Fresnel and Fresnel convolution algorithms for numerical reconstruction of a digital hologram of a precise reference target (USAF 1951) have been developed. Also, the contrasts of the reconstructed images have been enhanced by applying a spatial-frequency filtering method. To confirm the precision of the developed algorithms, we compared the linewidths of reconstrated target with the linewidths of the reference target, and the linewidths of the reconstructed target matched well with the precisely known linewidths of the reference target, within 2 pixels in the reconstruction plane, corresponding to the edge determination error. 정밀 시험 표적(USAF 1951)에 대한 수치적 디지털 홀로그램 재생알고리즘 개발을 위해 프레넬 컨벌루션, 프레넬 방법과 같은알고리즘들이 사용되었다. 또한, 공간 주파수 필터링 방법을 적용하여디지털 홀로그램 재생 영상의 대비 극대화를 하였으며, 개발된알고리즘의 정확성을 확인하기 위하여 정밀 시험 표적을 사용하여재생상으로부터 얻은 시험표적의 선폭 크기와 비교 하였다. 재생된 물체재생상의 크기는 알려진 정밀 시험 표적 선폭 크기와 재생상의 에지 검출오차인 화소갯수 2개 내에서 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

As an extension of existing medical services, the mobile medical platform uses mobile Internet terminals as a carrier to build a real-time, dynamic medical service platform. It shares medical resources with brick-and-mortar hospitals. And it has become a powerful tool for people to obtain and use medical health information and services. However, mobile medical APPs suffer from poor user experience and low user stickiness. Therefore, this study focuses on the factors that affect the user experience of the mobile medical platform, aiming to improve the user experience and enhance the user stickiness of the mobile medical platform. It constructs a theoretical model of the factors influencing the user experience of mobile medical platforms from a health literacy perspective. To test the hypothesized model, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 305 users about the platform usage of the mobile medical platform. At the same time, we empirically tested the constructed model using the research tools AMOS and SPSS. The results of the data analysis showed that most of the hypotheses were supported. Specifically, visual attractiveness has a significant positive effect on user experience; demand satisfaction has a significant positive effect on user experience; health information acquisition ability in the health literacy construct has a positive effect on the user experience through the full mediating effect of demand satisfaction. However, the health information evaluation and utilization ability in the health literacy construct had no significant impact on user experience. This study studied the influencing factors of user experience from the perspective of health literacy. It provides a unique perspective for future research on the user experience of mobile medical platforms and has essential theoretical contributions and practical implications for mobile medical platform operators and designers to improve their services and optimize their design.

It makes study on the medical treatment and efficacy of Colostral milk. It based on the established treatises and books, in order to studying about the literature of colostral milk. It makes a through study on the medical treatment mechanism and efficacy of colostral milk, the results as fllows. 1. Colostral milk is some special things for baby newborn, and the other men and women of course. It is low in fat, and high in carbohydrates, protein, and antibodies to help keep your body healthy. Colostral milk is easy to digest, and it is low in volume, but high in concentrated nutrition for the newborn and men and women. 2. Colostral milk provides some of living cells which will defend babies against many harmful agents. The immune factors is much higher in colostral milk than in nature milk. Colostral milk works as a vaccine. It contains some quantities of an antibody called secretory immunoglobulin A Which is a important substance to the baby and men, 3. Colostral milk has a role to play in the baby's gastrointestinal tract. A newborn's intestines are permeable. The colostral milk makes the gastrointestinal tract in general. In addition, colostral milk contains a lot of leukocytes.
이온보조반응에 의한 금속과 불소계 고분자의 접착력 증진

Polyvinylidenefluoride and Polytetrafluoroethylene have been irradiated by 1 keV Ar+ ion beam in an $O_2$ environment. Hydrophilic functional groups (such as -(C-O)-,-(C=O)-,-(C=O)-O- and so on) were formed on fluoropolymers. Contact angles of water to PVDF were reduced from $75^{\circ}$ to $31^{\circ}$. Re-increase of contact angle was originated from carbonization phase in case of high dose irradiation above $1{\times}10^{16} Ar^+cm^2$. Contact angles to PTFE decreased at low dose irradiation and were exaggerated to about $140^{\circ}$ due to cone type surface at high dose irradiation. Hydrophilic functional groups have played an important role on adhesion between metal and fluoropolymers by acid-base interaction and chemical bond formation. Adhesion of Pt/PVDF was enhanced by acid-base interaction because Pt is inert metal. Chemical bond formation between Cu and PTFE could enlarge the adhesion strength of Cu/PTFE. 반응성 산소 분위기에서 불소계 고분자에 1 keV 아르곤 이온을 조사하였다. 이온 조사에 의하여 발생한 free radical과 산소 기체와의 화학 반응에 의하여 표면에 -(C-O)-,-(C=O)-,-(C=O)-O-등의 친수성 작용기가 생성되었으며 PVDF에 대한 물의 접촉각은 $75^{\circ}$에서 $31^{\circ}$로 감소하였다. 그러나 이온조사량이 큰 경우 고분자 표면에 탄화 상이 형성됨으로써 접촉각은 다시 $65^{\circ}$로 증가하였다. PTFE에 대한 접촉각은 초기에 감소하였다가 표면 거칠기가 급격히 증가함에 따라 접촉각은 더욱 크게 나타났다. 이온 조사에 의하여 표면에 형성된 극성 작용기에 의해 PVDF와 Pt의 접착력은 급격히 증가하였으며 이는 산-염기 상호작용 때문이다. PTFE와 Cu의 경우, 극성 작용기와 금속간의 화학적 결합에 의하여 접착력이 크게 증가하였다.
