. 넷째, 북한이 자신의 이미지를 ``정상국가``와 ``국제사회의 일원``으로 새로 정립할 때 핵폐기가 따를 가능성이 크다. 마지막으로, 북한의 핵폐기를 위해서는 경제적 보상과 안보적 보장이 필요할 수 있다는 점에서 우크라이나의 경험에서도 시사점을 찾을 수 있다. South Africa is the first and only known country that has built and then dismantled its nuclear arsenal. As we discuss how and why North Korea might give up its nuclear weapons, South Africa`s decision is worth a close examination. Multiple explanations exist for South Africa`s decision, some of which are mutually contradictory. This is inevitable for a single case, however. In this essay, existing explanations for South Africa`s decision are grouped into two broad types. The first type argues that the decision came as a result of a reduction in external threat, while the second type explains the decision through factors unrelated to security. To be more specific, second-type explanations point to President de Klerk`s leadership, demand from the military, pressure from the U.S. government, and pressure from the ANC as the causes for the decision. The South Africa case has the following potential implications for North Korea. First, improved security may not necessarily lead North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons. This means, among others, that negative security guarantee may be of limited use. Second, nuclear rollback may not require a regime change; it may just need a change in leadership. Unfortunately for us, we have little, if not zero, influence over the North Korean leadership let alone its change. Third, the international community must make credible commitments to reward a North Korean leader who decides to reform and liberalize North Korea and also to abide by international norm. Fourth, North Korea is likely to dismantle its nuclear arsenal when it redefines its identity as a ``normal state`` and a ``member of the international community.`` Lastly, since North Korea`s nuclear rollback is likely to involve economic compensation and security guarantee, the Ukraine case may be also relevant.
