In the modern society, it is necessary to basically change the concept of propriety rights, the legal structure, and the social process dominated by premodernism. When the absolutism in properity rights is strictly observed in premodernism, the human rights required in the free, democratic society will be hardly animated by letting the haves, the strong dominate the have-nots, the weak. In legal actions in the modern social life, the contract for consumption loan is predominantly practiced, whereas the promise for payment in substitutes accompanies it in general. In practicing the "Promise for Payment in Substitutes", although there exist preposterously unjust phenomena between the obligator - debtor- havenot - weak and the obligee - creditor -have- strong in Korea today, no result has been achieved to correct them through the social justice and/or the legal order. In order to lead the unjustice to the justice, there must be a change in the legal theory for the "Promise for Payment in Substitutes" and the kernel to materialize the reform must be centered on the principle of equity, the principle of good public order and customs, and the development of the rational industrial society. The equity, the good public order and customs, and the rationalism ought to be practiced and materialized in the best consideration of conscience, morality, logicality, lawfulness and the development of the industrial society, agreeable for both the obligator and the obligee. And the application and operation of legal interpretation should be directed toward the realization of all these elements.
착륙시작 고도 변화에 적응하는 전기비행체의 자동 착륙 알고리즘 설계 : 측풍을 고려한 경우

본 논문은 전기 비행체 (EAV) 의 자동 착륙 시스템 설계에 대해 논하고자 한다. 착륙 비행에서 종운동의 경우는 활공경로 (Glide slope) 와 플레어 (Flare)로 구성되며, 횡 운동의 경우, 본 논문에서는, 횡방향 유도(Lateral Guidance)로직을 새롭게 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 하나의 지정된 착륙 시작 고도를 사용하지 않고, 착륙이 가능한 영역을 지정하였다. 전기 비행체가 지정된 영역에 위치하면, 비행체의 현재 위치 정보를 이용하여 착륙 비행의 궤적을 생성한다. 활주로 방향과 횡방향 오차를 갖고 착륙을 위해 접근하는 경우, 본 논문에서 제안한 횡방향 유도기법으로 방위각을 생성하여 착지하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 실제 비행에서는 측풍의 영향을 받을 것으로 가정하고 수행한 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 알 수 있는 것은 비록 측풍이 있더라도 지정한 착륙 가능영역에 위치한 전기 비행체는 그 고도궤적을 잘 추종하여 착지함을 알 수 있다. In this paper, automatic landing control design problem for an unmanned electric aerial vehicle(EAV) is studied. In the landing maneuver, glide slope and flare are needed in longitudinal motion, and lateral guidance logic, which is newly designed in this paper, is needed in lateral motion. The landing algorithm proposed in this paper allows a region of altitude and lateral deviation within which it is possible for EAV to take land. This algorithm automatically generates the landing trajectory by using the information of current position of EAV. Lateral guidance logic proposed here generates heading command to capture the landing trajectory in exponential fashion. The nonlinear simulation of EAV demonstrated that the automatic landing algorithm is effective to the case where 2m/sec crosswind and lateral deviation from the landing trajectory.
Reconstruction of the Lower Extremity with the Microsurgical Technique

본 연세대학교 의과대학 정형외과학교실에서는 1982년에서 1989년 사이에 모두 160건의 미세수술기법을 이용한 하지 재건술을 시행하였다. 이들중 남자가 96건, 여자가 64건이었으며 이들의 평균연령은 23.8세이고, 약 21.4개월의 치유 관찰기간을 두었다. 원인으로는 교통사고가 118건, 종양이 18건, 작업장손상이 12건, 화상 5건, 폭발사고가 2건이며 기타 9건이었다. 이중 견갑피판이식이 55건, 서혜부피판이식이 35건, 유리 혈관부착 골피판이식이 23건, 견갑피판이식이 18건, 견갑부 및 광배근 복합피판이 9건, 분절절제술 및 회전재접합술이 8건이었다. 모두 134건에서 성공적인 치유를 경험하였으며, 기능 및 외관에서 모두 좋은 성적을 거두었다. 유리 혈관부착 골피판을 이용한 미세수술적 하지재건술을 광범위한 골결손과 손상 신경재건 및 여러차례의 재건술이 필요한 경우에 좋은 적응증이 되며 이러한 미세수술적 하지재건술은 광범위한 골결손과 손상신경재건 및 여러차례의 재건술이 필요한 경우에 좋은 적응증이 되며 이러한 점에서 상기기법으로 한번의 재건술이라는 장점을 지닌다. One hundred and sixty patients had reconstructive surgery of the lower extremity with the microsurgical technique at the department of orthopaedic surgery, Yonsei University College of Medicine from 1982 to 1989. There were ninty-six cases of men and sixty-four cases of women, in which the mean age was 23.8 years. These patients were followed for 21.4 months. The causes were 114 cases from traffic accidents, 18 cases from tumors, 12 cases from machinery injuries, 5 cases from burns, 2 cases from explosive injuries, and 9 cases from other reasons. There were 55 cases of scapular flap, 35 cases of groin flap, 23 cases of free vascularized osteocutaneous flap, 18 cases of parascapular flap, 9 cases of combined scapular and latissimus dorsi flaps, and 8 cases of segmental resection and rotationplasty. Success in reconstructive surgery with the microsurgical technique was achieved in one hundred and thirty four cases, and function and cosmetic results were excellent. Free vascularized flap with development of the microsurgical technique has taken an important role in reconstruction of large extremity defects where skin graft and distant flap were not applicable. Reconstruction of the lower extremity with the microsurgical technique is indicated with free vascularized osteocutaneous flap when there is a large defect of bone, a need for injured nerve replacement, and in the case of needed multiple staged operations. In these instences, this technique is regarded as simple one-staged reconstructive surgery.
